Wonderful stay

The villa is super convenient and confortable, we had a wonderful stay. Wifi is excellent, the staff is highly reactive and discrete, there is everything you need... strongly recommend.

Wifi downstairs would have been perfect.

Outside area is spacious and clean. Pool is a good size and they had the pool cleaners come in mid way through the week. Fans in every room kept you nice and cool during the evening time. There was enough seating area for everyone as we were a group of 11. The kitchen was equipped with everything you needed.

Great villa, fabulous outside space, pool & hot tub. Great fun with table tennis downstairs and loads of space. Very clean and would definately recommend. Scooter hire was fun, taxis to town cheap €4. Lots of lovely restaurants and bars. Fans were provided for all bedrooms which helped. Hope to visit playa blanca again soon.

Was a great stay, a little far from the town but this is the main area for villas so we didn’t expect anything else, was

Lovely outside area with a great pool and comfy sunbeds plus sofa’s, lots of room especially downstairs. Also lots of bathrooms which was really great!

The kitchen is slightly small for a big group but we ate out for evening food, and in the day just used the oven for pizza’s etc so didn’t affect us really!

Nice villa, good location in playa blanca.

We were a group of friends so the games area downstairs was a good touch, the hot tub was nice, the villa was relatively clean. The flat screen TV screen wasnt working when we got there and they bought a brand new TV. The villa is also about 5 mins drive to supermarkets and restaurants.

The villa is advertised as an air conditioned villa, but only the living room had an AC, which was not even blowing cold air. We complained about it but nothing was done which was quite disappointing. Most of the rooms had fans though, but i would have expected them to have ACs. We managed it but i feel like if the temperature was higher (july, Aug) people would really struggle with the heat.

Very relaxing, fab weather in a lovely villa

The villa is very roomy and has the added enjoyment of a games room that was good for the younger members of the family. Great pool, really warm which was a bonus in April!

To be honest, I am being picky but as others have mentioned the kitchen is slightly small in comparison to the rest of the rooms if cooking for 6/8 people. A English news channel would have been a bonus.

Great family trip to Playa Blanca.

Heated pool, hot tub, spacious for 8 of us, comfortable beds, powerful hot showers, fans provided for bedrooms and property is alarmed. Great outdoor sunny and shaded area with table and chairs and padded cushions on sun loungers. Maintenance guy arrived in 20 minutes when we had a problem with locking a door. We were given a late checkout as we had an evening flight which was a huge bonus for us. Would definitely recommend and return to this villa.

Ideally you need a car if you are shopping for 8 people as the nearest supermarket is a 20 minute walk away but we knew this before booking.

the pool and space was amazing , it was warm and clean, the staff tried there best.

the air con didn’t work which meant the house was too hot to sit in. the hot tub was old and didn’t really work so shouldn’t be advertised as included.

Outside space we enjoyed, overall a good holiday but the facilities inside the villa (eg air conditioning)

the pool was great and the outdoor areas

whilst advertise as an air conditioned property there was only air conditioning in the living room and not the bedrooms. overall the property could do with a little maintenance, this also applies to the pool and hot tube

Very good

Great size villa, especially if you have teens. The basement has two bedrooms, ensuite, TV, ping pong, air hockey table and outside area. Upstairs had a good sized living area and plenty of space around the pool and hot tub. We one slight issue and the host had it sorted with an hour. Excellent host.

Older house good for bigger groups of young people

+ Good bed mattresses + space + table tennis and air hockey in the basement + sheets and towels were provided + beautiful old cactuses in the garden (watch your kids!) + plenty of kitchen utensils (toaster, microwave, etc..)

- there is an active construction site right in the neighborhood (7:30 the drilling starts) - older house, also pool, jacuzzi - everything needs a total refurbishment - everything else needs to be bought (hand soap, kitchen sponge, dishwasher tablets, etc..) - you definitely need a car to go to the beach (or 20 minutes walking) - if occupied by more people, some will have to sleep in the basement with no windows (6 beds ground floor, 4 (+2?) basement)

Wonderful stay

To Great location, less than 5 minute drive to playa blanca strip. House is immaculately clean, loads of space and pool is lovely. This is a great place to relax and recharge, with plenty of places for a night out nearby. Highly recommend a stay here.

great location nice private outdoor space it’s 20 mins walk to beach 4 euros in a taxi and they have scooters everywhere

loved the outdoor space , pool and hot tub

although great for us as there were only 6 people think it would be hard to cater for more due to kitchen size

Fab break, great villa, lovely owner

Lovely spacious villa with comfortable beds and great showers. Pool and outdoor space was great too. Really helpful and responsive owner. Fab break

The only minor downside was the 15-20min walk to shops and restaurants etc. Although it did give us the opportunity to walk off all the delicious food and cocktails we enjoyed 😁

Fantastic, beautiful villa with superb facilities

We loved the villa, the pool and the hot tub. The spacious outdoor space made it really comfy with lots of space for all of us. The older kids could hire scooters which gave them independance to nip into town. Hot water was plentiful and lots of clean towels. The beds were really comfy too.

Some of us found the floors really slippy so we used some towels as mats
