Au bord du lac, calme et vue magnifique.

L’emplacement : proche de Lucerne (en voiture ou en ferry), de Alpnachstad (pour excursion au Mont Pilate). Magnifique vue sur le lac et le mont Pilate. La « plage » pour se baigner dans le lac. Le calme !

Nous avons été averti très tardivement que le restaurant et l’accueil de l’hôtel seraient fermés le jour de notre arrivée. Même si cela était exceptionnel, ce n’est pas bien normal…

Hammer Hotel! Wir sind total begeistert!

Uns hat alles gefallen! Die Lage ist der Hammer! Direkt am Vierwaldstättersee - mit eigenem Seezugang + Spielplatz. Das Frühstück war schön hergerichtet und lecker. Das Restaurant hat sogar eine Spielecke mit tollen Spielsachen. Die Chefin, ihr Vater und das gesamte Team waren super, super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir sind total glücklich, dass wir dieses tolle Hotel gefunden haben! Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und sind immer noch begeistert.

Wir waren rundum zufrieden! Und würden am liebsten direkt zurück :-)

Expérience unique !

Tout est exceptionnel..Le cadre,la vue époustouflante sur le lac,les dotations de l'hôtel..l'accueil du personnel, (notamment la jeune dame blonde!)..on a très bien mangé. C'est un lieu rare💐

C'est pas une critique :seulement il faut savoir qu'il n'y a qu'une seule route étroite d'accès sur environ 2 km..les commentaires et les panneaux étant en allemand nous étions un peu surpris ..mais ça fait partie aussi du charme du lieu 👍🤩

La plus magnifique surprise du voyage. Subjugué par la vue côté lac.

La surprise du lieu qui était extraordinaire. Chemin magnifique, cadre époustouflant, calme incroyable, petit déjeuner avec énormément de choix. Même pour les intolerants. Propreté impeccable et facilité de check-in.

Un peu perdu au moment du check-out. Mais compréhensible du fait que je suis parti vraiment très tôt.

Superb

Family owners are extremely pleasant and accommodating, which made our stay that much better. Location on the lake is beautiful. Rooms well appointed. Onsite restaurant serving fish from the lake is delicious.

All in all, it was superb.

Breakfast was nice. The location is superb. Very cute, cosy, and beautiful small village of Kehrsiten, on the edge of Lake Lucerne. Very Picturesque place. Very quiet and relaxing place.

Regular pick up from or drop to Kehrsiten-Bürgenstock boat station would be helpful. Only limited boats from Kehrsiten-Dorf boat station (which is closer to the hotel). Ms. Monika and Ms. Natalie were very kind in picking me up from Kehrsiten-Bürgenstock boat station.

The hotel was perfect for our work trip, it was quiet and comfortable with good facilities and location.

The staff were here friendly who catered to our dietary needs. The breakfast was a good selection with a long time frame until 10:30. The location and facilities were also great with beautiful views.

Great place for a family weekend with lots of hiking opportunities and amazing nature around.

Very nice place, good value for money. The hotel has a very friendly staff; the food was amazing! The location was also great, with a very nice view.

For those who don’t like to walk up and down the hills it’s better to have a car, because the hotel is located 25 minutes walk away from the nearest public transport (ferry). There is no elevator in the main building, so be ready to walk three floors up if you get the room upstairs.

Nice and cosy hotel by the sea

Very nice location, nice staff, very comfortable beds. Very good food, excellent dinner.

We had been warned about some noise during our stay due to rebuilding work. But did not expect the knocking and hammering to start already at 0700 in the morning..........

very disappointing and badly informed.

the location was excellent, even though it is a tiny road leading to the hotel that can be an issue for some.

There was no staff/service at all and only after booking it was clear the restaurant was closed on Wednesdays and Thursdays. It was clear before booking that construction may cause disturbance during the day (we came only for the Thursday evening/night/breakfast) but without any service/staff/bar/restaurant (except for breakfast) present at all, it should not be allowed to offer rooms at this price point combined with a great lack of information and service.

Pleasant

The hotel is located on the lake and has wonderful view. It is a small family run hotel. It is perfect for guests who like hiking and walking in nature. The road to arrive to the hotel is very narrow and difficult to do it with a big car, like a SUV. Breakfast was very good with homemade and local products.

It is very expensive and has no elevator for the rooms upstairs.

Suicide inspiring disappointment 😂 Take your earplugs with you or cancel!

Almost all. Sadly, the construction site and the noise ruined the whole experience.

CONSTRUCTION SITE NOISE FROM 7:30 A.M. to 7:30 P.M. Banging, hammering, far beyond the times I had been warned the noise would have to be accepted: „possible noise emissions until 17:30 on week days“. Not true. As the really noisy construction works continued for another 2 hours after 17:30 and during the dinner, I was told that „the work has to be done“ and that if I don’t like it, I can leave 😂

we arrived there early and left our luggages to visit the city and sights. when we came back to check in at the hotel at

It was by the lakeside.

the rooms have a strong damp smell which triggered an asthma attack for my daughter and we had to open the windows. then mosquitoes came in.

The most exquisite view of the lake and mountains. Great swimming right at the foot of the hotel and a playground for the kids!

Just be aware that the road leading to Kehristen is narrow, so you should be driving a European-sized car.
