It was what I was looking for; quiet, peaceful and restful. My issues all come from the host of the location. There were dirty dishes in the cabinets and dirty silverware in the drawers. We were staying for a week with 7 guests and found only one roll of paper towel and both restrooms only had two rolls of tp.The next day we called for more however it nerver arrived that day. Finally someone came the next morning with an additional 4 rolls of tp and 1 roll of paper towels. Called again the next day for resupplies this time including dish soap. It never arrived so we bought our own supplies at this point. For the host fees we paid I would generally expect better responses to the basic needs of the guests.

Great Experience

Overall, this is a very nice retreat—far away enough from the tourist madness of the Smokies yet convenient to Greenbrier (part of the National Park) and the artist community. Very easy check in and excellent property management resources. Only downside was the weather was very variable (70 and 80’s some days, in the 40’s other days) and owner has a remote lock on the thermostat so there’s no way to heat or cool the cabin without their assistance. You have to call the property management company, who will notify the owner to change the thermostat. The property management company was very responsive and helpful.

The view was amazing! The room with the two beds was a bit cramped but we made it work. This is a place we will definitely be recommending to others.

The cabin was nice. Could have been cleaner. Could not use refrigerator, it had a horrible odor. Bought cooler to store stuff in. Sharing a driveway was a tight fit. But the view was awesome.

We loved the location and ease of renting this house. But whoever is cleaning the cabin is definitely doing bare minimum there were previous cabin stayers things on the floor in the bathroom and all ceiling fans were caked with dust. Third bedroom the pull out bed doesn’t pull all the way out so difficult to use. And upper big bedroom someone bent the tv cord so it doesn’t work. Everything else was wonderful and is very well located to Gatlinburg.

The location and especially the views are awesome! The house itself is nice but I wish there would be more details on the listing. The first floor and and the decks and outside are perfect. For us a little trouble maker was the second floor. The second floor bathroom is adjacent to a small bedroom. We placed our 16 year old son there and he was not happy we had to go through his room every time we needed a bathroom. Also the bed in that room is quite small-he is 6’ tall so he didn’t entirely fit in the bed. If you travel with a smaller kid, it should not be an issue but I would not advise to rent this house with teens in the family. Also it would be nice to have at least one small closet in the house. Other than that, the house is stocked with everything you need, it’s clean, the hot tub was really a good bonus but my favorite one was a Mountain View from the porch and the balcony.

We needed a quick little getaway and this cabin was just perfect. Not too far from Gatlinburg and Pigeon forge. It was so nice sitting on the deck listening to the creek running. The hot tub was a very nice touch as well. The kitchen was fully stocked. I can't say enough nice things. Thanks for having us!

Good stay, clean cabin. View is ok but many power lines close to the balcony. Parking situation is a mess.

We recently stayed at a rustic cabin in Sevierville, Tennessee, and it was the perfect place to relax and enjoy the beauty of the Smoky Mountains. The cabin was located in a quiet area, surrounded by trees and mountains. It was the perfect place to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
The cabin was spacious and comfortable. It had three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a large living room with a fireplace. There was also a full kitchen, so we were able to cook our own meals. The cabin was also equipped with a hot tub, which was the perfect way to relax after a long day of exploring.
We loved exploring the Smoky Mountains while we were staying at the cabin. We went hiking, fishing, and swimming. We also visited some of the local attractions, such as Dollywood and the Great Smoky Mountains National Park.
We had a wonderful time staying at the cabin in Sevierville. It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy the beauty of the Smoky Mountains. We would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.
Here are some of the things that we loved about the cabin:
The location was perfect. It was close to all of the attractions that we wanted to visit, but it was also in a quiet area where we could relax and enjoy the peace and quiet.
The cabin was spacious and comfortable. We had plenty of room to spread out and relax.
The kitchen was well-equipped. We were able to cook our own meals, which saved us money and gave us more flexibility.

We enjoyed the beautiful Mountain Views from the balcony and from the porch; a hot tub was a very good addition to our top too. The house has everything you would need for the stay. We had an issue with WiFi upon arrival but it was resolved within couple hours. It was not easy to get to the property manager at first but once contacted, they jumped on the issue right away.
The house itself is nice but the listing as not very accurate. It didn’t mention the specifics of the second floor plan. The first floor is perfect but the bathroom on the second floor is off the smaller room, which is usually a kids room. We traveled with our 16 year old son and he was bothered every time we needed a bathroom. Also the bed in kid’s room is short-he is 6’ tall so he didn’t entirely fit in there. I only recommend this house to families with little kids for these reasons and this is why I gave 4 stars, not 5, as everything else was perfect!

