We had a great time staying here. The location is perfect and within walking distance to everything in Hyannis. The property is clean and comfortable and very private. Everything was just as it is shown in the listing. It has been recently updated and all the amenities are there. We hope to stay there again someday.

Charming property close to ferries and town! Our family of 4 enjoyed the proximity to Main St restaurants and shopping as well as the Marina. Some cute local beaches that are great for families with younger children. Owners were so helpful in providing recommendations and the house is well thought out. Great stay for our first time exploring the Cape!

We loved the location as we were very close to the restaurants , shopping and the ferry to Martha’s Vineyard… all walkable. 1/2 hour drive to Chatham, great location for cycling ( rode the entire Cape ) My wife and I are seriously considering booking it every year. The only downside was that the location was not as quaint as I expected and when we arrived the landscaping was in need of a tidying up especially the shrubs. Other than that it was wonderful!!

We had a very pleasant stay at this vacation rental in Hyannis. The location is excellent, with beaches within easy walking distance and Main Street just a short walk away, offering a variety of restaurants, shops, and entertainment options. The house was clean and well-equipped, providing everything we needed for a comfortable stay. A solid choice for anyone looking to enjoy Hyannis.
5.0 / 5.0
This property was perfect for our family of four's weeklong trip to the Cape. Everything exceeded our expectations. The home is exceptionally clean and well stocked (it makes a difference when things like toilet paper, laundry supplies, ample towels and linens are provided.) We had plenty of space to spread out and even host two additional family members for a few days. Brandon responded promptly to any and all questions. The house is decorated with coastal charm, and the private backyard and landscaping are beautifully manicured. The outdoor shower was one of the nicest we've encountered at a beach house. The grill worked great, and the fire pit was a hit for making s'mores.
But the biggest plus by far is the location. The street is perfectly quiet and residential, but you can walk EVERYWHERE from the property. All the Main Street restaurants and shops are less than a five minute walk. (Bonus tip: Tasty Krab has karaoke on Sunday and Fresh Ketch on Friday and Saturday--both within super quick walking distance!) The ferry is less than a mile down the road, and the local ball park is just around the corner. (The kiddos had no problem walking to both.) We visited two of the Barnstable beaches using the included parking pass, which was perfect.
Overall, this property was a fabulous value, similar in price to the Main Street hotels but with far more space and amenities and a quiet, private location to boot. Would highly recommend for families of four or five.

Well maintained, comfortable home that has everything you need for a wonderful stay. The secluded patio with a fire pit was an excellent place to wind day after a day on the beach or a dinner up the street on the main drag in Hyannis. Can walk to breakfast in the morning and/or the ferries to catch a ride to Nantucket. Host was very responsive and went out of his way to ensure the stay was satisfactory. Highly recommend!

Perfect house for our family of 5. The set up fit our family well, with our three kids sleeping together in the the queen, twin, trundle bed room. Location was ideal for our planned activities around the Cape. Complimentary beach pass and chairs were an added bonus. House was as advertised and we would highly recommend.

This is a wonderful house in a perfect location! Within easy walking distance from great shops and restaurants and ice cream on Main Street in Hyannis, as well as the ferry dock and the Hyannis Harbor Hawks Cape Cod summer league baseball field. The patio is a lovely and private spot to relax and have dinner. The kitchen had everything we needed. Brandon is an awesome host and responded immediately to questions. He also provides beach chairs and beach towels and a resident/landlord pass to the local beaches which is a great savings on the daily parking cost. We had a wonderful week in Cape Cod in this great house!

We had a great stay! The house is clean and thoughtfully decorated. The hosts do a great job of letting you know how everything works; we had no issues. The property is in a great location: walking distance to Main Street and a short drive to attractions in nearby Yarmouth. We spent most of our time out but it was a great place to recharge and relax after a busy day. 10/10. Highly recommend.

Perfect house for our family of 4. House has everything you need and a great location to walk to Main Street Hyannis. The beach pass is amazing and lots of great beaches nearby but make sure to pack water shoes for the rocks. Our family really enjoyed exploring the Cape.

