About this house rental

Renovations complete in this 4 bedroom and 2 bath home. Spacious, light and bright and is located on a quiet street. New flooring, new paint, new furniture and furnishings! Main level features a huge open floor plan with picture windows, spacious seating in front of the TV, comfortable dining area and a kitchen with granite and stainless that is fully outfitted with everything you need for that vacation lobster dinner. The main level opens to an over-sized deck outfitted with a gas grill and outdoor dining area, all under the shade of a big tree for those lazy summer evenings. Just off the deck find the oversize outdoor shower to wash away those sandy toes and relax after a long day in the sun. The main level is rounded out by two bedrooms with queen size beds and plenty of storage, beautifully furnished and tastefully appointed. There's also a full bath with shower/tub, and double sink vanity so everyone has space to get ready for that night out. The lower level features two more spacious bedrooms, each with a sliding glass door that opens to a deck, plus a second full bathroom with a walk in shower and another double vanity. Equipped with full laundry room. Sleeps 8 in the bedrooms, plus the pull out couch will sleep 2 more for a total of 10. The house is just a quick drive or bike ride to the town beach (4 miles) and state beach (8 miles) and only 15 minutes to Newport! Beach chairs and toys provided along with 3 bicycles. Linens and bath towels provided. Close to all area amenities. The HDTV Smart TV on the main level has YouTube TV for Live TV and available connections for all your favorite streaming subscriptions.

We had a wonderful stay at Jenny’s property during the third week of August. The house was perfect for my family (4 adults and 3 kids) and was fully equipped with everything we needed. The property was in a great location for our needs as we spent some of our time in Newport and Block Island. Check-in was a breeze and we had no issues during our stay. We had an amazing week and we would absolutely stay here again!

The vacation home was comfortable and convenient for functions within the house itself. Parking was manageable if not ideal. Aside from the the stay in the house, the largest regret was the distance to beaches and attractions. Travel by car essential.

We had a great experience in this lovely home. We enjoyed the upstairs area with the open living, dining, and kitchen area for family togetherness. And yet the 2 bedrooms and bath upstairs and 2 bedrooms and bath downstairs gave a feeling of also having our own space. The neighborhood is residential, very quiet, yet near everything we were looking for: beach, mini-golf, quiet walks, restaurants, delicious ice-cream and more. The hosts were very, very responsive. When we mentioned a minor concern, they instantly took care of it, without our expecting it or asking for it. We recommend this lovely home.

We had a really nice time staying at Jenny's place. The house was easy to find, comfortable and had everything we needed and more - well stocked kitchen, shampoo/conditioner in every shower, tons of beach chairs... Jenny was also very accommodating (adjusting the temp. remotely when we said we were too cold!) and easy to reach (she responded almost instantly to every message!). The driveway was a little tricky with two cars since it's a semi-circle on a slant, but we still managed. Overall really great place to stay!

This property was amazing! Jenny our host was quick to respond with any questios. The house is extremely well equipped. Grill, dishes, glasses, pots ,pans, utensils. Rooms are spacious. Beds are so comfortable. Big bathrooms. Plenty of space. Great deck. Parking is easy. Access to everything is easy. Right off the msin strip. The Narragansett town beach is great! I would only suggest that you uber in. Parking at that beach is difficult. So we did a drop off and ubered back, worked out perfect. We had a great time.

This was one of the best beach houses we have stayed in. The rental was as shown on the website. No tricks here. More amenities here than most beach rentals. Super clean and had everything needed for a great stay. Great location. Close to beaches and restaurants. Jenny was quick to respond to any questions we had. Great host - Thank you Jenny!

The listing had 3 bathrooms BUT the property has 2 plus an outdoor shower. We rented based on the need for 3 bathrooms. We managed but the listing should be updated. Also, a 20# propane tank was stored under the interior stairwell (moved to outdoor location). The deck is in need of some update as it was somewhat rickety. The hand rail to the front parking area needs to be reinforced, repaired as it is loose.

Jenny was great with communication. As the posting indicates the house was recently remodelled, the kitchen has plenty of utensils and cookware, the outdoor deck space is great, there is a grill for your use (be sure to double check the propane level before you start cooking), the outdoor shower is fantastic. As for location, it is a short drive to the Town of Narragansett and surrounding beaches, easy access to head over to Newport, overall a nice place to stay and enjoy time with friends and family.

We had a wonderful experience! The house is clean and well stocked, and comfortably accommodated the nine members of our family. Jenny is an excellent host and she is quick to respond to questions. The location is a quiet neighborhood about 10 minutes away from the Narragansett town beach, with ample restaurants and stores nearby.

Our group of 8 (4 adults and 4 children age 2 through 12) stayed for a week. The house is very clean, beautifully decorated and well-equipped. Having two bedrooms upstairs and 2 downstairs allowed each family some privacy and the common areas were great for cooking, eating and socializing. Jenny was attentive and quick to respond. Location was great, less than 10 minutes from the beach and downtown area. Would definitely stay again!

We stayed here with our family of 4. We have 2 sons, ages 23 & 17 so each had their own room. As a four bedroom, we did not even use the 4th bedroom but that would not prevent us from renting again. am a clean freak and this property was spotless. Updated and modern, it was beautiful. The amenities such as fresh white linens, beach chairs and bicycles made loading our small SUV a lot easier. We ate dinner on the cool shaded deck almost every night often grilling our favorite summer meals. The kitchen had everything one would need. Having access to Keurig was great since I’m the only coffee drinker so I certainly found the coffee pods really convenient. There was a traditional coffee maker available as well. The house is air conditioned so it was always comfortable. The location is great with easy access to everything we love about Narragansett and the surrounding area.
