Had no surprises. Everything was well organized and in place. The host was super helpful. We would stay here again in future.

Comfortable, clean, good location. Lovely views. Very responsive from hotel waldegg who manage the apartment.
Should be more towels to last the stay.

great location. cozy apartment, stayed for 4 nights. Very close to titlis basestation. Engelberg station is about 10 mins walk. Apartment is equipped with all basic kitchen appliances including utensils and cutlery. You can view lovely snowcapped mountains from apartment.
Common laundray facility available but without instructions in English so difficult to operate . We asked for assistance,; even the person who came for helping also was confused with operation of washing machine and dryer .
4.5
Modern, exceptionally clean, magnificent balcony views and a five minute walk to the Tiflis station. Lots of natural light and fresh air. Quiet, peaceful neighborhood.
Very helpful, friendly and responsive staff. For first- time guests I would suggest they message arrival instructions to access the apartment prior to arrival.
Without a car, recycling a big challenge to get glass, etc across town. Outdoor bins would be nice.
No English instructions for washer and dryer. Requires .20 for every 13 minutes, which is fine, but could be made clearer.
