Exquisite decor Newly Updated. Vaulted ceilings. 4500 SqFt. Hiking, Clean air. In the summer, you can walk to Main St . 1/2 mile away from free shuttle stop. 3 ZEN sun rooms where you can relax, take yoga or simply enjoy the view of nature. 3 Decks, East one has 8 people hot tub. 3 living rooms with smart Tvs. Radiant floor heating in bathrooms. Cozy wood fireplace on top floor, and pellet stove on ground floor. Individual thermostats for each room. 2 laundries, 3 bars, & more
Home is just a quick 2 min drive from downtown Breckenridge. Its about a 20 minute walk (downhill) to Downtown Breckenridge in the summer. About a 10 minutes walk to the shuttle stop. In the winter we recommend driving or using a rideshare service to get to town. Our home is surrounded with forested trees and you will enjoy a view of the mountain range from the top level of the home. Whole home has been gutted with a brand new open floor plan, a modern kitchen with large granite counter/ island, new cabinets & all Bosch high end appliances.
Home has 3 Living room spaces, 3 private relaxing sunrooms and boasts 6 large bedrooms & 6 bathrooms for your pleasure. It's very comfortable and roomy. We have a great space for both vacationers and families. Luxury finishes and attention to detail: many of the closets include trendy barn doors, most of the bathrooms have heated floors and heated towel bars and each space has a smart thermostat. Home has a hot tub on the East deck of the top level. You will be amazed at the comfort this home has to offer and the fact that it can accommodate a large group of guests. Backyard is large and spacious. Driveway can fit up to 5 cars in the summer. Please beware that in the winter, we can not guarantee that many cars will fit due to snow.
Breckenridge offers many activities in the winter with skiing, snowboarding, sledding & snow mobile Summer is great too with hiking, biking or river rafting. This home has great proximity to town only less than 1 mile away. We have so many great restaurants nearby or you can just go to the local grocery store and cook in this dreamy chef's luxury kitchen fully equipped for your needs.

You can walk to town in 15 min or use the town free shuttle to go to the slopes. It’s up the hill so walking back with snow on the ground can be challenging. Very spacious home with plenty of private spaces. The home is close to the road so please be careful when backing out in winter weather. It’s also a short Uber ride.
PETS
Pets are welcome for a $200 fee per dog for the entire stay to account for the extra cleaning they require for the next guests. Please bring bags and clean up after your dogs. Please note that we accept up two 2 dogs only and require that the dog be with you at all times or we ask that you please bring a crate for your fur baby for short stints away from the home. We also ask you to please ensure that the dog is kept off of all furniture, and that you clean up after them outside. We appreciate you understanding and helping us keep good care of our home so that we can provide a good, clean place for our next guests.

We have exterior cameras on-site for security purposes. Don't worry, there are no cameras inside of the home.

Individual thermostats for each single room control electric heaters. Please be aware of easy waste of energy. Use the fireplaces and pellet stove before pushing the electric heater. The basement can be cooler than the rest of the house; our suggestion is that you use the pellet stove to warm up this area. Please only use pellets in the pellet stove. There are bags of pellets near the washer/dryer as well as additional bags in the garage near the steps. There might be a gel fire accelerator available. Please only use this for the pellet stove, it is not for use in any other stoves or fire pits.
There is a wood burning stove in the house also. We strive to have wood available for your use, but this is not guaranteed. Firewood can be purchased at the local grocery stores if needed.

To this support this, we have installed noise monitoring devices near the hot tub. While these devices do not record conversations, they do monitor & record decibel levels associated with loud and boisterous behavior, as well as notify us of excessive noise/readings.
4. You chose this house because it is so special! We completely agree and request you to treat it like your own! Keep it nice and tidy please! Extra cleaning fees will be applied if the house is not cared for and not left reasonably clean. ‘
Reasonably clean’ includes:
washing the dishes you have used,
disposing of trash in proper bins which are located in the garage or if it is trash day, then they are at the end of the driveway.
Leaving furniture/beds in their original location,
all towels and linens must be accounted for.
Please be careful of the white sheets/ towels and comforters and use the supplied make up wipes for removal of makeup.
5. BBQ is also available for you use. Please make sure to turn off the gas as the tank can leak and it can also be dangerous. We do not guarantee that there will be gas in the propane tank and if you find that the tank is empty, we ask that you please go get a replacement tank to switch it out at the local store in town.

