This tiny community is amazing and we have the best time every time we are here. I truly can’t say one bad thing about it. We are already looking forward to our next visit!

Very clean and well equipped tiny home. Close to parks/waterfalls including a very beautiful fall on-site. Also, close enough to town to run errands, shop, and dine.

Quiet mini-home neighborhood.

We were staying for a college visit at Suwanee university of the south. The house was comfortable and close to everything without being in too crowded.
4.9
Peaceful retreat from the real world with hiking trails on the property to include a waterfall. Minutes to South Cumberland State Park. Beautiful area.

We really enjoyed our stay. The little house was perfect for the two of us. Exactly as shown in the pictures. I would stay here again if in the area.

A cute tiny home that met all our needs. It was clean and easy to get to. We enjoyed visiting The Caverns, Monteagle, and Sewanee. There is a trail on the property where you can hike to a small waterfall. Make sure to check out South Cumberland State park, great hiking!

Wonderful vacation spot. Home was very comfortable. They had everything. S’mores sticks, lantern, blender, duraflame for fire pit, corkscrew, etc. Beds were comfortable, and the place is located in a very quiet, scenting spot. We loved the fire pit. Shower was awesome! Water pressure fantastic. Will definitely go back.

Great location to attend a concert at the caverns. Bring everything and enjoy!

This “tiny house” style cabin was amazingly comfy cozy with a super cool loft, bunk beds, and master bedroom. Modern cottage chic style inside. We can’t wait to go back!

Great location! This was the perfect spot for our trip to the caverns. House was clean and comfortable.

In the woods was relaxing and the fire place was icing on the cake! Roasting marshmallows over the fire pit was a good touch for the nights! We definitely will be coming back!

First, let me say we were so looking forward to our stay here and were hoping that this would be our “go to place” to just get away. We are not particularly picky or hard to please. In the end this has been one of the worst experiences we have ever had, and we have stayed in some questionable spots before.
PROS - there were so few that we might as well start with these.
–Excellent working WiFi
–Covered front porch that looks out to the woods with fairly comfortable furniture.
–A great hike to the waterfalls and cable ropes along the route to help you.
–They have an app available that offers a lot of great generic information. Unfortunately, it left out a decent map.
–The gentleman who came to fix the AC was very polite and respectful. He offered the only decent customer service we received during our entire stay.
–Nature
CONS
– PITCH BLACK AND HARD TO FIND. We arrived after the sun had gone down and everything was pitch black. There were only a few lights on in a couple of the homes. While this is a benefit after you have arrived it isn’t helpful when you are new to the community. An explanation in the welcome email of how the homes are labeled and what to look for would have fixed this issue.
– WELCOME EMAIL DIDN’T PROVIDE ENOUGH INFORMATION AND WAS CONFUSING IN AREAS. The map I received in my welcome email did not provide enough detail, and I could not zoom in on what detail was provided. The address of the retreat and the address of the home were not clearly marked in the welcome email.
– HOMES NOT MARKED TO BE SEEN EASILY AT NIGHT. We could not initially see any Lot or house number posts. During the day we discovered the house number was located on the dark exterior wall under the porch light in black numbers. There are posts located at the front of the drive that have solar-powered lights that point toward the reflective house numbers/lot numbers. Unfortunately most of the posts are not angled to catch the lights from an oncoming car and the solar powered lights were not working the night before. The posts are between 2’-3’ tall.
– POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. When we contacted customer service, we were only repeatedly told to look for landmarks we could not see. She seemed apathetic at best.
– NO PORCH LIGHTS LEFT ON AND NO WELCOMING FEEL. We were finally able to locate ours after a little bit more driving and pulling into the wrong drives . No porch lights were left on for us to make it more inviting, and only one small lamp was left on ins

Amazing little neighborhood in the middle of nowhere. We were attending a concert in the Caverns so it was close by. We hiked in the neighborhood and it was very challenging! The lake is not in this part but close by and we went paddle boarding. Loved this place. I did need medical care and it was challenging.

We only had a short stay, my son lives close. Our time was mostly with his family. We did enjoy our quiet time after all day with 8 grandkids though. Just refreshing.

This was a wonderful three day escape from the city bringing us back to the peace and beauty of nature. The tiny house was wonderful, well equipped and spacious. The fire pit was a real plus. The owners had it all set up with piles of leaves twigs, small branches and logs to make a wonderful fire. The hike to the waterfall was beautiful and invigorating. We will be returning again soon.

Visited as Mother / Son for a concert at the Caverns that was postponed. We instead enjoyed the falls and cave tours and of course the relaxing vibe of the home and neighborhood. It was clean and accommodating. Smart TV allowed for easy sign on of Netflix. Comfy seating outdoors allowed for quiet time with nature and a book.
