The condo was close to everything we needed to do. The condo itself was worn. Carpeting was very worn out. Putting in wood flooring would update it. Odd shower that is not usable in one bedroom, but did have a tub/shower next to it. Some extra pillows in the closet were stained and not usable. Couch was horrid. Very uncomfortable. ( But hey, were not buying the place). We were left with a note to take out all the garbage and recycle daily. There is no recycle. Had a bit of problem with no wifi or tv the first night. Calling the property managers were no help since it was a weekend so I called the owner directly and he had it fixed. Perfect spot for the Dillion ampitheater.

The condo suited our needs for a wedding at Windy Point. The condo had everything we needed. The management was very attentive. The water was shut off for about 45 minutes due to a leak in the building and we were advised. Also due to a mix up in the wedding schedule we had to be somewhere sooner than planned. Management was very accommodating and let us in the property an hour earlier. We really appreciated it!
The condo was clean however it could really use a deep clean. The fans were thick with dust as were the baseboards and the sliding glass door hadn’t been cleaned which was very noticeable since the view out the window is spectacular!

Beds were massively uncomfortable. Absolutely terrible. Don't waste your time.

Awesome location. Nice accommodations. Easy process.

My son and I spent a ski week at this fantastic condo! Great location, only 6 miles from Keystone, 9 miles from Breckenridge, and 25 miles from Vail! Very convenient to local restaurants and stores! Clubhouse with pool and whirlpool was directly across from the condo! Highly recommend!

We absolutely loved this place and it’s location!
5.0
Loved the rental, location is great for Keystone, ABasin, Frisco, Breck. Kitchen nicely appointed, check in easy, nicely located across from the clubhouse with hot tubs and pool. Wish the property had an elevator but not a deal breaker. The beds though, REALLY need a memory foam topper on them, they are very hard and uncomfortable. Otherwise this is the perfect place!

Overall the condo was very pleasant and clean, great views of the marina quiet and peaceful. The only issue we had with our stay at this condo was the heat or should I say the lack of it. The baseboard heating were not working properly and when I contacted the owner, all he could do was to send space heaters to help with cold. No property managers should up ti fix the boiler units which supplied the heat. Also the fireeplace was not working and I was told someone would be sent to fix it but the person could not fix. Very disappointed with the lack of contact with property managers to resovle the issues.

Dillon has always been one of our favorite vacation destinations, we've only stayed in hotels. We wanted to stay longer and be comfortable. This was our first vrbo experience. We were not disappointed. This property is amazing. Has everything you need and more. I hope we can stay again here. Best experience, location, property highly recommend

This unit earned high marks across the board. There are so many thoughtful extras - too many to list. Every cabinet and every closet was just packed with equipment and utensils we might have needed. Now, not every inch of the place has been recently upgraded (for example, the carpet by the sliding glass door has a riffle in it), but those spots that we noted were minor in nature and did not detract from our experience. Overall, the condo and the folks are Mountain Vacation Lodging were great.

Absolutely lovely location! Everything was clean and the view was spectacular off the balcony! We definitely will be back!! Thank you!!

Easy to follow instructions, plenty of communication before arrival, easy parking lot, easy keypad. Great start to our vacation. The condo is spacious, comfortable and has great views. Beds were super comfortable, plenty of towels and pillows and lots of kitchen gear. The pool/hot tub was perfect and so convenient to the condo. We had a fantastic stay.

Our third year in Dillon and this was the best one.
The rental is very fresh and in very good condition.
Everything works. Kitchen well stocked and appointed
Beautiful view of the Dillon Reservoir. Beds very comfortable as are the rest of the spaces. My wife and friend were all very happy with it. Will always book if available. Thank you for your hospitality.

Nice condo - good location to all the area ski resorts. Well stocked and furnished.

Stayed there for almost all January and had great access to Keystone and Breck. Nice hottub in the clubhouse and the beds were very comfy. The place was pretty dirty when I got there and the oven takes forever to heat up but zero problems orherwise

The condo is spacious and very comfortable to stay. The kitchen is fully equipped and has sufficient basic supplies. The top floor view is great, but the building has no lift to get up there. It is only a 10 minutes drive to Keystone ski area. The condo is walking distance from some excellent restaurants!

Our unit was very clean, well maintained, with nice decor. We were very close to an indoor pool with two hot tubs. Great location with short drive to skiing. Customer service was very friendly
and professional and answered any questions that we had. Very enjoyable stay!

