The Neighborhood:
Directly across the street is a first class grocery store, Rouses, which makes any shopping or stocking up you need to do both quick and convenient.
Three blocks down the street is the Caesars Superdome and Smoothie King Arena which host an array of annual major concerts, large festivals (Essence Festival, Endymion Ball, Super Bowl 2025, College Football Simi Finals and National Championships, and All-State Sugar Bowl), and of course the homes of the New Orleans Saints and Pelicans. Game day is a breeze, as you can avoid all the traffic, easily hang out and pregame in the AC, and when you are ready, saunter down the street to cheer on your preferred team. And after the game, whether happy or sad, you have only a short walk to get back to relax or make a turn and go out to celebrate.
For those in town for business meetings or conventions, the CBD is all around, so a very quick walk, or short Uber/Lyft (wait time is approximately 2 min on almost all occasions), to get to any office building or the Morial Convention Center. Hyatt Regency is two blocks away.
One of the greatest attractions New Orleans has to offer is a trip to the World War II Museum, which is less than a 10 minute walk away. This experience is not to be missed for anyone interested in history, but even for those that don't. The museum is THE Smithsonian museum on WWII, so if you have had a Smithsonian experience before, you will know what that means, and if you haven't, GO.
If you enjoy dinning out, there are over a hundred restaurants to enjoy within easy walking distance, many of which are James Beard Award winning, and almost all of which allow you to sample the excellent culinary experience a visit to New Orleans has to offer.
Nightlife entertainment opportunities abound outside of the sports complex of the Superdome/Arena, as you can enjoy musical performances at the Three Keys, Fillmore Theater, Sanger Theater, Howling Wolf, Republic, Joy Theater, Virgin Hotel, and many others, all within an easy walk or extremely fast Uber/Lyft. Outdoor concerts are regularly held at Champions Square and Lafayette Park, as well as the French Quarter Festival that takes place along the river and throughout the French Quarter. Jazz Fest is an easy uber away, and for those that enjoy taking risks and rolling the dice, the Caesars Casino is a very approachable size casino.
The French Quarter is an easy to access 15 minute walk without the frustration of being right in the middle of the noise and chaos that is the French Quarter experience. Many people frequently say they enjoy being in the mix for a time, but very much enjoy not staying in it full time. So our location provides a respite from the 24 hour experience, while allowing visitors plenty of options in their immediate vicinity to still enjoy their visit.
While many don't see shopping in New Orleans as the first thing they want to do, there is still some excellent boutiques and interesting treasures to be found in the local stores of the South Market District, which is directly outside our doors. Furthermore, one can enjoy a leisure day by walking the small stores and restaurants along Magazine Street in the Garden District, which is a simple and quick Uber/Lyft ride of 8 minutes or less to the starting point.
The St. Charles Streetcar Line is on the corner, and the Loyola Streetcar Line is three blocks away. Across the street is a Blue Bike station, allowing anyone with a smartphone the ability to rent a bike to ride around town, with the convenience of leaving it wherever you would like when finished. Walking is often preferred, as there are numerous buildings throughout the Warehouse District worthy of a stop and look. The French Quarter, WWII Museum, Casino, Convention Center, and Riverwalk Outlet Mall are all a 10-15 min walk. If speed is a need, Uber/Lyft are but a moment away.
Bottom line: our central location should make sporting events, concerts, living and working downtown, and partying in the French Quarter a super easy experience, while not compromising on luxury, security, and privacy with our controlled access, private elevator, and comfortable interior surroundings.
Parking in downtown New Orleans is always in demand. If asked, I usually recommend to guests to not rent a car, if that is an option, as parking around town is hard to find and usually not free, so you might as well take advantage of our location and quick and easy Uber/Lyft access. For those that do choose to drive, our location offers a convenient, safe, and monitored parking garage directly diagonally across the street, above the CVS. The garage offers a daily rate with in and out privileges, so you can come and go as you please for one daily rate. They have security, cameras, elevators, and even offer EV charges for those with an EV. The entrance for this garage is around the corner at 650 O'Keefe Street. The garage is managed by Premium Parking and can be found on their website as garage number P-373. Most guests find this to be their preferred and safest parking option.
You can alternatively park on the street and pay the meter, which also has an app that can be used "Park Mobile" but you can only do so in 3 hour increments, however, parking is free after 7:00 p.m. and all day Sundays.
I am happily available to answer any additional questions you might have prior to booking, during your stay, or if you just want to let me know how it went following your time here. I am happy to help personalize your planning if you need advice or suggestions. In addition, you will find information in the unit that will help guide you around during your time in New Orleans, and hopefully make it a most pleasant experience.
Mardi Gras Note (advice): If you are intending to enjoy Mardi Gras in New Orleans, I would advise you to come Thursday till at least Monday, if not also Fat Tuesday itself. There are "Super Krewes" that have parades throughout the major weekend of Mardi Gras, and those start on Thursday with Muses. Also, as Thursday still somewhat functions as a "work day" during Mardi Gras for locals, there are fewer parades to disrupt traffic flows, pedestrian traffic, etc. and getting into town, settled, and ready for the main event is just simply easier and more pleasant. Furthermore, you can wake up Friday and be ready for whatever you want to do, instead of traveling into town through all the partying and parade driven traffic that lasts into the night. Finally, staying through Monday is a must, at a minimum, as there are several GREAT parades (Bachus) on Sunday you don't want to miss, plus Orpheus on Monday evening. Tuesday is a more "traditional" and "formal" day of parades, which are in and of themselves interesting and part of New Orleans history (Zulu and Rex), but I will say they are not quite as fun as all the others through Monday, so it makes for a great day to travel home. Just my two cents of advice for those who haven't been before and want to "do it right".

