Ich war 3 Nächte in dem Hotel und habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war sehr familiär. Tina, die Gastgeberin, sorgt sehr für das Wohl ihrer Gäste. Sie bereitet das Essen, dabei geht sie auf Wünsche wie vegetarisch oder vegan ein. Sie organisiert Touren oder Busabholungen für die Gäste. Dabei nutzt sie nur gute Unternehmen.
Viele Gäste kommen wieder, weil sie sich hier wohl fühlen.
Ich kann es nur wärmstens empfehlen. Luxus ist nicht alles. Manchmal braucht man auch ein Zuhause.

他の皆さんが書いているようにここのホストであるティナは本当に優しい方でした。私は旅行疲れで落ち込んでいたのですが、その気持ちをティナに話すとたくさんの励ましの言葉（彼女は英語がペラペラです。）とハグをもらいました。その後もいろんなことを気にかけてくれ、バスのピックアップについても助けていただき本当に感謝しかありません。また近くの蟹出汁の麺料理も教えていただき本当においしかったです。
他のスタッフの方、清掃の方も本当に優しかったです。
他にも、部屋は清潔で、ドライヤーがある点なども本当に良かったです。

Tina was a very welcoming host - she made a real effort to give us assistance with directions etc but also spent time with us, which was really nice. Clean rooms and good facilities, also able to hire mopeds with them which was easy. 10/10 would recommend.

She gave us great recommendations for restaurants and sights to visit.
Bed was a little hard and some outdoor cockroaches. But overall worth it.

Chambre petite (contrairement aux photos), sales (des cafards tous les jours), avec la clim qui ne fonctionne pas dans toutes les chambres, l'espace extérieure est sale (les canapés pleins de poussières), les lits pas tous confortables

Mijn fototas was kapot, ze hebben alles op alles gezet om deze voor mijn vertrek te laten repareren door een vakman! Ik was ziek en ze hebben voor mij gezorgd, en waren bezorgd. Ze zijn aan het verbouwen, zodat de vrolijke guesthouse nog mooier en aantrekkelijker wordt. Tina en haar tantes werken keihard om je verblijf zo aangenaam mogelijk te maken!
Voor wat betreft het verblijf is mij niets tegengevallen.

Guesthouse en général bien, bien placé avec un scooter et les chambre sont okay. Et vous rencontrerez plein d'autre voyageur. Très bonne ambiance.
Cependant l'insonorisation n'est pas folle (préparez vous a être réveillé par le coq à 6h du mat) et on a eu un soucis avec la gérante qui nous a bien confirmé une nuit de plus chez elle et le jour même nous a demandé de quitter la chambre (car elle était complet) sans nous aider à trouver un autre logement. Il a donc fallut qu'on paye une nuit dans un autre endroit au dernier moment donc beaucoup plus cher. Et aucun geste commercial n'a été fait de sa part.

Absolument tout!
Tina et sa famille sont adorables, très attachant et savent prendre soin de leurs hôtes.
Nous avons été très bien accueillis et conseillés pendant notre séjour.
Les chambres sont également très agréables et joliment décorées. L'espace convivial extérieur propice aux échanges et rencontres ;)
Nous avons été invité à partager un repas cuisiné par Tina, excellente cuisinière!!!
Nous avons particulièrement apprécié ces super moments et les beaux partages avec ces personnes au grand cœur. On est triste de repartir..

If I could give 100 stars, I would! I booked this place because I got into a motorbike accident and needed somewhere with good customer service. All of the amazing reviews about Tina are true.
She (and her staff) took care of me day in and day out. From cooking for me, driving me to the ATM, giving me clean sheets when I asked, printing things for me, and Tina just giving me her support, love and care.
Not to mention, she had her family over one evening for dinner and we all got to hang out with them, try local food, etc. The hotel has such a great, family vibe.
Thank you Tina ❤️ you have made a lasting impact on me!

Possibilité de se restaurer, c'est très bon. Pérot déjeuner possible même si basic.

Tina was echt geweldig! Super lieve gastvrouw die alles voor je wil regelen en je van alles uit wil leggen. Daarnaast is het duidelijk dat ze keihard werkt en een hoop moet doen.
De kamer was ruim en het bed was oké. Handdoeken en beddengoed en was schoon.
Ontbijt was simpel maar goed. Lekkerste broodje die ik in Laos heb gegeten!
Kamers waren erg gehorig en wij hadden pech meer een zeer luide en stampende buurvrouw.

Une hôtesse totalement charmante qui se coupe en quatre pour faire plaisir à ses clients. Ellle se coupe en 4 pour vous aider dans un anglais impeccable, quel que soit votre souci ou la destination que vous cherchez à atteindre. C’est très précieux au Laos ! Nous y reviendrions sans hésitation.

M'ha ajudat a organitzar el meu viatge per Bolaven i les 4000 Illes i també les recomanacions de llocs per visitar i per menjar.
A prop hi ha un mercat on pots comprar fruita i també hi ha llocs per menjar i comprar el que necessitis a prop.
L'habitació és àmplia i neta i l'aigua de la dutxa surt amb bona temperatura i bona pressió.
A fora, pots seure a la fresca en un lloc molt agradable.

