The code on both entrance and apartment door was excellent , no scrabbling around looking for hidden key safe

sound insulation was quite poor in 2nd bedroom , could hear neighbours very clearly but not loud music just chatting

I wouldn’t stay here again. Over priced for what we got.

Apartment was clean. Location was good with access to many restaurants, food shops and cafes. Great pastries close by.

Apartment was small and tight for 6 people even though they advise it’s for 6. Sofa bed in lounge room takes the whole space, can’t move around. Toilet and bathroom was very small. Instructions for the washing machine are not in English, difficult to use. It did feel a little unsafe in the evenings.

Location was good. The two bedrooms were alright however there was dust under the beds.

They mixed the pictures of two different apartments and when we got there we felt scammed. The living room that they advertised did not even exist. The casseroles to cook with were corroded and not safe to use so we had to eat out. The toilet was in a super tiny bathroom and it smelled bad like urine. The hand soap was running out. The stairs leading to the apartment are dangerous to go up with two full suitcases. I complained to the manager about the misleading pictures and all I mentioned before and he called me rude. I have never seen anything like this in my life: a business owner insulting a dissatisfied customer instead of looking for solutions to help them. By the way, nobody cleaned up the apartment nor took out the trash. Filthy apartment. We stayed there for 3 nights for a high price over 1.000 euros. I still regret it. Don't be fooled by the pictures. Everything is manipulated for them to make profit.

Small, cozy, close to metro

Was close to metro. Felt secure inside the building. Had everything we needed. Great water pressure.

Listing is for two different apartments, and it wasn’t clear which one I was getting. I got the smaller of the two, but it suited our needs. It is far away from tourists spots, but close to several metro stops. Many homeless people camped on the sidewalks at night. Would have liked to have one more fan—we had 2 fans, but needed one more for the third sleeping area. Ants in the kitchen. locked bars on the windows—seemed like a huge problem if there were a fire. Safe still does not work.

The location was close to a lot of good restaurants and multiple metro stations. The owner was very quick and easy to communicate with.

Stayed in House two. The living area is very small as are the bedrooms. No washing machine detergent given and only 2 dish washing tablets for 5 nights. The cost was expensive for what you received.

nice and cossy apartment, in a quiet location. great value for your money

good location and close to public transportation fully equipped kitchen, washing machine with dryer we were 2 adults and 3 kids, and it was great for us lots of restaurants and bakery shops around. I saw in the comments that you can hear the neighbors because of thin walls, we didn't experience it, maybe we were the loud ones...

Small toilets, it was dusty under the beds, make sure to ask to clean it before arriving. safe wasn't working

All in all, we had a great stay at the aparhment.

Comfortable, clean and well-located apartment.

The traffic was a little too loud. Moreover, you could hear the next-door neighbours too well.

Great location, small apartment

Good location. 7 min to Chateau l'Eau and 10 min to Strasbourg-St. Denis metro stations, all on M4. Welcome kits in the bathroom and in the kitchen. The kitchen is well-stocked with dinnerware, a water kettle, a microwave, and an oven. All brand new looking. The washing machine also dries clothes which was much appreciated.

The reviews were for a different (larger) unit than the one we received. The pictures of the two units are mixed in together on the listing and I was not able to tell what is included in the unit I eventually rented. The curtains are see-through and there is no view to speak of. The windows look out to an immense glass roof. There is no dishwashing liquid, no dishwasher detergent, and no laundry detergent. The WC is tiny. The shower area The entire unit is small and will not be comfortable for more than 2-3 adults even though it is listed for 6 people.

rooms did not have air conditioning and it was very hot. There were two fans, but we used all three rooms and so one room was left with no fan

Terrible. not the way I wanted to end a beautiful family vacation.

not much. beds were comfortable.

This place was in the worst area I've ever stayed. i felt very unsafe. homeless people sleeping outside our apartment, loud bars and people roaming the streets, construction next door. inside the garbage in lobby sat for days. it was suppose to be emptied Monday and was not taken out, staircase railing was broken, electric key to door did not work, apartment was dirty, carpet stained, hair in shower, on roll of toilet paper, etc. i could go on and on. we have stayed at a lot of Airbnb, booking properties and this was the worst. we have loved our other stays.

A cosy apartment in an excellent location. Perfect for short stays.

This is a very cosy 2 bedroom apartment in a superb location and a vibrant quarter. Both bedrooms were at the back of the building, so we didn't get any street noises. The beds were super comfy and the place was clean (there's only one carpet in the sitting room which could be renewed or washed, but the rest was spotless). Once we figured out how to use the door codes, it was a very handy way of coming & going without having to worry about the keys. The kitchen is very basic but has enough equipment for short visits if you don't plan complex meals! This seems to be owned by a company rather than an individual, but the people we talked to via the chat app were super helpful and pleasant. It was an ideal base for me to work remotely while my daughter and mother explored Paris: the WIFI worked well and I could join them very quickly anywhere after work. Good clothes storage in both rooms, nice shower room with hot water and cute little kitchen.

The listing is misleading: there are 2 apartments belonging to the property and we ended up getting the small one (apartment 2), which was fine for our needs but we expected the big one when we booked!! There should be separate listings to avoid disappointments or clear captions under each photo. I had read negative comments about the noise and I paid no heed as I know everywhere is noisy in Paris, but this is actually important to note: the 2 apartments are separated by a VERY thin partition between one of the bedrooms + the kitchen/living area. That means you could hear absolutely everything from the family renting beside us, even them plugging their phone in! Unfortunately for us, and that's no fault of the owners, one of the visitors was very drunk one night and shouted the place down!! That said, it could happen in a hotel too, so not much we can do about this... Ideally, this place should be rented by a group or big family as those 2 flats are the only ones in the building. A bit pricey, but I would definitely come back.

Well worth the stay

Location was brilliant a 10min walk from Gare du Nord. Big spacious rooms bjg family area, clean, safe, metro close by. and restaurants plentiful nearby. All communication from Anthony was brilliant. Would definitely recommend.

Kitchen a little small but not to bother if u are eating out.