Great location, walking distance to some perfect NOLA hospitality. I would highly recommend staying here.

The place is beautiful and comfortable. Pictures are very accurate. The location couldn't be better. Easy walk to Bourbon street, grocery store a block away, and we had a rental car which was very easy to park daily in a paid parking garage a block away which was all digital. All perfect for a family of four.

The apartment is stunning. Beds are so comfortable, the kitchen has everything you need and the bathrooms are clean and well presented. We were in walking distance to everything we needed. We were attending a conference so could easily walk or uber.
The white noise machines in the bedrooms were great and hair dryer in the bathroom meant no need to bring one in our luggage.
We had a great stay and would certainly stay here again.
Thank you!

We went to celebrate my birthday and the apartment was the best choice to stay, really nice, spacious, nicely decorated, well equiped with great location too!
We also had great comunication with Chris.
We would definetly book it again if we go back to NOLA.

This property was in a great location. Close to everything and easy to catch street car. Grocery store across the street was a great bonus. Appreciated how clean the property was. Would definitely stay here again.

Chris was easy to communicate with .

Well worth the price! New, beautifully decorated. Kitchen had everything we needed, including a lemon juicer. They even anticipate the sound of busy Nola streets by providing sound machines in each bedroom. Property manager was wonderfully accommodating. Love this place. We’ll be back!

Outstanding experience! We came to NOLA for a weekend of football, dining, shopping and nightlife. To start the host is a wonderful communicator and provides guests with a list of local favorites. We tried several restaurants from the list within a few blocks and were not disappointed. The property is well maintained and was perfect for our group of three couples. Three full baths with over the top showers and a powder room! Wonderful towels, linens and comfy beds. The owner clearly put a lot of thought into creating high end experience based on appliances, quality of interior finishes and private elevator. If this was not enough the location is perfect. Short walks to Cesar Superdome, Harrah casino, and bourbon street but in a quiet area compared to the French Quarter. Also great grocery store right across the street. By far one of the best properties we have stayed at and our new go to in NOLA!