We loved our stay in late July 2022. The home was very nice and provided everything you would expect and more. We loved being within walking distance of Main Street but we were never far from the beaches either.

This home is better then pictured and one of the cleanest rentals we’ve stayed in! It is so beautifully decorated and really gives you the beach house feel although it’s not on the water. It is perfectly located to Main Street Hyannis where we walked to dinner each night. We also walked to the ferry for a day trip to Martha’s Vineyard! The beach pass allowed us to check out the local beaches for free and we were still just a short drive away from our favorite larger beaches in surrounding towns. The house had everything you need for a day at the beach. The outdoor area is beautiful and includes games and a fire pit that we enjoyed. The welcome guide sent to us on our phone was SO HELPFUL and answered every question we had. Brandon and Emily, your house is lovely and we can’t thank you enough for an awesome week!

We stayed in this house the last week of July 2022. It was fabulous. It was impeccably clean and the owners had literally thought of every last thing you could possibly need. The property is very private and quiet with a large hedge for privacy. The outdoor area was lovely, with a fantastic and clean outdoor shower. The inside was beautifully decorated, and everything worked exactly as it should. The owners were super responsive and helpful to my questions prior/during our stay. The house is a very short walk to Hyannis main street where there are lots of restaurants. I really can't say enough good things about this property - it really was wonderful.

Great place to stay in Hyannis
The Chase home in Hyannis was a terrific property to stay at in Cape Cod. Less than a mile from multiple beaches (with a parking pass included), and a block or so from the Main Street in Hyannis - this place was terrific.
The app that the chase family sets up makes the rental process as simple as possible, and they have everything you need at the house and available. The home is in terrific shape and perfect for a small family. The back patio is a perfect place to eat meals or have a drink, and the home feels very private even though it is very near Main Street.

The 4th in Hyannis
The house was nice, clean and as described. The location is amazing. Short walk to restaurants and the harbor. Local beaches where beautiful and not super busy. The beach pass was a plus. We will be back.

Beautiful Property!
We had a wonderful week at this beautiful house. It is a lovely home away from home that was absolutely immaculate. It had everything you could possibly need, from a Brita water filter in the fridge, smart tv with streaming channels to keep up with our shows, the cleanest outdoor shower I've ever seen, beach chairs, a cooler, and even some outdoor toys for my son. The beds are very comfy, the ACs work great, and it's right near all kinds of good restaurants and shops in Hyannis. It also feels fairly secluded with a nice hedge wall for privacy when you are out on the lovely patio. It was a short drive to several great beaches in the area with free parking using the provided parking pass. We'd be happy to stay there again!

Adorable property, fantastic host and all around great vacation!
We cannot say enough great things about this property. The house is just as adorable in person as it is online. Impeccably clean, well appointed and a great location / home base to explore the Cape.
The host provided an eBook with absolutely everything that we needed to know about the house and the area. They went above and beyond with additional recommendations on things to do with a 12 and 10 year old. Water park was a hit!
We hope to visit again.

Amazing
We cannot say enough about how amazing our stay with Brandon and Emily was. The house was so homey and comfortable. It was super clean, well decorated, and had everything you could possibly need from a fully equipped kitchen to beach chairs to a great outdoor entertaining space. The home is centrally located just a few blocks from downtown Main Street and a few short miles to the local beaches. The beach pass that is included is also a great bonus, as the parking is $25 a day without it. Look no further, this is an amazing place to spend your stay in Cape Cod. Brandon and Emily are always an email, text, or phone call away and are super easy to talk to and willing to help in any way possible. Thank you both for everything.

Summer in Hyannis
A beautiful meticulously maintained house just a few blocks from Main St. Shops, restaurants, and ice cream just minutes from your front door. Walk to the island ferries and even a few beaches. The included beach pass was fabulous and provided free access to several nearby beaches. You might want to bring some washcloths as only 4 were provided. Loved our stay!!