The house is lovely with a big room on the top floor with many windows. There is a big hot tub on the deck, which is a perfect way to end the day. Town and the mountain are a quick 5 minute drive away. The appliances and pots and pans looked almost new and were plentiful. Hillary was very friendly and helpful. She would get back to us right away. We would definitely rent this house again!

The house was great and just as advertised. The hosts were very helpful when we had a power outage Yolanda and Hillary kept us updated and walked us through getting the water back on. Everyone in our group would return.

Location is great! Setup of house is awesome! Would definitely stay again! But….. bring your own washcloths! For a 16 person capacity I don’t think there were 16 washcloths! Shower in basement was very dimly lit and the shower head was not very good. Front door was not accessible with the code. Everything else was perfect!!!

We had a wonderful stay with a large group for a long weekend ski trip. The house came stocked with the basics we needed having all traveled via flights, and the hot tub was perfect for a post-ski day!

After many trips to Puerto Vallarta this is our first staying in Choncha Chinas. And we loved it. Quiet area with beautiful views and a cheap uber ride to Old Town. The condo was amazing and lacked nothing. And we give the property manager Sonia a 5* rating. She is attentive, prompt and has a wonderful personality. Thank you for letting us share your beautiful condo!

We had an amazing stay at this property. It is close enough to downtown to get there easily, but nicely tucked away for large groups. It was clean and well-stocked. Would highly recommend this home!

This was an ideal property for our family reunion. It was large enough for everyone to have a bit of personal space with plenty of room for us to hang out together, too. Great location, easily walkable to downtown Breckenridge. We all enjoyed our stay!

This is a great property that’s minutes from downtown Breckenridge. Plenty of space for fun with friends and family. We had a great time enjoying campfires in the evenings and cooking in the fully stocked kitchen and handy grill on the deck.
Hilary and Yolanda were very responsive and were overall great hosts! Highly recommend!

The home is a great size to accommodate large groups, however we were disappointed with the cleanliness of the home.
I reached out to the client to inform her that we ran into the issues below before leaving review ino reply form her in two weeks.
Our first in counter was we were asked to pick up toilet paper while on the plan (not a huge deal) we were told the order did not arrive and they would reimburse us. Have not seen the credit.
They have a management company and a cleaning service, I am sure it would have been as easy as running to the grocery which is a few blocks away… as we did, this should not have been my problem.
Secondly bought food for 16 people planing on using the grill,( which the home states it has a grill. It did not state that you need to supply the propane.
We get back to the house to cook NO PROPANE… three empty tanks, run back to the store only to find out they are out of propane. We went to plan B. Only to find the stove was not working correctly, use the toaster oven 3 hrs later we had dinner. They did inform us prior to arrival that the second stove was broke. first stove not working well either, the kitchen was not well stocked especially to have to use the oven. We had to make shift a few pans.
When I reached out to the owner that night she informed me that they are not responsible for propane, do not list a grill if an out of toners need to find propane.
The sheets in 3 rooms were not washed, we threw them in the washer before going to bed.
The dishwasher is not attached to the cabinet, beware when loading.
We did reached out to the owner with all the issues at hand, thought they would care to be informed before I left my review, as I stated no reply.
I believe there are many rentals in that area, for the cost I would check out other location.

Great location with just a 7 min drive to gondola, well stocked, clean, two laundries were amazing, and plenty of room to spread out.
Only complaint is that the beds seem worn and some are uncomfortable.
I would recommend this place for large or multi-family trips. Loved all of the hooks and cubbies to store ski gear.

Great house that was very clean. Comfortable beds. Shuttle stop a little farther than expected and it’s an uphill walk that is a little challenging in ski boots. Otherwise fantastic location.
