Check in was easy and condo was perfect and clean just as shown in photos. It had everything we needed for our stay. Bed was comfy and we used the pull our sofa one evening when our granddaughters came for the night. The view from the 15th floor was great! We loved that the beach was just a few streps from the property.

The property was wonderful! The only real problem was the building itself, needs some cosmetic work. Also, the parking deck was very tight. The property was very nice and comfortable. The view was fantastic! We really had a nice and relaxing time.

This was the perfect location for me and my 3 boys ages 3, 9, and 15. We were right on the beach - great beach not too busy and all the pools are maintained well. The staff onsite were so sweet! We were close to Walmart and many grocery stores. My only issue was the parking garage. But that is no fault of Cheri's. The garage is tight for parking so if you have or plan to bring a very large SUV or truck know the parking garage is tight parking. Everything else was wonderful. Cheri is wonderful and her condo is beatiful. My boys made amazing memories of their first time at the beach!

I loved staying here. Had Ocean front view and was wonderful. Sat out on the Balcony and just took it all in..The condo was very clean and bed was very comfortable. Coffee and hot chocolate was provided. Very cozy and warm place. Owner very nice .Will stay here again.

Small point: Need better TV package. Roku offered150 channels of 70s and 80s shows but not one network like CBS/Fox etc. No World Series or NFL for a sports enthusiast .

The 15th floor condo was just perfect! Cheri the owner was so attentive, informative and so nice!!! She makes sure your stay is amazing and has many supplies including a great selection of coffees and a vast array of cooking utensils!! The oceanfront 15th floor view is amazing!! My daughter and I had the best time and will definitely want to go back again and again

We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation at this beautiful, well equipped condo. The view from the 15th floor balcony was breathtaking. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. We really enjoyed the pool and the poolside restaurant The Salty Pickle. The resort itself was filled with friendly people and was well maintained and clean. Cheri was a pleasure to rent from and even had our unit ready prior to check in time. We will definitely be back. Thanks for everything Cheri!!

This condo was wonderful. It was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with everything I needed. Most condos I've rented have the bare minimum. Not this place! When I called the owner to let her know that the manual can opener wasn't working, she made sure I had a new electric one by the end of the day. Paper products were supplied and lasted several days, as well as soap and laundry items. Beach towels, chairs and an umbrella are available for use as well as toys. There are four chairs on the balcony that are very comfortable. The owner provided a few books and DVDs for entertainment, but you might want to bring your own. The bedroom has a dresser and chest of drawers for storage, as well as a closet full of hangers. The bedding, throw blankets, and bath towels were clean and comfortable. They supplied pillows, but we brought our own. Arrival and departure instructions are very clear and easy to follow, as well as tv instructions. This was a great place to stay, and if you're headed to the Myrtle Beach area, I would recommend that you book this condo!

This was our first rental experience and we couldn’t be happier. The condo is right on the beach so it’s just an elevator ride down to the ocean. The amenities made it feel homey and comfortable. The view was incredible- watching the sunrise is a must. Cheri was a great host, and we’ll definitely be back.

Everything was perfect except for a few items in need of repair. The front door doorstop hinge was defective. Drains in bathrooms drained poorly. Kitchen needed dish towels. Rinse tower on floor of DW was broken. Elevator issues.
