The dishwasher was broken prior to arrival. Property management knew about it. Repair person never came. The grounds had beer cans thrown around it. The main living room had cobwebs hanging from the ceiling. Other than that, it was a perfect house for our family.

The stars were aligned for a spring break Breckenridge adventure when the school calendars of our three families from three different states coincided to allow a March reunion. The commitment commenced in September with the booking of this spacious home to accommodate our three grown veteran Breck vacation kids, their spouses, and nine grandkids. We enjoyed many positive features of this property and coped with some misrepresented information described in the “property details”.
PROS: Spacious home with view; hot tub, plentiful towels, fresh sheets, and blankets; generous supply of paper products and soaps for kitchen and bath; convenient large garage converted for boot, board, and ski organization; multiple gathering areas for eating, gathering, and gaming; user friendly app for check-in to share with all; convenient shuttle connections.
CONS: Driveway and walkway were covered with 4-5 inches of packed snow/ice compromising safe access for guests; upper level trundle bed pictured has been replaced by an uncomfortable convertible love seat; air hockey table described is missing; washer/dryer in garage is missing; toaster has a missing lever on one side; kitchen step-on trash can was broken (we repaired it); lowered level queen bed support is broken; lower level queen room window frozen ajar but unable to shut; bunk room temp at 78 and difficult to regulate; several mattresses would benefit from an upgrade; price discrepancy between VRBO quote and LocalVR quote sad.

House was as advertized, lots of room for our family. Hot tub was great, steam shower in Master bath was perfect after a cold day skiing. Kitchen had everything we needed for our group.
Garage was too cold to spend any time playing ping-pong. Rooms were heated unevenly, hot water was only lukewarm in the master shower in the mornings.
Biggest issue was the advertised ski-in, ski out. It is possible to get to the slopes with the provided directions, but takes a lot of effort. We never found the route to ski in.The direstions note that if a particular run is closed to ski under the rope. We didn't want to do that because of all the warning signs that note your lift ticket would be confiscated if you are caught going under the closed ropes.
The Shuttle stops at New England Rd., very close to the house. Coming from the Beaver Run lift, take the Brown South bus to Mill Run stop, then catch the shuttle to New England Dr. Or shuttle to the Marriot and walk across the pond bridge to the Quicksilver Chair.

We are a group of friends that travel and golf together. This home met and exceeded our expectations! Large, spacious and well appointed! The bedrooms are large and the beds are comfortable. Plenty of towels, extra towels and robes for the hot tub was a great addition and much appreciated. The kitchen was the most well stocked we have experienced. The owners have thought of everything, you will want for nothing! Excellent location, minutes from downtown Breckinridge. The hot tub was wonderful and the outdoor deck had comfortable outdoor seating. We loved this home, I’m sure you will too!

We celebrated Father's Day and a 65th birthday with our sons and their families here at this amazing home for a long weekend filled with delicious meals cooked together, family games, evenings in the hot tub looking at the stars, pool competitions, pacman games and watching sports on the TV. There was so much room for everyone, and plenty of room for our 3 year and 6 year old grandsons to run around. The day we arrived, we spotted a moose sitting in the grass across the street from our large bedroom window! That was amazing! The family of foxes living in the area were a daily treat from the windows for everyone! We hiked on a pretty trail along a stream that was nearby and played golf on the most beautiful golf course! It rained and even snowed a bit the 1st couple of days there, but we were so comfortable sitting around the fireplace and having fun with all the activities this wonderful home had to offer! The views are incredible! WOW! Loved everything about it! Would love to come back again!

Great house! We stayed with our entire family . There were 11 adults and 6 kids and everyone had their own bedroom and bath . So much room to spread out and enjoy the scenery! The home exceeded our expectations. Super easy check in and out. We were pleasantly surprised to see high chairs and toys and even an old fashioned arcade Pac-Man game! We used the ski out and shuttle was so convenient. Thanks for sharing your home with us!

Beautiful place that took about 2.5 hrs to get to from DIA. Great layout for families with kids of mixed ages. Pool table, fireplaces, ping pong, cards, and hot tub were all nice to keep everybody entertained when not on the snow. Ski in aspect was a fun adventure to start the day and the shuttle was easy way to get back. Strongly recommend. Thanks so much

We had a group of 16 stay last weekend. This place exceeded our expectations! Hosts were super helpful & responsive. The property is spectacular, clean, beautiful views from the hot tub and right on the shuttle line that brings you into town. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay!! If you’re considering it, book it! Thank you for hosting us- it was perfect.

Great house as advertised. We were able to ski to the Quiksilver lift or catch the shuttle.
We really enjoyed the house and location. We travelled with several families and we were all very comfortable. Highly recommend this property, especially with a big group.

Great House
This house is amazing! It accommodates so many people. I definitely recommend for several families. There is so much room to spread out, and the seating in the kitchen is great for mealtime. It is not ski in, and ski out is a maybe. While we were there the run to ski out on was closed, so it wasn't a good idea. The shuttle is convenient, we just had to figure it out. It is definitely helpful if people in your party are on different schedules. Overall we had a great time and enjoyed all the area had to offer. Thank you!

This was the most comfy housing for a large group. It was absolutely perfect.
There was plenty of dishes, cooking items and towels for the stay. Everyone really enjoyed the coziness but spaciousness of the home. It was absolutely perfect. Thank you for allowing us to experience it for our Christmas family gathering.

Fun family trip
All in all was a wonderful experience, except for our first night. Freezing in master bedroom & broken slats on master bed made unusable bed! A bit of frustration getting with property management on these issues.

Beautiful Property but... was not clean on check in.
Beautiful Property. Cleaning crew terrible. We checked in seamlessly but were shocked to find cleaning towels on the floor, crumbs on the counters, sticky mess near the stove. Dirty knives in the knife block, cutting board in the cupboard with food all over it. Grill so dirty it was un-useable we tossed our food and ordered take out. Deck had not only prior guest THC/CBD containers all over but also pet potty.

Lovely and Comfortable Home
This home had space and activities for our family. The kitchen was very well stocked, beds and bedding galore, game console and hot tub were a hit. The ping pong table was an extra we didn’t use but fun surprise. The management allowed an early check in and late check out. Very helpful! Highly recommended!!

Great Stay!
We had a great stay at this house! This home is very well stocked with everything you could need to cook for a large group, pool table and lots of games. We were 5 couples and plenty of room for everyone. Great neighborhood, close to town. We loved it and hope we can come bacon day!

Great house
The home was amazing. Over all experience was great. The only thing to keep in mind is the "ski out" aspect was suppose to be a green level but was very difficult due to the width of the path and amount of trees. Also, free shuttle pick up was very far from the house. Impossible to walk with ski gear. Car rental is advised.
