- Guests may park 2 cars in the garage and/or 3 in the driveway, for a total of 5 vehicles
- Guests will be issued a parking permit which they must display on the driver’s side dashboard of their vehicle. Failure to park in the designated parking spaces and/or display the parking permit may result in a citation and fine of $500 to the owner of the vehicle.
- Quiet hours are designated between 9:00 pm and 8:00 am and will be strictly enforced
- Trash must not be stored on the exterior of the property, except in a bear box to avoid a $100 fine
- Pickup is on Wednesday mornings
- The bear box is opened by a key attached to the right side of the box
- Notification: Lake Tahoe is a Bear habitat. Do not feed the wildlife

Close to everything you could want to do in Tahoe. The cabin was spacious, each couple had their own bdrm and the large dining table was great for playing games in the evening. The evenings sunsets on the beach were beautiful.

Three bedrooms each with comfortable King beds and on suite bathrooms. The Kitchen is open plan and fully stocked with a great butler pantry and plenty of storage. The owners are very responsive and the place has everything people would need for a comfortable Tahoe vacation sun or snow. The location is in a gated community close to lake with access except during extreme snow conditions. Great location with Grocery stores close by and stateline only 2 miles away for plenty of activities and resteraunts.

This home was ideal for everything. Close to the beach, close to the gambling and everything else you would enjoy at Tahoe. Every time we said it would be nice if something was available, it was. The only down side to the property was no air conditioning and that problem was alleviated by the whole house fan. We'd open up the house, turn the fan on and it would cool down at night. During the day, we closed the blinds, left the windows open in the bedrooms, left the fan system on and the house didn't get over 80 degrees inside, which was very comfortable. The home is beautiful and pride of ownership shows throughout. I would definitely stay here again, everything was immaculate, beds were comfortable, towels were fluffy and plenty of beach toys. I would surely stay here again.

Welcoming cabin with everything you’d need away from home.
This is a great place for friends and family to kick back and relax. The home is in a great location with relation to downtown and in a very well kept gated community. It was very comfortable sleeping there and has a great spacious kitchen stocked well. I liked how the boulders outside are incorporated inside by coming through some of the walls. All in all this was a great place for us to stay and catch up with one another.

Great Home Near Lake
We enjoyed a lovely stay at the Elk Point cabin. Having the private beach within walking distance was so fun to build snowmen with the kids. Not to mention the proximity to all South shore amenities. The home is well equipped with supplies for cooking in and being cozy. Thanks to the Lagomarsinos for their hospitality!
