Great stay
It was warm, comfortable, cosy and pretty and location was great. The parking permit was much appreciated. Would recommend this place but it needs a bit of tweaking
It could have been a lot cleaner, there was only one toilet roll for a week with three people, the cleaning cupboard was locked, one bin bag for a week, the toaster was dirty and rusty, no toilet brush, would have liked a bit more cutlery that was also dirty. The garden space is lovely but very overgrown.

Area good, central for the areas we required to visit.
The location was fine, it was situated where we required to be. Easy of access with the key safe.
Parking, you are lead to believe you can park up the side of the property, you can to drop off but you have to park in the public car park with pass. The grass has still not been attended to and is over grown. The double bedroom duvet could do with a change, you ask your guests to remove all bed lined, which we did only to find dried blood spots and stains on the duvet and dried blood up the curtains. The single bed room, our friend, was sitting on one of the single beds when it collapsed on him. we looked under the mattress to find half the slats are broken and taped up or no slats at all at a piece of MDF board laid over the slats. We looked at the other single bed, that is in the same state. You need new bed frames. Agree with other users you need a new sofa, this old leather one has passed it Best Before Date. uncomfortable, and no support. A tad lost on the deep clean? we found cob webs and lights not working or only half the bulbs worked in the light fitting. These areas need to be checked.

A well equipped comfortable cottage in the centre of a nice village in easy walk of many things
Good info from the host on how to collect keysand about were can park car, can park the car next to cottage to unload then you get a pass to pack for free 5mins up the road next to the church in the public car park, the cottage was very nice inside comfortable seats big TV, the beds were comfortable, the cottage was clean, a nice garden at the back for sitting outside and it's safe to let the dog out on its own, it's only 5 mins walk to the train station if you don't want to drive to Ryde or Shanklin, there is a well stocked shop over the road and a very nice pub 2mins away towards the church,
It's on a very busy main road that is quite noisy at night so need to sleep with the windows closed,

Cute place but not a great location.
Garden was very useful since we were travelling with dogs. The place is cute and sweet. The beds were comfy There was a nice pub in the village called the Hungry Bear
The place is extremely small and located right on a main road so very noisy, starting from about 6am. The kitchen equipment is very limited. The garden is not well maintained. There is no parking at the property - the parking provided is about 5mins walk away so not easy for loading and unloading. The bathroom did not stay shut and was not provided with a lock. It is expensive for what it is.