Great house in a great location
Stayed in this lovely home for 10 nights. House was perfect for 2 of us in a quiet street minutes away from Main St. Hyannis was a perfect place to visit other towns on Cape Cod. Particularly enjoyed playing corn hole by artist shacks where there was a variety of outdoor games. Our favourite meal was in Black Cat Tavern and Pain d’Avignon for fresh bread and breakfast.

Lovely Home, Great Location
Joseph's property is lovely. It is very clean and well maintained. The beds are very comfortable and the common areas cozy. We loved sitting out on the patio after a day filled with sight seeing and lounging in the living room to watch the morning news.
It is a very short walk to Main St. and we enjoyed walking there in the evenings to visit the shops or to get something to eat. The beaches are a five minute drive away. It was wonderful to have the beach pass to use.
We had a wonderful experience in this beautiful home away from home!

Sweet home in a great location!
We had a great stay! The house had EVERYTHING a small family would need while visiting including beach chairs, pack-n-play/highchair, coolers, beach passes, lobster pot, etc. The location of the house was great too - walking distance to main street, shops, restaurants, etc. Access to washer/dryer was a really nice feature particularly traveling with two small children. We are looking forward to our next visit! Thanks again for a great stay Joseph!

Fantastic well equipped house, situated near the main street of Hyannis
Myself, my husband and 10 year old son stayed here for a week in August. The house was perfect for us, being situated a short 5 minutes walk from the main street in Hyannis. It was a great base to explore Cape Cod.
The house was very comfortable, well equipped with everything needed and also had beach towels, chairs and a cooler for the beach! We appreciated being nearby to lots of great restaurants and shops on the main street.
We went outlet shopping, whale watching off Provincetown, fishing, visited some great local beaches, my son and husband went to a fantastic waterpark and played crazy golf! It was a really nice relaxing holiday, we loved the house and thought Hyannis was a great town. Would highly recommend!

Perfect House in the Heart of Everything!
This was our first trip to the Cape and we wanted to do day trips to explore as many places as possible. 18 Chase Street located in the quiet beautiful Historic Waterfront District, is the perfect location for that. The house is lovely, comfortable and cozy with all the amenities you could possibly need. We enjoyed the fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living room, comfy bedrooms, washer & dryer & lovely outdoor area with gas grill. Whether you are a couple like us who love exploring, shopping and dining, or families who like spending time on the beach and at amusement parks...this is the place for you! We walked to Main Street - a five minute walk - where we shopped and dined at nice restaurants.
We walked to Hyannis Harbor to catch ferries to Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket and ate at beautiful waterfront restaurants. Joseph, the owner, was delightful, personable, accommodating and always responsive to our questions. We highly recommend this wonderful home!

All This House Is Missing--Is You!
We had an incredibly enjoyable, relaxing, fun, week at 18 Chase Street. As they say, location is everything and its location was absolutely wonderful. In fact, we didn't use even a 1/2 a tank of gas on our rental car, because everywhere we went (when we weren't walking to Main Street) was so close. Main Street was less than a five minute walk, and you're in the heart of it all--dining, shopping, night-life!! We loved the beach passes (such a PLUS!!!), and went to three different beaches. We took Joseph's WONDERFUL restaurant recommendation for our last night and had our best meal of our trip (The Black Cat on the harbor).
The house was clean, light, airy with a beach theme with plenty of room for our party of 4, with even more room on the pull out sofa which we didn't need. The appliances and furnishings were just like being at home--and even better.
Charming Waterfront District is a perfect description for this house. It really is! My family would most certainly stay here again and encourage anyone looking for a place that "has it all" to stay at 18 Chase Street. It was a great experience!!

Wonderful house
We called this home our 'little patch of Heaven' during our stay. House was immaculate and very clean. It had everything we needed including a cooler and chairs for the beach. Beds were very comfy. Centrally located so exploring was an easy drive. Mornings on the patio were quiet and glorious. Plenty of space to cook dinner, eat and gather with the family to watch TV in the evenings. The air conditioning kept the house so comfortable. We loved this home.

