The location and ease of access
10.0 / 10.0
Very clean and comfortable. It's in a great location too with the high street and Clarke street just a 10 minute walk away. Longleat was a 45 minute drive and Cheddar Gorge 30 mins. Wookey hole is about 15 mins. The host was great with regular communication and making sure we were happy. Will definitely stay here again!
Nothing at all.

Location. Spacious. Parking
Quite dark. Entrance to driveway VERY narrow. No outside space.

The accomodation was very spacious and well appointed. Everything that we required was readily available. We found the location of the property to be excellent, very close to supermarkets, restaurants and other local facilities. An ideal base for exploring the beauties of Somerset.

The property was immaculate. Clean on arrival and far exceeded any expectations. The rooms were all lovely, the beds super comfortable, and we were all really impressed. Walking distance to Clarks village and other stores so the location was spot on. The hosts were fabulous with great communication and prompt response to any queries as well as refund of the security deposit. Would definitely recommend.
In terms of location, the road was quite noisy and it felt a bit like staying in a car park with no outdoor space as such, however that was noted on the information and wasn't a great issue. The main frustration was the lack of plug sockets, particularly in the twin room without ensuite, as there was only one behind the bed and the WiFi didn't reach to that bedroom either. The only other issue was there wasn't enough cutlery or crockery for the five of us - presumably things have got lost or broken over time.

Excellent location, so close to the shops and pubs. Good transport links to Glastonbury Town. Place was spotlessly clean and well equipped. Decorated to high standard. Would definitely recommend

The property is very spacious and very clean. The en-suite was great as we were a family of 6. Also a great location. Allocated parking was also great to have.
Most things you need are provided, however there is nothing provided for babies (i.e. a travel cot or high chair) which would be so helpful and save a lot of space when travelling.

Location was v convenient and close to Clark’s Village and walking distance from the High Street.
No cancellation or changes of dates permitted + the bedding and towels could be cleaner and better. The bedding looked unchanged and not so clean

Spacious and the location was good. Plenty of family type places to visit and access to coast.
I think calling it luxury is overstated. The bedrooms were very basic although beds were comfortable. They lacked any luxury, only beds and wardrobe, no dressing table or usable chair even in the master that had an en-suite but was far too claustrophobic to use and the radiator/heated towel rail didn’t work, which caused a slightly damp smell to it. Only one small table lamp between the single beds in the master suite so when pushed together only left with one lamp and table. We managed but would not call it luxury. On having to push together the beds did reveal a lack of cleaning. We had already had to have the vacuum out to get rid of the dust and cobwebs on the skirting boards. In all fairness the kitchen and bathrooms, and crockery and fridge were well cleaned. The windows though were were badly in need of cleaning. When you first opened the entrance hall door there was a large cobweb hanging in your face. Not really very welcoming. Overall just lacking a decent clean and the bedding to be classed as luxury should be good quality white cotton not creased up faded coloureds. In our opinion spacious and adequate a good description thank you.

Location was amazing so close to Clark’s village and Glastonbury. Plenty of options for food and host left their recommendations as well which were spot on. Perfectly clean and lots of added extras such as tea coffee spices and shampoo which made easier for us.
Only fault is no garden but we didn’t need as out all the time . Brilliant for couples or older children.

The property was spacious and very clean. It had everything you could need … a home away from home. I would highly recommend this to anyone wanting a few days in Somerset… a great base to explore the area.

Location was perfect for our work in Wells, access to the keys and check in was easy and the hosts were great, would highly recommend and will be returning next week.

The bungalow is lovely - clean, near to street and the owner was helpful with some initial queries, shame it does have any out door space ie no garden
It is not obvious when booking that the bungalow does not have a garden, the range of utensils limited / basic ie no egg cups

It was clean comfortable and had everything you would need
