Beautiful accommodation steps to bedrooms a bit steep but the beds were so comfortable the best we have ever slept in would highly recommend this property.
The steps but would use again

I liked how easy it was to access the surrounding areas. It was a good base that wasn't far away from supermarkets or sights to see. The beds were comfy and the facilities easy to use/access. Not one for those with mobility or balance issues due to the steep stairs, but otherwise ok!
It wasn't as dog friendly as we thought. The private garden is accessed by a shared path (with an external door leading straight to the main road) and then up a set of steps. Not great for wandering pets or dogs that like to rush up or down steps. We closed the shared door when we first came in, and it was shortly opened by a neighbour.. we didn't use the garden much since then as to not be a bother. Our only other issue was the signs of damp by the back door and by the toilet.

Quiet little town, adorable house with a modern yet rustic cottage feel. Beautifully presented and well looked after.
No upstairs bathroom which made the use of the toilet in the evening a bit tricky. Would possibly recommend the dripping tap. Having to dig deep to find faults here, spotless property!!

Quiet location in a country setting.
The stairs were very steep especially for older people

Quaint and cool on the hottest days of year so far .
No hairdryer ,or coffee percolator. We were 5 girls ,so a hairdryer would be an essential ,but luckily the weather was so hot ,it dried our hair in a minute!

I arrived late evening when it was already dark. There needs to be a light in the yard where the keysafe is located. If I hadn't had a torch on my phone, I would have been unable to open the key safe as I couldn't read the numbers to put in the combination.

The location was excellent. The bed was very comfortable. The dishwasher was excellent. The shower was good. Fridge-freezer very good.
The property wasn't welcoming. It looked scruffy outside with a dead plant at front door and the back of the property was worse. The stairs were steep as were the ones outside which also were treacherous to use. The shower although powerful, flooded the bathroom unless used in a specific way. There was a general feel of it being run as a business rather than providing a good customer experience and wanting repeat business. The welcome pack was an insult.

It is very quiet place and plenty of rest . No busy roads, cars and running people. Property was very clean and no smell inside. Pet friendly. Bedding was clean with white towels. The floor was clean and bathroom looked fresh.
The location is not suitable for my family. Kids need a corner shop at least and nearest petrol station close at 9pm . There were no tea, coffee and we went to the shop by car late night. The stairs are very high and not suitable for small children, dogs and old people. The garden is not connected to the cottage and must to take my dog outside anyway. The curtains in the bathroom couldn’t fix and open them. There were no washing sponge to clean the dished. I I haven’t use a dishwasher. The bed is to high for my little dog to get down.

The beds were very comfortable and so was the sofa.
It would have been nice to have a bit of greenery ie plants in the back

Perfect location to be near our family
The central heating made the cottage too hot and we had to turn down raidiators .

It was a perfect location for our needs. The beds were so comfortable.Kitchen was well equipped and the instructions for everything electrical was supplied.
The only downside for us was a broken toilet seat which was most uncomfortable.

Lovely and clean, very comfortable beds and bedding. Very well equipped kitchen, very easy to cook nice family meals in. Bathroom was very nice, lovely hot showers. Great proximity to Cannock chase
Stairs were very narrow and steep, no fixed banister (rope) so have to be extremely careful coming down the stairs with a young child in arms, and in the night to go down to bathroom.
Also garden not connected to the property or enclosed so not suitable for dogs unfortunately as had to be taken out on the lead at all times. Step steps to garden also so for these reasons would not recommend property for young children or dogs

Comfortable very clean and plenty of room. Lovely location and easy access to area.
Bathroom window unable to close making bathroom cold.

There were for of us and the rooms were quite spacious however if it was 6 it may feel a tiny bit packed. Generally a clean home and the owners let you get on with things
Steep stairs, low ceilings and narrow hallway.
