Resting , coffee sucks and no breakfast

the accommodation was quite dirty, seemed neglected, sheets with dark stains as if they had not been changed, towels were missing, electrical outlet was broken, shower switch was not working. The owner was quite arrogant and unpleasant. After requesting to change the sheets, only one bed was changed, and only the sheet was changed. It absolutely did not correspond to the description and price in the application.

Clean room, friendly staff, good location. Everything worked as expected (AC, TV, Showers). Beds were well done and comfortable. No noise from outside. Room has Fridge, Microwave which was a nice plus.

Coffee machine is too basic (makes watery coffee)

Convenient, no frills stay.

Location & convenience to the Caverns concert.

Room was old and walls needed painting, door stop behind bathroom door was such old rubber it was cracked and painted over.

Reasonable place to stay close to my new job while looking for a permanent place to stay.

I like that the owner will rent by the week and give a good rate when called directly. He was also very considerate to put me in a downstairs room because of my very elderly dog. He was concerned that she wouldn't do well on the stairs. Pets stay free here. Housekeeping will work with you when you stay for a longer time. They will either clean the room or give you a broom so you can. Your choice. Need more towels or the garbage taken out? Just ask for towels and put the garbage out by your door. Microwave and mini fridge in the room and the ice machine works.

It's right next to the interstate so there is traffic noise all night long. This is an older budget motel and it shows its age. Also there is no free breakfast. But for the price, especially the weekly rate, and for my dog staying free, I have no complaints.

Ok place to stay for a night

Easy to find and the room was clean. Pilot truck stop nearby.

Difficult to talk to staff through the "service" window. The beds were hard and "springy". No breakfast. Limited restaurants nearby.

The man at check in was so nice in accommodating me to a room at lower level.

would not recommend or stay here again. have been on 14 day road trip and this was the worst place we stayed

Nice, but can be a little noisy. Good value.

Nice, bright appearance arriving after dark. Plenty of parking in a large lot. No breakfast to review, but the single-serve coffee pot was a great addition and made good coffee. Plenty of linens, and the room and linens looked clean and smelled clean. No bugs, bed pretty comfy. Nice place for the price. Location right off the Interstate was good, but...

The room I got was on the back side of the building, which faces the Interstate. There was a lot of truck and car noise that I doubt was as bad on the front of the building. Towels and pillowcases were a little frayed but entirely serviceable. There was a long hair on one of the clean towels, but I get that at home, too :) Strangely, a switch next to one bed operated the bed lamp over the other bed and vice-versa. The tub/shower floor in this room was a little "spongy".