Overall, this was a nice place to stay, and we would recommend it. It is clean and appropriately furnished, though a bit dated. The kitchen is very small, but has plenty of dishes, pots/pans, etc. and we were able to cook several meals. It did have a rather unpleasant smell coming from the sink and dishwasher, which we partially alleviated by running hot water down the drain for several minutes. Two disapointments were the hottub/pool and the amphitheater. The info left for us indicated the clubhouse was open until 10 pm, and the first night when we went down for the hottub, it was. However, the 2nd night we went a little after 9 and it was locked, with a note saying the hours were 9-9. We tried once again on our last night, going around 8:40, and even though the note saying 9pm was still there, the clubhouse was already locked (the night we did get in, the hottub was nice). Second downside, the condo complex (multiple bldgs) is right next to the Dillon amphitheater. One reviewer said they had sat on the balcony and listened to bands at the amphitheater. We were looking forward to this, as there were two bands playing during our stay. However, the unit faces away from the amphitheater and the sound isn't good enough to actually listen to it from the balcony. (If you had tix and wanted easy access to the amphitheater, this would be a great location!) There are great restaurants and a bus stop (free, stops include breckenridge) within easy walking distance.

A spectacular week of hiking!
Great location! Easy and convenient instructions from the owner. Close to the lake, the amphitheater, the farmer's market (Friday morning!), and convenient to several restaurants. Nice clean condo with great views and everything we needed. Loved the layout - Great privacy for two couples.

Spring Break
Family trip with older kids. Convenient location. Older property but comfortable & well maintained with great view. A few broken items in the unit.

Great Condo
Everything was as expected. The condo was clean and had ample supplies of towels, and kitchen tools/cookware. We enjoyed the view of Lake Dillon, the gas fireplace, the steam sauna in the master shower, and the hot tub in the club house. We even grilled out on the balcony in spite of the single digit temps.
We love staying in Dillon and skiing Keystone, Breckinridge, Vail, A-Basin, and Beaver Creek. It was a great spring break week!

Convenient and Spacious Ski Pad
This condo served are ski house needs excellently! The ski locker for housing equipment and fire to warm up after the day were great. Spacious 2 bedrooms plus the pullout offers ample space for a group of friends. Recommend for Keystone or Breck ski trips!

Yikes
Whew, this is a tough property to review! The location can't be beat, it's close to the amphitheater, plenty of parking space, the pool is heated and clean, and the hot tubs were great. WIFI works, great smart TV and surround sound. The mattresses were comfortable. For a quick weekend, we made it work.
The condo itself is poorly misrepresented. Based upon photos/write-up I was expecting a 4 star condo. This is more akin to 2.5 stars (if that..) Super 8 type if you get my drift. Had I been expecting to stay at the Super 8, I would have been happy however I did not pay for nor expect to be in such disgusting place.
Yes, the kitchen is well stocked and I appreciated simple things like cooking oil and coffee filters that were stocked. I also would have liked the toilets to be clean, the tubs/showers to be hair-free, and EW the CARPET!!!! This poor condo needs some serious love ... and Stanley Steemer.
It has an aroma ... similar to a college dorm. We came in mid-September and were able to leave the windows/screens open 24/7. If you are here during winter when it's cold, good luck to you. I highly recommend avoiding the couch. It smells like sweaty man funk, and we found unmentionables tucked between cushions (we didn't even pull out the sleeper portion ... )
YES, of course, the very first thing we did upon arrival was email property management. They offered to send back the cleaning person. We also only had 2 pool towels and 4 bath towels ... no solution other than "oops" was offered so we ended up bringing bath towels to the pool. *shrug* If I were to do it again, I'd spend $50-100 more dollars and choose another condo.

A lovely unit, but not well maintained
This unit was nicely decorated and very well equipped, especially the kitchen. However, the gas grill was unusable (an encrusted grill, half-burned charcoal briquets on the burner, and a non-functioning starter). Also, there was pet hair on the attractive carpet, and, when I tried to use the vacuum to clean it up, I found the machine completely clogged with lint and hair. I was able to unclog the tubes and wash the filters so it did function later.

Beautiful Mountain Views
The kitchen is stocked very well. We didn’t have to run out for any spices or extras. Plenty of towels. Great to wake up at sunrise and take a stroll. The owner is very responsive and helpful!

5 stars for the location and view! The condo could use some maintenance and TLC though. The owner and property manager were responsive to requests, which was helpful.

Bathroom door in one of the bedrooms was broken (a pocket door that was taped open). The steam room was nice. This is a basic place to stay near some great skiing.