This was our first visit to NOLA but definitely not our last! The property was absolutely beautiful and just as described, very comfortable for three couples, as each room has an en suite bath. Everything we needed was right nearby. We especially loved having the market right across the street and everything we wanted to see and do was within walking distance but far enough away to get a peaceful nights sleep. Everything about this property was top notch! From the decor, cleanliness, bed/bath linens it was so comfortable!
I didn’t give 5 stars for location because we actually witnessed a car break in on the street below…. Obviously there is nothing that can be done by the landlord or anyone else to prevent it, but I would suggest parking in the garage catty corner across the street where they have security cameras. Also, we were told by the police & locals that if you have a vehicle with out-of-state plates, there is a good chance it will be broken into, so do not leave anything of value inside!!! Being on the 3rd floor & staying together with our group when going out, we felt safe, it is New Orleans tho so keep your head on a swivel.
The landlord Chris was very responsive & helpful when I reached out with a ?. Everyone in our party was delighted with property & I received many kudos & high 5’s for my find! I highly recommend this property & guarantee you won’t be disappointed!
Would 10/10 stay here again!

The condo was amazing. pictures do not do it justice. Walking distance to everything. Owner was very helpful and responded quickly with answers to all our questions. Would stay here again when visiting.

Beautiful property in the Warehouse District. Our family of 5 (ages 9 to 15) visited during Spring break - we loved being in the Warehouse district within blocks of many great restaurants and slightly longer walk (10 minutes) to the busier areas - Canal, French Quarter. Very safe building; elevator access was easy to set up. Host was very responsive to any needs - though we didn't have many as the property is clean, very well-furnished and equipped, and a nice oasis in the city.

Absolutely amazing place. It was beautiful and clean. Check-in process was super easy. Christoper helped get us set up before we even got to town. 10/10 would reccomend!

Stayed from Sunday to Thursday. Communication with Chris was great, including restaurant recommendations. I was nervous because I have never used VRBO before but it was great. We are a family of 5 so traditional hotel rooms can be a challenge. We had plenty of room and the kitchen made snacks and meals easier. Loved having the CVS and Rouses across the street. We opted to park in the CVS parking garage vs the street. I saw some reviews that complained about the cost of the parking garage but I found it comparable to overnight hotel parking costs. I would definitely recommend this property.

We loved the property and the location. We were not prepared for the parking situation but we were able to work it out fairly quickly.

Where to begin? The location is perfect, easy walking distance to LGD and French quarter as well as all the hotspots in the CBD. The space? It is MASSIVE!!! Thoughtful additions and decorations help you feel at home and you can hit your 10k steps just walking around here. The host is beyond kind and responsive, helping you with everything you may need. Wish I could give this place 10 stars!!

This is a beautiful condo that is in a perfect location if you want to walk to different parts of New Orleans. Also, having Rouses market right across the street was incredibly helpful. The owner was very attentive and available.

We had a great stay at this well furnished high end condo for new year’s weekend. We were able to walk around the city and experience everything New Orleans has to offer. The grocery store across the street is nice to have available. One of the couples drove in from South Carolina and parked in the garage which they thought was pricey. Chris did mention to us that it’s best to taxi in and out. The condo is on the second floor and has 2 floors above it. We could hear the 3rd floor guests walking around and talking which is weird because the building is completely renovated. If you’re sensitive to noise maybe try to get the 3rd floor. Last issue was the extremely thin and rough toilet paper. You go to New Orleans to eat the amazing food and walk around to see the amazing architecture. If your backside isn’t happy your not happy. Simple and easy fix! I went on a rant there but would like to end saying we would stay again and loved our time at the condo. Thanks Chris

We had a great stay here with our two adult children and their spouses (plus a 6 month old). This condo was exactly as it appeared in the online photos. Everything seemed new and clean. High-end appliances and fixtures. Beautiful bathrooms. There was plenty of room for our group of six-plus.
Communication was great. Chris was prompt with answers to our pre-stay questions. Clear directions, simple check-in process.
Very good location (2 blocks off of Poydras, which is the main street in the CBD). It was an easy walk for our family to Canal St/French Quarter (0.5 mile). It is about the same distance to the Superdome.
We parked on the street during our 2-day stay. This is metered parking, but it was free on Sunday when we arrived. For a longer stay, I would use the garage across the intersection beside the CVS.
It was very convenient having a nice grocery store (Rouse'e) and a CVS across the street. We used both multiple times.
We are looking .forward to our next stay here.