THe home is lovely. Walking distance to Main Street restaurants and shops. We walked to the ferries to Nantucket and Martha’s Vineyard. We were in town for Hyannis Harbor Hawk baseball for the Cape League And walked to all the home games. We had a great time on the Cape and would love to stay here on our future visits.

Second time booking this house.
This was our second “girls week” in this cozy cottage. We love the location of this super-clean, well maintained charming home. Joseph, as always, was an attentive and available host. No need for a car to walk to shops and restaurants in downtown Hyannis, but of course if you wish to see more of the Cape and visit the beaches or nearby Islands, a car is a must. The home (as always) is well supplied with all the basics you will need for several days including soaps, detergents, paper products, plenty of propane for the grill etc. Hopefully, we will return again in the future. We didn’t bother to look elsewhere for our second “girl’s week” rental in Hyannis. This was perfect for us once again. We had a wonderful, relaxing time. Thank you again Joseph.

Great house in a great location!!
We just spent a week in Cape Cod -- our first visit ever -- and had a wonderful experience staying at 18 Chase St. in Hyannis. The house had everything we needed, including a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and lots of privacy. It was the perfect central location for exploring the entire area -- from Plymouth to Provincetown. And such easy walks to the ferry for Martha's Vineyard, the JFK Museum and Main Street shops and restaurants. We appreciated all the effort Joseph has put into making this house a great vacation home. Loved the simple but tasteful decorating. What a great home base for a Cape Cod vacation!!

Wonderful Area
Lovely home, close to Main Street within walking distant to shopping, and many restaurants to choose from, the harbor is also very close with boats leaving for Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket. Easy access to see all the other villages and beaches. There are stairs to the bedrooms, we were a party of 4 people and did very well and had plenty of space. We hope to stay here next year, God willing. Thank you Joseph for everything. The Parrett family

Perfect Base for Our First Trip to the Cape
We are a retired couple and chose 10 Chase Street as our base for our first visit to Cape Cod the week following Labor Day. We had planned a rather aggressive week of touring the Cape including day trips to Provincetown, Nantucket, Martha’s Vineyard, and whale watching out of Barnstable. We found the home to be perfectly located for our daily trips. It was a short walk to most places on Main Street and less than a mile to the Hyannis harbor.
Upon our arrival the home was very clean and we immediately felt at home. The interior has been very tastefully decorated and accurately reflects the posted pictures on VRBO/Home Away. The kitchen appliances and sizable stack dryer/washer are modern and in excellent working condition. While we didn’t really prepare any meals during our week stay it appeared to us that almost any cooking, grilling, or eating items one might require was available. The mechanicals – water and HVAC – were very good for a home of this age. The second floor bedrooms were nicely appointed and we found the beds comfortable. The upstairs main bathroom was nicely sized and well maintained. We appreciated that the downstairs had a half bath with a full sink area and commode since the stairs typical of homes this age are rather steep and narrow.
Joseph, the owner, was a pleasure to work with during our initial rental inquiry and the rental process. He always responded quickly to our emails and phone calls. Our security deposit was impressively returned within a week following our departure.
It was apparent to us that a good deal of planning and effort has gone into this home to meet the needs and comfort of most renters. If we ever have the good fortune to return to the Cape we will certainly put this home at the top of our list.
By the way Joseph you were right! We had lovely September weather, light traffic, and almost no crowds.

Great vacation rental
Our family of four spent a week in this vacation rental, and were very pleased. The house is spacious, clean, modern and comfortable. It has everything you need, from linens to even essential toiletries. The location is on a quiet street, within an easy walk to town and to the Nantucket and Martha's Vineyard ferries. Joseph is extremely helpful, responsive and accommodating-- no wonder many of his renters are regulars. Hyannis is centrally located on the cape and affords easy access to all the other towns. Will definitely stay here again.
