Welcome to the Ritz Waters Edge! This beautiful 3 bedroom home offers a wonderfully unique vacation getaway experience for all who visit. This perfect waterfront lot has been designed with your experience in mind, including plenty of seating areas, a pool table, a Sonos sound system, a fully stocked kitchen with Kitchen Aid Professional appliances and all the spices and pantry necessities, a dry bar with all the tools you’ll need to create your perfect cocktail, a BBQ grill, and a private heated pool overlooking the lake surrounded by lush landscaping. You’ll have such a relaxing and joyous visit, you won’t want to leave.
This home is located on the lake in a tranquil, gated-community. Sidestep the arrid Arizona landscapes and enjoy the gorgeous unobstructed lakeview and lush green grass all throughout the neighborhood. This is a great location for enjoying the golfing community at the beautiful nearby golf course or take advantage of the short commute to some great shopping, dining, and other entertainment venues in the nearby community.

We had such a great stay at this property! The views and amenities were fantastic. I cannot speak highly enough about the lake/pool outdoor area. Was incredibly peaceful and everything you could want in a great outdoor space with a view. The home itself is stunning and worked great for our little family. Very clean and not lacking any essentials. Great communication with the owner. We will absolutely be visiting again!

Six of us stayed at this beautiful Ocotillio neighborhood home and had a pleasant stay. It’s not far from the freeways and a grocery store is nearby. The home has well rounded accommodations and the salt water pool was the highlight for me - daily swims to hang out in the 110F heat. Excellent kitchen for those of us that love to cook. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms are fantastic, A/V options and Wi-Fi worked well, and everything was clean. Christian, the host, was a clear and helpful communicator. I highly recommend this home for your next stay in Chandler/Phoenix.

It’s our 3rd time staying at this property. We have never had issues and always enjoyed our stay. Beds are comfy. The couch is also comfy. The kitchen is nicely stocked with all necessities to cook and eat. It’s also great touch to have a beverage fridge filled. Christian has always been great at communicating and responds quickly to any questions.

This is one of the best houses we have ever rented. We didn't want to check out. Everything was actually a little bit better than we hoped for on ever level, the rooms, beds, pool, patio, neighborhood, accessibility to shops and restaurants. Also, communication with Christian was seamless. Sum up; Perfect!

They both have been wonderful. The kids enjoyed the heated pool and we all enjoyed sitting out on the deck on waters edge.

The house was as beautiful as the pictures. Modern, clean house with wonderful beds, clean sheets and towels. The lake view, heated pool and patio was very relaxing. This host goes up and behind to insure you have an enjoyable stay. Beers, water and sodas in the wine bar, just like the picture shows. Always nice having the comforts of home, and this place definalety provide that for me.

We rented this property for a week while our kids attended a sports camp relatively nearby. The house sits within a serene gated community. The house itself was airy, bright, clean, and meticulously appointed, with lots of smart-home conveniences. The rooms were comfortable, and we and the kids really enjoyed the outdoor space, which included an outdoor grill, seating area, and heated pool, all overlooking a small lake within the community.
The location was convenient to the kids' camp, but is equally convenient to restaurants and attractions in Chandler, Scottsdale, and Phoenix proper.
Christian, the owner, was great and super organized/responsive. All of the information about the stay was packaged to us ahead of time, as well as printed in a full-color book awaiting our arrival to the home. We would be happy to stay again next time we're in the area.

The pictures accurately depict the property. It was a very nice touch to have the mini fridge stocked with pop and water upon arrival, as well as a Christmas tree set up. It’s clear this property is newly renovated in a gated and quiet neighborhood.

Beautiful house
We have stayed here once before and returned because of how beautiful and relaxing it is. The property manager is also great at communicating. The fridge was stocked with drinks, the beds are comfortable and everything was very clean. Only suggestion would be to replace the cookware. The teflon is starting to peel off from some pans and it got in our food.

We have stayed at a couple of this owner's homes and they are top notch, above and beyond. Communication is excellent, and the home was beautiful. Great, safe neighborhood. High end home, great pool, and great to be on the lake. He found a fishing pole for my son, and floaties are in the garage! So much fun! House is stocked with basic essentials and this is also wonderful. Thank you for another great stay!

We have stayed at another property of Christians before and we were so pleased with the cleanliness, the responsiveness and the beautiful home we just had to check out this property. We hope to check out another one of Christian's property's next vaca if available! This home is located in such a peaceful neighborhood. We enjoyed walking around the beautiful homes and water daily. Waking up to the beautiful view and warm beautiful pool was just one of the many highlights. This property has a very well stocked kitchen. This home truly has it all! I have never seen another vrbo that is as well stocked with paper towels, garbage bags, dish soap, laundry soap, tp, spices, dishes, etc. I Loved that it had the toothpaste, shampoo and conditioner etc. The mini fridge had waters and soda upon arrival. I could go on and on. Thank you for for the awesome stay! We will be back!:)

Excellent!! This home was all the description said and more! My two sisters and I felt so pampered in this beautiful home. From the gorgeous patio and heated pool right on the water, to the amazing kitchen, comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms, we had everything that we needed. The kitchen was very well stocked and Christian left us a wonderful assortments of drinks, including lots of water and coffees. There was a book with lots of information about the property and the surrounding area which was very helpful. The location made it easy to get around too. Thank you for your generous hospitality! We will hope to book again on our next trip to Arizona!