Can't say enough about this property. Warehouse building converted to an upscale condo. Everything is new and impeccably decorated. Easily walkable to everything in the Warehouse District, French Quarter, WWII Museum, and Waterfront/Casino areas. Garden District is a quick Uber or Street Car ride. Streetcar or Hop On/Off Bus is just a few blocks away. There's a fully stocked grocery/liquor store right across the street as well as a CVS. Chris was a great host - very responsive and always accessible. We'll definitely be staying there if we go back to NOLA.

The condo was perfect for our group. It was clean and in an excellent location. It is a mile from the French Quarter, and there was a grocery store right across the street, along with many restaurants and coffee shops. I would not hesitate to book this space again if traveling to New Orleans.

Our entire experience was perfect. The condo is beautiful (pictures don't do it justice), clean and in a perfect location. Close to everything, but removed from all the noise with great restaurants nearby (especially Herbsaint!) and the grocery store across the street was so convenient. Chris was an extremely kind and thorough host. We will absolutely stay here again on our next trip to NOLA!

This apartment was perfect in every way for our weekend in New Orleans. The owner responded quickly and I felt confident that he would have been available if we had any questions while we were in the home. The unit was very clean, very spacious, and high quality. We came to the city for a Saints game and the location could not have been better. We walked everywhere we went - the Superdome, the World War II museum, and to the French Quarter. We will definitely stay here again!

If you are looking for quality, luxury with attention to detail within walking distance of Everything New Orleans for an out of town we this is a GREAT choice. My company along with myself was is “wow” with the overall experience of our stay. As a property manager of rentals myself this property is a no brainer must stay location.

Family Getaway
Stayed at this condo for 6 days in June of 2022. Perfect location for us, just far enough away from the action with Restaurants within walking distance. Great having a grocery store right across the street. Unit was 1st Class! Would definitely stay here again.

NOLA Celebration
This condo is every bit as fabulous in reality as in the photos. We were a group of 3 couples visiting New Orleans celebrating an anniversary and 2 birthdays. The location of the condo was in good proximity to the trolly and many nearby conveniences and stocked with nearly everything we needed. Check in was made extremely smooth by the advance outreach from the host which enabled us to actually have the entry access downloaded to our phones. Everything was wonderful with our stay. The only thing I would suggest would be to add a broom and dustpan in the laundry area for folks that like to keep the floors swept during their stay. Would definitely love to stay at this location again!

Beautiful Condo
We were a party of six adults visiting New Orleans for the week. The condo was perfect, beautifully done on the inside, modern, fully stocked with anything we needed. Close to many restaurants & bars in the Warehouse District. We ate in a couple times for dinner. Went to the market across the street & stocked up on breakfast fixins, snacks & beverages. The Van Gogh exhibit is right around the corner and the WW2 museum a 10 minute walk away. The French Quarter & the Canal streetcar also a 10 minute walk. Chris was great to work with and offered an app service for accessing the unit which worked out well for six of us as we split up a number of times. Highly recommend.

Great location!
This full floor flat was a perfect place to stay for this year's JazzFest. It's only a few blocks away from great restaurants, bars, etc. However, it's far enough away to allow for some quiet down time. The apartment is spacious, fully stocked with all necessary pots, pans, dishes, etc. The washer/dryer was also a plus.
The apartment is also directly across the street from a great local grocery store with a huge organic selection, beer/wine and morning joe. I would definitely return again.

An amazing place, great location,
Chris is an amazing host, easy to work with and extremely communicative. The property is elegant and location is desirable. We all wanted to live here. I highly recommend and hope to visit again soon.

I wish I could give this property 10 stars! Everything was perfect! The Home was stunning! Location was perfect for our family! And Chris was responsive, courteous, and a great help through the whole process! Thank you Chris for sharing this home with us!

Great stay
We really enjoyed our stay here. It’s a gorgeous place and perfect location.

Wonderful stay - but major construction next door
This would have been a 5 star review as the place was great. However there is major construction going on - we were all awakened at 7 AM by heavy machinery literally on the other side of the wall. I understand the owner/manager has little if any control over this. However as guests in a very expensive unit, we should have been told prior to our stay of the construction. We could have then decided if this was where we would stay.

Awesome apartment
Awesome apartment at great location. Some very good restaurants nearby and a short (15 min) walk to French Quarter. Would rent this apartment again.
