I was looking for a place close to Sugarloaf to stay for two families. This place was 20 minutes from the mountain and was perfect for us with enough beds for everyone.
5.0
The home and property was very nice and conveniently located near markets and restaurants. We had seven and were all very comfortable and pleased with the commodations. We had no problems with anything and look foward to coming back again next year. Whether you are going to the Flaggstaff area to hike, ski, snowmobile, fish or hunt, or just relax and enjoy the lake and mountain views, this is a great place to stay!

Truly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. Access to ITS trails as well as Sugarloaf Mtn made it a great place to stay with the whole family. Spring conditions made the access to the ITS trails a little gritty but other than that it was perfect with three full baths and everything we needed.

Very good host with great communication
We have stayed here before and enjoyed it very much, mother nature cut our snowmobile trip short which was the only disappointment in the trip. Scott was very accommodating to our requests and got back in contact very quickly to answer our questions. Definitely recommend this property for a larger group as there is ample space we had 5 guys in our group and we all had our private space.

Peaceful and cozy!
Everything was as described. It was very cozy and quiet with lovely views. The location was fairly easy to access but AWD is a really good idea in the winter. It's ~20-25 minutes to Sugarloaf but we didn't have trouble getting there, even on a powder day.
Scott was very responsive and accommodating, even when we had to bother him because we temporarily locked ourselves out of the basement.

wonderful place to stay
We enjoyed our stay. Super quiet neighborhood, lots of space inside and out. Owner was easy to communicate with. Loved being close to Sugarloaf and lots of great hiking. Easy to social distance--we barely saw anyone else. Beautiful area, and would definitely stay again.

Lovely Home With So Much To Do
Our family loved staying at BriVera in the Mountains. The house was tidy, comfy and as described. We made use of the huge porch (covered for rainy days and uncovered for enjoying the gorgeous night sky), the fire pit (s'mores yum) and the grill. Kitchen had plenty of cooking tools, pots, pans, dinnerware, etc. Beds were comfortable with nice blankets for cool Maine nights. AC was also very much appreciated for the warmer days. We loved how it felt like the house was far away from it all, but it was easy to pop over to the market for supplies. Drives to all our activities -- swimming and boating at Flagstaff lake, walks at Cathedral Pines, hiking the AT and all the waterfall trails between here and Rangeley) -- were easy and beautiful. We can't wait to come back!