The location and accommodations were perfect for our 3 generations group of 5 over Spring Break. Hope to return another year!

We absolutely loved the cabin! It was everything we hoped for plus more. The view was absolutely breathtaking. We had no complaints on anything during our stay. The floor plan was very nice, plus tons of balcony space. The little trails outside were a nice touch. Great privacy! The guest contact service response was quick and helpful. We hope to go back soon and will be recommending this cabin to others!

It had everything we needed. The kitchen was well stocked and there were plenty xtra blankets and pillows . Best part of all they had fans. I forgot mine at home and couldn’t find one to buy anywhere.

This cabin was the best booking we have ever had in Gatlinburg. The property is beautiful and the view is phenomenal. All of the amenities you could ask for in a hillside cabin, clean, comfortable and peaceful.
8.0 / 10.0
All was good here except for the bathroom door leading from the downstairs bedroom. It squeaked like a screaming banshee waking up whoever was sleeping in the house. No WD40 was available to help the problem. It may sound like a minor problem, but I’d reconsider staying there again because of it.

Beautiful view, basics provided, could use a few upgrades.

Excellent time with friends in the cutest cabin!! We will book again.

We arrived at property on a Sunday evening. Upon arrival there was beer cans in the bush, liquor bottle caps laying literally at the front door. Walked in and smelt like wet dog in the kitchen area. Cob webs all over the place down stairs. The rug that goes in the living room that shows in the picture was rolled up and shoved behind our bed for some reason hidden by the bed frame and two small dressers. Doors you have to slam to shut. The faucet in the bathroom down stairs is not even attached you can move it around with your hand. The fan in the downstairs bedroom is wobbling like crazy and swinging away from the ceiling. Two tv remotes for 4 TVs so bring a roku remote with you if you stay here. The comforter on the bed downstairs smelt musty. We spent the first evening cleaning and lighting candles. Will say this place does have potential if it was actually attended to. The maid left the cell phone on the kitchen table when we arrived. We called the number it says to call emailed a couple times got one response and nothing solved or and responses to resolve anything. So my over all review of this property is a ok location. Horrible maintenance and horrible communication. Won’t be staying anymore. You may also read their guest log as wel if it doesn’t get trashed. There’s several other comments in it about the same and other different things.

We loved the cabin, the view, and the location. It was a great stay and we would definitely stay again.

Beautiful view
Cabin in the woods with a beautiful view! Just as pictured. Enjoyed being away from crowds. Loved the hot tub. The only thing that wasn’t specifically mentioned in the listing is that there is another property that shares the same drive and parking area as you do. So you will not be completely secluded from others. Fire pit is in front of house near parking.

Great Mountain View!!
My fiancé and I went with 2 other couples for a weekend getaway. We loved everything about this cabin! The amazing view, the pool table, the hot tub, indoor AND outdoor seating for meals, the fire pit. It was spacious, beds were comfortable, we had no complaints!! We reached out with a couple questions during our stay and received answers in a matter of minutes which was super helpful. The location beautiful and convenient. Would definitely stay here again!

Good stay
Overall, it was a pretty good place to stay. Not terribly far from Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge. Fairly easy to get to. Had issue with the hot water heater when we first arrived, but maintenance came out quickly to rectify. Could have had more towels available. Guest book mentioned there were pool towels for the hot tub, but nothing about where they were located. Also, internet instructions in the check-in email were not correct. Check-out instructions were different in the guest book vs. the email received (i.e strip beds/place linens and towels in pile vs. leave linens on beds and towels in shower, clean dry and put away dishes vs. put dirty dishes in d/w and start d/w).

Place was nice. Could have been slightly cleaner. You could see dust behind doors and baseboards.
Good. We lost lights upstairs on Tuesday and called it in. They came back on and then off again all day wed. Could not get repair person to come out until 2-3 am Thursday morning. I declined since we were leaving, but did advise it needed to be addressed and fixed

Beautiful and quiet.
We loved the property--beautiful view of the mountains. Nice small creek area. The owners have done a great job with decor on inside. We will make sure we come back to this property--would love to do a fall trip.
