Location
Parking and the skip on the drive which made it very awkward to park.
In fact it was so awkward i actually damaged my car (scuffs to bumper) while trying to get on the drive.

We liked the generous size of the accommodation, the lovely views and the availability of parking. A very helpful representative met us and showed us around-very nice lady!

We had an amazing stay here at Spring Cottage. Our host was very accomodating with our check in time. The welcome hamper was a nice touch and the kitchen had everything we needed. The hot tub was all ready for us which was great. There were plenty of towels and we even had robes which was nice. Spring Cottage is delightful, each room was very pleasant, the beds and pillows very comfortable and there were plenty of towels too. The views are stunning and there was plenty of outdoor space for us to dine outside. We would definately go back.

The view was amazing and the hot tub.
Communication from Rustic Escapes.
Micheal was very helpful and attentive.
Fantastic to have the additional food items
purchased for us.
Good showers.
The hamper was nice.
The new frying pan, they’re normally unpleasant
in holiday rentals.
Swing seat outside was fabulous.
Foil, kitchen roll and cling film available in the
kitchen.
Robes for the hot tub.
Spare towels available.
Great for dog walking.
The downstairs bedroom smelt of drains.
Lots of spiders and cob webs.
The little court yard was very mucky and not
pleasant to use.
Lots of blinds and curtains didn’t open.
Shame there wasn’t any family games.
Mats needed at all doorways.
Oven gloves were dirty.
Garden very overgrown preventing you from
going down the steps. It looked like it needed
some love and attention.
Lots of near dead plants inside which make the
property look shabby, old sweets in a jar on
the mantle place.
cutlery drawer full of crumbs.
Dregs of bubble bath in a glass bottle makes it
feel like your in someone else’s house.
Full length mirror needed upstairs preferably
in the main bedroom.

Wonderful location with fantastic views from the back terrace, where there is a large dining table and a great place to sit. Comfortable accommodation, with lovely bed linen. Useful hamper provided with bread, butter, milk and fizz! A home from home cottage with plenty of room in a large lounge dinner.
Although expensively decorated some things are a little tired or broken. The windows needed a good clean. Only one old frying pan. No fizz glasses.

A quirky layout but we loved the views, hot tub and lots of space. Emma the host went out of her way to welcome and offer help. There was also a food basket, store cupboard supplies and soap/shampoo which you don't often get with a rental.

Beautiful cottage in stunning location with stunning views. 3 comfortable bedrooms and cosy sitting room with firewood burner adds to atmosphere.
Hot tub in the garden it’s another great bonus.
The welcome and check in by Emma is lovely and smooth. My two children and doggie were very happy and excited to be staying in Spring Cottage and can’t wait to go back one day.

The lovely warm welcome from Emma, the very generous hamper. The log fire making the cottage so cosy on arrival and of course the hot tub.
The only thing I would suggest is possibly fairy lights going down to the hot tub. Even it was a torch it was a little precarious.

Lovely relaxing house in a brilliant location - and a hot tub. Really helpful contacts. Great log fire.
We liked everything except that it would have been good to have a bit more cutlery etc to save running the dishwasher so often

The views were spectacular, the welcome warm and the house and village were stunning.
The parking on-site was steep and gravelled. Bit hard on the cars clutch..

Spring Cottage was in the most beautiful location. Easy stroll to the local pub which was a stunning pub with great food. The views from the back of the cottage were breathtaking and so peaceful. It was real home from home and everything there that you would need. The welcome hamper was a really lovely touch and gratefully received. The hot tub was lovely and great for at the end of the day to relax and chill with friends. Nick was extremely friendly and welcoming when he met us on arrival and answered any questions. Highly recommend Spring cottage.
Thankyou for our stay!

Lots of space. Beautiful surroundings. Emma was friendly and the Indian take away recommended was spot on.

Emma is a brilliant host, very welcoming and friendly. The property is gorgeous, just what we wanted for our girlie weekend. The hot tub is lush and we stayed in it most of the time! Amberley itself is a delight and worth a visit to the tea rooms and the shop. Dinner at the Black Horse was nice but very hot in the pub itself and sadly the beer garden wasn't open. All in all a perfect weekend and would highly recommend.

We booked to stay here for my sisters 40th birthday.. We all had the best time, it was perfection.
Emma met us and showed us around.. left us a beautiful hamper. Emma was so lovely and very helpful. Thank you Emma for making our stay extra special.
The house had everything we wanted, it was immaculate! Beautiful place and I can’t wait to return. You will not be disappointed if you book. Maria from Surrey.
There was nothing to dislike.

Nic the concierge was very friendly and greeted us upon arrival and showed us around the property. The amenities were excellent and it is a gorgeous property with stunning views of the countryside. We loved the hot tub and the outdoor dining area.
We drove to Stopham vineyard nearby, tasted local wines and walked through the vineyard. We also went to the Black Horse inn pub which was a 30 second walk from Spring Cottage with excellent service and attentive staff.
