Come to the lake! This spacious one-bedroom top floor condo unit is uniquely located between the Napoli By the Lake Restaurant and a large outdoor swimming pool, right on the water with a guest boat dock. Fantastic views of the lake from the large deck! Sleeps two adults and two small children (under three). This charming, modern end unit has water on two sides, a large master bedroom with king bed and water views, woodburning fireplace, cathedral ceilings, and a wraparound deck with a direct view across the lake. You have the use of a fully furnished kitchen, fully stocked bar area, large bedroom, living room with sectional sofa, and dining area. Two kayaks with paddles and life jackets are available upon request. And the view in the morning and at sunset from the deck is truly spectacular!
The following amenities are provided to all guests during their stay at Bernard's Landing Resort. There is an Amenities Electronic key card you will receive once you check into the condo:

We enjoyed this rental so much last year for a girls weekend that we booked it a second time! We had a great time in Bernards Landing. The host is quick with his responses and super helpful. I knew I didn’t need to pack shampoo, conditioner, body wash because it was all provided. Slippers and spa robes were also provided. I love this condo!

We had an amazing time staying here for a quick getaway. Communication with our host was terrific. The property was clean and comfortable and had very nice amenities, such as drinks, snacks, bathroom necessities and linens. We were very impressed that our host thought of everything to make our stay wonderful. The neighborhood was very nice and the views from the property were amazing from sun up to sun down. We would definitely love to stay here again!

We truly enjoyed our stay at the lake! The condo was comfortable and clean. We thought the cold drinks and basket of snacks were a nice addition, as were the robes and slippers. The amenities were lovely and we enjoyed a dip in the lake and an afternoon swim in the pool.

This was a lovely one bedroom unit with a great view of the water from a third floor balcony. A bonus of kayaks being available for us was really what sold the deal! Very well stocked unit with special little touches that made up feel right at home. Our host was wonderful. He really cares about his unit and wants everyone to have a great time.

We had a wonderful time celebrating our 32nd Wedding Anniversay!! The condo was absolutely perfect!! Very clean, well decorated, and fully stocked. The views from the condo were stunning. We docked our boat and the distance from the dock to the condo were just a few steps away. We fished, napped, relaxed and unwinned. The food and atmosphere at Napoli by the Lake, Vinny's and Mangos was oustanding. Will definietly book again!! I can't say enough good things about this condo. Quiet place and everyone was friendly.

The host thought of everything, and more. The condo has a beautiful view, the bed is very comfortable, the kitchen well-stocked...I couldn't have asked for anything more. My daughter and I launched our paddleboard and kayak from the dock right behind the property. We had an amazing and relaxing time. We will definitely be back.

Great location, close to amenities and an end unit, so it was nice and quiet with a great view of the lake. We enjoyed the kayaks that are available. The condo was clean and well stocked with snacks and toiletries. The host is very responsive if you need him. Would highly recommend!

Super cute one bedroom apartment on the water. Clean and comfortable with water themed decor. Bathrobe and slippers were a plus. Kitchen is more than adequately stocked. Fireplace with logs and fire starters was above and beyond.

We came down for one night so that we could do a wedding venue tour at Bernard's Landing. However, once we got to the condo we wished that we had booked it for longer than one night. The entire condo was immaculately cleaned and everything one needs for a stay at the lake was thought of. Both the living room and the porch were comfortable spots to spend time -- though you can't beat the view from the porch. There was also an optional hammock that can be set up on the porch. In the kitchen area there was a basket of snacks and also a small bar area that had bottles of wine and soda, which we're avail for guests. There was an amenity card which allowed us to access the multiple pools -- all three pools and the hot tub are nice and weren't crowded when we were there. The bed was extremely comfortable. On the bedside table, there was a power strip which made it easy to plug in your phone. The windows in the bedroom over look the side of the lake which is nice to wake up to. The bathroom had bottles of shampoo and conditioner in the shower as well as a bottle of body lotion and a set of bathrobes and slippers. The location of the condo was also great -- it was walking distance to the one outdoor pool and Napoli's Restaurant. The other pool could be walked to (if you really wanted to) but it's an easy 2 minute drive away.

Josh’s rental is clean, spacious and has thoughtful extras -the robes were our favorite! This rental sits in Bernard’s Landing- giving you access to some fancy amenities. Take the kayaks out on the lake, relax on the deck and take in the views!

This Smith Mountain lake condo is beautifully situated right at the water’s edge on the top floor of the building. The unit is nicely furnished with a kitchen that has it all from the wine fridge to the juicer and the Keurig coffee make and a rack of coffee pods. The restaurant at this resort is a 3 minute walk away. Love this place!

The condo was very clean and quiet. The view of Smith Mountain Lake was awesome. The owner had snacks and drinks there for us. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The TV had premium channels. We were about 300 ft. from an excellent restaurant. The check-in and check-out was super easy. Would definitely stay again.

This condo was perfect...the right size, right on the water with beautiful views, spotlessly clean, and beautifully decorated! I appreciated the owner working with me with the booking and the fact that he was very responsive. Not a single issue with any part of the rental. I would definitely recommend even a one night stay at this condo!!

Beautiful setting overlooking the lake. Condo is perfect. Clean, well furnished and welcoming. WiFi was true broadband and Verizon cell service was 5 bars. We will be back.
