Ok, could be better

Positives are it had lots of room, free water and was right by the beach and had some restaurants and connivence stores below it.

The hotel is hard to find it shares a building with 3 other hotels. To get to your room you need to take multiple lifts. I booked an apartment guessing it would have cooking equipment. It didn’t, I think you can hire some for a cost. It only had a washing machine and no dryer. The curtains were too sheer so you woke up early from the sun

해운대 해변에서 가깝고 바다풍경과 해운대 시장이 가까이 있어서 좋았읍니다.

프런트 데스크가 복잡하고 객실 출입시 엘레베이터를 몇번 갈아타야해서 불편 했읍니다.

Excellent location and view

Location was excellent, a minute walk from the beach and at the start of the strip near many restaurants and bars. Room was spacious with a great view, large beds, small kitchen and a sofa

For a 2 bedroom suite, only one bathroom and very small. Finding lobby is not convenient and can be confusing to some people.

Amazing localization with breathing view. Very close to the subway station. Nice staff.

The room was much bigger than described. My room was at the high floor and the view was amazing both from living room and bedroom. I could see all the Haeundae beach and also Gwangan Bridge. This area is quite busy area where the parking is very difficult but the accommodation offered free parking which is quite a big merit. All the staff were very kind and helpful.

I liked the location

The display pictures didn’t math the actual hotel. The bathrooms had mold all in them, the ceilings were dry rotted, the elevator got stuck, my room cleaned home didn’t work. The quality of the hotel doesn’t equal to the value. The price should really be cut in half. The hotel need to be renovated

It’s the location and the view

The location was perfect. The ocean view was also spectacular. The TV was goood! The aircon kept the room cool. On the day when our room was cleaned, they did a very thorough jobs. Some towels were soft and clean.

The beds were not comfortable - really springy and only one super soft pillow - which my head sunk into completely.... The hairdryer was broken. The aircon was great, but made noises all night. Our room wasn’t cleaned on the second day... which I was surprised about, but one of the ladies came in at around 4 or 5pm to give us new towels. (The next day it was made and they did a very thorough job). We had to buy toothbrushes from the front desk- they should be provided for in the price we paid. My towel on the second day had red makeup stains on it - which made it impossible to use. To be honest, I expected better BUT, the location and view made me overlook many of these things.
