The property was easy to find, on road parking, WhatsApp instructions for entry via keysafe prior to arrival. Room was clean, lovely view of the garden. Small room with ensuite shower. Only a 7 minute walk to the Chinese restaurant and Street town centre. Water temperature of the shower was amazing!! Jo rang very quickly regarding a minor issue re the allocated room.
The bathroom door didn't have an inside handle so was hard to close from the inside independently. It's a picky comment but the bathroom looked unfinished decor-wise. The bathroom in room 2 and the shower unit are small, tricky for any person on the larger size. The room was very hot overnight, there didn't appear to be a way to turn down the radiator in the room.

Lovely accommodation, cute room with charming guest sitting room and kitchen. Charming attentive host.

The property was in an excellent location and worked really well for us. Jo was incredibly flexible and very responsive to messages in helping us with our check-in times; she also provided all the requisite information needed to gain access to the property.
It was a bit weird there being no staff on site but as mentioned before, all information about access was provided. The ‘continental’ breakfast supplied was limited.

Jo was lovely and welcoming. The location is great as it's on the main bus route to Glastonbury and it's super easy to get there, but the house is tucked away and very peaceful and quiet.
The communal space was delightful. Continental breakfast was available, but I'm a coffee-in-the-morning person.
Our room, and the whole house, was immaculate. The beds were so comfortable.
Would 100% stay there again.
The only thing I would say is the shower could do with being updated, it was a little difficult to control the temperature.

The ease of checking in was great. The room was really comfortable.
Like the self serve breakfast too, and Jo was a delight!

The location is excellent and so near the town and attractions as well. Very comfy bed and a great and helpful hostess. We loved our stay!
The bathroom is a little on the small side, my wife is 5ft 1 and was fine, howver, I'm 6ft and struggled a bit. It's perfectly clean and functional.......but a little cosy :-)

Lovely decor and smelled great. Also gave us free bottle of water and soaps and towels.
Leaking shower and no door knob on the toilet door so hard to close

Didn’t have the breakfast as headed out early.
But there seemed to be a good variety of fresh items that seemed to cater for most needs
Nothing I can think of

The landlady was very kind and helpful, also very patient, had a good breakfast, when we caught the train and couldn't get a taxi, she drove us to the station without a second thought, especially grateful to her.

Jo, the host was welcoming, very pleasant and a overall beautiful soul. My room was very clean and comfortable. I loved the flexibility and convenience of making my own breakfast or grabbing a quick pastry or fruit provided by the host. The house is in a prime location near local shops and Clarks Village. The area was clean, safe and a peaceful.

Our host Jo was lovely, friendly, and helpful. She took it in her stride and was very understanding when I had to call her past midnight for assistance. The comfort and cleanliness of the rooms and bathrooms was outstanding. Jo provided plenty of food so we didn't need to shop (eating our main meals out). I thoroughly recommend a stay at Hygge Somerset!
Everything was excellent!
