Each spot is equipped with a starter kit, so you have the basics you need to kick start your vacation as soon as you get here. Kitchenware. Coffee. Toiletries. The essentials. We also leave you a little lagniappe snack/drinks while while you get settled in.

Four blocks from the St. Charles Streetcar Line.. this is a great option to see the gorgeous mansions and Live Oak tree draping of St. Charles Avenue.

Our kitchens have all the essentials needed to prepare your favorite meal. Kick start each morning with Keurig coffee pods included with every stay. We've even got your TV entertainment covered with hundreds of streaming options to choose from.

The following details are important but aren't specific to this particular unit and apply to all reservations made at a NOLA LUX property.

Planning a vacation can be stressful enough when everything goes right but adding a pandemic to the mix adds a whole lot of uncertainty. Trip insurance keeps you from losing your vacation rental investment if you need to cancel for a covered reason. We're here to help if you have any questions!
HOUSE RULES
These are all no brainers, but we don't want any confusion so we're going to state the obvious:
- NO SMOKING
- No gatherings greater than the approved occupants
- No rearranging furniture please
- Quiet hours between 10PM - 8AM strictly enforced
MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENTS
The primary renter must be at least 21 years old. There are exceptions made on a case-by-case basis and with a paid security deposit and our express written permission. Contact us for details.
**We do not accept bookings from guests within a 50 mile radius.**
SECURITY CAMERAS
Security cameras are in all common spaces of the building, but no worries, no cameras inside any of the homes. We do also have internal sensors that detect temperature, humidity, THC, vapor, and decibel levels.
GUEST REGISTRATION
After you book your reservation, we will require the completion of our electronic Rental Agreement and a copy of a government-issued ID (excluding Airbnb bookings).Once completed, your check-in instructions will be emailed to you thirty days before your arrival date.
OPTIONAL FEES
The following fees are paid in addition to and after the reservation is paid for:
- $75 Early Check-In anytime after 11AM (must be arranged within three days of arrival)
- $75 Late Check-Out anytime before 2PM (must be arranged within three days of arrival)
- $25 per night single rollaway bed rental (includes all necessary bedding)
- $25 per night crib rental (includes all necessary bedding)
SUPPLY STARTER KIT
No one wants to have to worry about getting to the store after traveling all day! That's why we provide a supply starter kit – to get you through the first day or two of your stay.
The kit includes: three rolls of paper towels, dish sponge, five dishwasher pods, four trash bags, dishwashing liquid, ~12 coffee pods per bedroom count, creamer, sweetener, salt/pepper, olive oil, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, bath soap bar, lotion, mouthwash, toothbrushes, toothpaste, and three rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom.

While we do not have any long-term parking on-site, there are countless parking options that we would be happy to provide more information on. Thankfully our location is optimal for walking (or short Uber/Lyft ride) experiences for guests of all ages.

Room was well-kept and accommodating. The room was very charming and made you feel like you're in New Orleans, not a generic hotel. What's really unique is, this is a beautifully renovated historic property. Myra went out of her way to help with anything we needed. She was extremely friendly and thorough in communication about what, when and where everything was. She also responded quickly to any questions we had.

My wife and a friend and his wife stayed here for the Southern Baptist Convention and it was absolutely perfect. Great location close to the convention center and so many good restaurants. Close walk to Canal St, Jackson Square and Bourbon St. Had some small issues with the keypad to get in but communication was easy and they were resolved quickly. The property itself is perfect for two couples. We would absolutely look to stay here again on our next trip to NOLA.

The personal touches are such a refreshing improvement from corporate property management companies like Vacasa. The location is great and walking distance to Jackson Square. Streets around the rental were quiet at night and safe. Highly recommend!

Myself and my daughter’s in law spent the weekend in New Orleans to celebrate one of their’s 40th birthday. The property manager was easily accessible and very responsive. Our only complaint would be that parking is a hassle and very expensive! recommend using a ride app rather than renting a car.

We had an excellent experience from the initial check-in right on through the checkout. Everything worked flawlessly. The accomodations were very nice and very comfortable with easy walking access to many nice restaurants. I highly recommend this as place to stay when you visit New Orleans

Super roomy 2 bedroom condo. Cami helped us check in when the code wasn’t working without delay . She also sent several texts to ask us how it was going. A healthy walk to the French Quarter but not intimidating. Be advised , the beds are pretty high - I even had to help my wife into the bed. There was also a strong musty odor when you first enter but not noticeable after a few minutes .

This property could not have been more perfect! It was in a phenomenal location, just a 5-10 min walk across the street from the Riverwalk outlets and shopping, 10-15 minute walk to the heart of Canal St (highly recommend the Ruby Slipper for breakfast!), roughly 20 minute walk to Bourbon St/French Market etc... The apt. was clean, had everything you needed, and all of the staff were exceptional to work with. If I were to ever come back to NOLA, I'd stay here again without hesitation!

We stayed (2 couples )for 3 nights in March. The place was beautiful (I told my husband that I could live there). Cleanliness is my #1 priority and this place was spotless! There was a welcome basket there with a note for us and local chips to snack on. All the basic necessities were included too. There were lockers for us to use before and after checkout so we could explore without our luggage. Location was good - walking distance to everything. Swamp tour picked us up right in front. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

Just stayed here 6nights. What an amazing apartment, all the little touches meant so much for the comfort of our stay. Super comfy beds and large living spaces. Lots of towels, cleaning necessities and easy access. Walked to all major attractions from the apartment including Caesar’s super dome, French quarter and markets and large supermarket about 12 minutes walk. We loved New Orleans and our apartment.

I would absolutely come back here! The place was beautiful and comfortable! We arrived late due to flight delays and were tired. I forgot some things but they had them there! And there were a few drinks and snacks in the fridge waiting for us! The hosts checked on us via text but didn’t bother us at all!

The apartment was top notch, the unit was clean, comfortable and had just about everything we needed. The location is great, minutes away from just about anything you may want to do and safe. Pictures do not justice. This was so nice and clean. The owner was so prompt and helpful with our checkin. They have refreshments and snacks out for us which was so sweet. The beds are so comfy and I cannot say how clean this place was enough. It is conveniently close everything in the French quarters. Definitely a must stay.
