About this house rental
Please inquire prior to booking. This home has sustained damage to the retaining wall that guards the waves and water from the house to the lake. There is NO Beach right now because the water levels are very high. There is no damage to the home itself but you can not sit on the beach or small area next to the beach because of the water damage. We will also need a release of liability waiver signed.

Breathtaking views of Lake Tahoe from the living room, sun bedroom, kitchen, and primary bedroom! Enjoy the two outside decks for relaxation and entertainment. Panoramic views of the west shore and full sunshine year-round. Beautiful sandy beach right out the back door. (Water levels vary from day to day, month to month, year to year, which will determine how much beach is available.)
The bedrooms are unique. The fourth bedroom is a sunroom located off the living room. The room gets warm in the summer and can be a little chilly in the winter. However, we have heaters for the room. Super cute and nice for a couple with direct beach access steps away.
Please note that the 5th bedroom, which has a private entrance and a full bathroom, is currently UNAVAILABLE due to a plumbing issue related to frozen pipes during the winter months. Thank you for your understanding.

A large country kitchen fully equipped with cookware, utensils, plates, bowls, coffee maker, toaster, blender, all pots/pans, Jenn-air electric grill, and more.
The living room offers plenty of seating capacity with a gas log fireplace and blower that provides heat to the downstairs.
Bedroom One on the main floor has a King bed and cable TV.
Bedroom Two on the main floor has one Full and one Twin bed.
A Full Bathroom between bedroom one and bedroom two
Off the kitchen is a couch, flat screen smart TV where you can watch your favorite app subscriptions and a laundry room closet.
Bedroom Three with Queen bed (minimal heat but a sunroom, so it gets hot in the summer) off the living room

We do not allow rentals to groups under 25 years old! We require a copy of the renter’s driver’s license as proof of eligibility to rent, per Douglas County rules.
Parking spaces for a maximum of 3 vehicles. STRICTLY ENFORCED. Two on the parking pad in front of the garage and one in the garage.
Notification to Renters: You will be issued a parking permit which they must display on the driver’s side dashboard of your vehicle and “failure to park in the designated parking spaces and/or display the parking permit may result in a citation and fine of $500 to the owner of the vehicle”.
Disclosure: Water levels fluctuate throughout the year and vary each year based on winter snowfall. Photos of the beach were taken in 2017 when there was a lower water level allowing for more beach access. Please be mindful that there may be less beach during your stay.
Side Notes: Like most homes at Lake Tahoe, there is no air conditioning in the home. Fans are provided. Fire/Smoke Season can affect air quality. Please review our cancellation policy as we do not provide refunds due to air quality.
Important notice: Due to the last two winters, the retaining wall to the property has encountered some damage. Access to the beach may be affected and dangerous, please inquire with Tahoe All Seasons Property Management for more details. Guests will still have access to the beach with the community gate which is four houses away from the property. The views are amazing and there are two decks and a patio area for your enjoyment.

THIS IS A FAMILY HOME AND NEIGHBORHOOD. WE WILL NOT ALLOW ANY BACHELOR OR BACHELORETTE PARTIES OR ANY PARTY AT OUR HOME. OUR HOME IS LOCATED IN A NICE QUIET COMMUNITY AND 9 PM QUIET HOURS ARE STRICTLY ENFORCED. THERE WILL BE FINES FOR ANY NOISE DISTURBANCE REPORTED BY THE POLICE OR MARLA BAY HOA.

We had a fantastic time at this property! Since we were technically 3 “families”(mom, two daughters with spouses), the design was perfect so we all had plenty of privacy when needed but plenty of space to all hang out together. The house was one of the best appointed kitchens of any we have ever stayed at and please give my absolute thank you to the cleaning crew…I have never stayed at a rental where all the kitchen “stuff” was very clean and dust-free! The beds were comfortable. The oven was a little tricky because of the way the tray sits crooked, but it didn’t affect anything. If we ever find ourselves in Tahoe again(I would love that!) we would definitely look for this particular rental again. Brandon was extremely helpful throughout the stay as well!

The house was very clean, check-in process was seamless with easy-to-understand directions and entry/key instructions. Listing was as described. The kitchen is very well-appointed - everything you need to cook and the layout of the house makes it very easy to hang out with friends while cooking. The view is spectacular - really one of the most beautiful views we have stayed at in Tahoe! The beds, pillows, and towels were all comfortable, plenty of them, and plenty of paper towels, TP, shampoo/conditioner, etc. and space for everyone! We had 4 adults and 5 children with no problem at all! It was an easy drive to some great hiking and town for restaurants/groceries. There are some games for kids and a bunkbed in one room that worked out well for our kids. Things to know if you stay here: there are a lot of stairs for little ones or anyone with mobility problems and the 5th bedroom can only be accessed by exiting the house and going down the porch stairs. The 5th bedroom is beautiful and appears newly remodeled with its own bathroom though, so very pleasant, just something to know when planning out bedrooms with small children. In addition, the owner went above and beyond when we left 2 items behind – truly an amazing experience! Before we checked out, we were already looking up dates for the summer to rent the house again - we really wouldn't change anything! Highly recommend this house!!

Amazing location right on the waters edge! Love the separation of the bedrooms. It would be nice if the sun room bedroom had shades though. No one wanted to sleep there though the room is cute. A dated home but who cares when you have that view! We would stay again!

The place is pretty rundown, but kept clean. You can't beat the location. The lake view and beach are great. Plus lots of space for a family trip.
