Excellent off grid cabin. Everything was perfect. Nice quiet place as base to explore beautiful Yukon.

I was greeted by the Host's (wife) Very Pleasant and gave a full detailed information on how the cabin worked. I was captured by the quaint setting of the cabin. I am glad that I am agile enough to go up and down the ladder to the loft. I found the cabin very clean and organized. Even though I didn't spend very much time at the cabin I enjoyed the stay.

Fantastic stay! Highly recommend!

This was an amazing cabin with an outdoor feel, having no running water and outhouse. The shower was still frozen when we got there but also no running water with our birdhouse cabin.
The posting makes it seem a bit more isolated - the other cabins and host lives on the property which worked out well with no problems, just no clear from the pictures. The lake was frozen so we never rented any water equipment but the lake does not seem to have direct access . Overall clean, amazing, absolutely cute cabin with well stocked water, wood and kitchen needs. I would stay here again !

We really enjoyed our three nights in the bird house during our bike trip to Whitehorse. The cabin was warm and cozy and our dogs enjoyed cuddling by the fire, though had a harder time with the loft! Would certainly stay again

Hendrick and Natalie were both wonderful hosts. The cabin was clean and well cared for. While we didn’t use it the fact that Hendrick had a shutter service is nice for those who do want to go paddling on the lake. All in all it was a very nice stay.

We loved the location of the cabin. The cabin and outhouse are well-maintained. Hendrik was very helpful and very easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay here again.

Gorgeous and quite private, the Birdhouse is an adorable, little rustic cabin. Comfy bed, appointed for basic cookery. Bring wine glasses, and lots of candles or lanterns, because the propane lights are quite dim. Hosts are lovely,

The area was easy to find, close to the main home but far enough away to feel on your own, clean cabin and outhouse, friendly hosts. Really appreciate us being able to bring our dogs.