Tina avec son énergie , un sens exceptionnel de l accueil . Le repas partagé était délicieux ! Pendant le loop nous avons pu laisser nos sac à dos !
Le scooter a été réservé par ses soins !

Tina, Tina et Tina, la responsable de la gueshtouse. Drôle, fantasque, elle gère la maison à son image et peut vous organiser les réservations pour tout : tuk tuk, van, bus... dans toutes les directions.
Lors de notre venue, elle a fait un repas en réunissant une partie des locataires. Du coup, on se connaissait un.peu !
La guesthouse est un.peu loin du centre mais cela se fait sans problème. Par contre, proche de deux marchés

Guesthouse à l'image de sa responsable Tina, dynamique et rigolote. On est très bien accueilli et Tina arrive même à faire de ses locataires une petite famille en les regroupant le soir autour d'un repas. Elle organise tout : tuk tuk. bus et billets pour toutes destinations . Un grand merci

Le personnel est serviable et nous a accueilli tard dans la nuit car notre bus avait du retard, merci.
La chambre est fonctionnelle et les petits-déjeuners sont bons et bien servis. La gérante parle très bien anglais (rare au Laos) et peut donner des conseils et gérer une location de scooter.
Pas d'isolation sonore vers l'extérieur mais la rue est calme donc ça va

Nous avons adoré l’établissement. Tina est aux petits soins pour ses hôtes et veut bien faire.
Les chambres sont propres et confortables.
Tina organise des dîners pour ses hôtes pour faire découvrir la cuisine locale, on s’est régalé !

Best place for backpackers looking to spend a couple of days in Pakse before tackling the Thakek loop.
A memorable stay with some of the best hosts that I have met on my travels.
A cosy, relaxed and clean property run by a small team who will get you anything you want, tickets, vapes, tuk tuks.
Would recommend paying the extra money vs the local hostels and bedding down here before heading to Thakek. 10/10

Ein gemütlicher Sitzbereich im Freien, wo man inmitten von vielen Pflanzen frühstücken oder abends ein Bier trinken konnte. Tina, die Besitzerin, war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Insgesamt war es ein ruhiger Ort, abseits der belebten Hauptstraße.
Unser Zimmer im Erdgeschoss war sehr dunkel.Die Bettdecke aus Polyester empfand ich als äußerst unangenehm. Das Badezimmer eher "basic".Für 21 $ pro Nacht hatten wir in Laos schon weitaus bessere Unterkünfte,bei denen das Frühstück im Unterschied zu hier im Preis inbegriffen war.

What I love the most was the kindness of the owner, Tina, and her professionality. She helped me in everything and arranged my trip to 4000 islands.She also cooked for me and she is extremely good in cooking.She speaks English really fluently. Bed was comfortable, air conditioning was good and there was hot water. In this guest house I felt like to be at home.

Tina, die Gastgeberin war super herzlich und hat uns mit allem geholfen. Beim Roller ausleihen, Bustickets organisieren und hat uns auch sehr unterstützt , als es meinem Freund krankheitsbedingt einen Tag sehr schlecht ging. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber, ziemlich groß und man hatte alles was man braucht (A/C, Föhn, Tassen, Wasserkocher, Wasserflaschen, Zahnbürsten, etc.).
Sollten wir noch einmal in Pakse sein, kommen wir sehr gerne wieder.

After doing the Bolaven plateau it was just great to be back in Heaven guesthouse! The food the Tina makes is fantastic and the clean room is like Heaven after all our adventures!
To make the guesthouse more high up in booking and because Tina deserves it: please give her 10 🌟. She is such a hard worker and she will only makes her place nicer ….

I was very fortuitous to be recommended Heaven guest house by a friend. Wow, what a fantastic example of Lao hospitality and warmth.
Tina makes the place feel like a home away from home. It's so obvious from the outset that genuine love and care have gone into the creation of this guest house. There are so many thoughtful aspects. The rooms are super clean, and the bed is so comfortable. The aircon unit is wisper quiet. Clean and fluffy towels are provided, along with two bottles of water and a toothbrush/toothpaste combo. The rooms are tastefully decorated, too.
I was very lucky to have arrived when Tina was cooking for the evening as I got to try, along with other guests, her fantastic cooking. It was a great evening. Tina works tirelessly to ensure that guests are happy, which is simply awesome.
In my humble opinion, there is no guest house that even comes close in the area, so what are you waiting for, book. You will be happy you did.

Romantic colors, beautiful building wish I can visit again, a nice guesthouse near a local market, a gas station and a mall at the real center. Clean rooms, a lot of chairs to sit outside the rooms. Tina sells exceptional delicious Laotian food. The grocery store is near. You don’t have to struggle to get anything for your basics. Tuktuk taxi tour recommendations are very amazing! Tina the superstar host who helps your requests very often. Please visit heaven guesthouse for a lovely experience.
