Good location. Room had everything you would need. Plenty of hanging space.

Code on door didn't always work first time. Staying 5 days the bin isn't big enough. Had to leave rubbish in a paper bag. Bed was very uncomfortable. Too hard. Shower was extremely hot 🥵. Can't be first ones to mention. I couldn't stay under it, even though owner said it had been serviced. Sorry but the blinds on the windows don't seem suitable. Faces the street so lace curtains would be more suitable as felt people would or could see in. At least lace you can see out. Had to stand on the table to open drapes, but were still difficult to open, so we left them closed. You shouldn't need to, but maybe put a sign up saying there are other people staying here as people came in at early hours banging doors and talking loudly!!! Thumping down the stairs!!! Would we stay again. Nope.

Excellent location for a family get together.

Convenient to the sea front and town centre. We were attending a wedding at the Spanish City so it was an ideal location.

A bit cold, but the temperature had dropped quite suddenly. There was a plug in heater that was enough to heat the room. Couldn’t regulate the shower temperature so had to get out before it got too hot.

Just perfect for our trip.

The room was at the top of the house. It had a beautifully thought out seat at the large window which looked down the road towards the sea. I was really impressed with the tea and coffee facilities. It was all, just right.

Weird curtains which I struggled with. Blinds would have been fine.

We had a lovely comfortable stay. Room was cosy clean and my kids loved it.

It was so easy to get into get keys, the owners left perfect instructions as to how to get into property. It was very clean comfortable and had all we needed for a short stay. Good location central.

big rooms, modern, clean, well equipped kitchen for our needs, fridge, micro, crockery and Kettle. sparkling clean bathroom. host very helpful and informative

tiny criticism is the beds are a bit too hard for our comfort. some may like very hard beds though, so more about our preference than anything.

Location was great, parking right outside and we stayed on the ground floor. Room large and very comfortable with everything we needed.

Everything was perfect, if I had to pick something it would be a little more storage for clothes but not a deal breaker

The room was clean and well equipped and thought out. The location is amazing, near to everything.

Unfortunately you could hear every moment and sound coming from the apartment above. So as a light sleeper we'd recommend to go for one of the apartments on the upper floors.

Great little base!

Great location, close to sea front and 5 mins from the metro station. The metro takes you across Tyne and Wear and into Newcastle. I know the area and it is quite run down but some new properties being built and the area being revamped etc so don’t let the first impressions of the street put you off. Stayed in Room 1. Basic kitchen equipment, microwave and kettle. Local coffee was a really nice touch. Easy to check in with codes which are emailed. Fast responses to messaging in app.

A few downsides but could be easily fixed. The temperature of the shower was really hard to control, not sure if the tap was broken but quite dangerous with scalding hot water. Couldn’t shower properly. The second door which led into the main room was extremely heavy and swung back fast, I bruised myself arm on it on the first day. Needs to be loosened. Couldn’t find any heating first night was really cold. Found instructions but no actual radiator. Car parking was full when we got there, maybe this should be numbered per room. So people taking multiple cars don’t take all of the spaces. As with the development of the houses next door people might have difficulty parking. Need a full length mirror please the ones next to the bed are too high.

Clean comfortable, close to a lot of shops and food. Easy walk to the water. Easy drive to a lot of historical sites.

No staff on site, felt kind of impersonal.

Really enjoyable and we will definely be back!

It is dog friendly and had everything we needed. The tea and coffee from local suppliers was lovely bonus as was the parking! Also, it’s a 2 min walk away from the beach. The room, kitchenette and bathroom were very modern.

There’s no housekeeping which wasn’t a problem but it would be nice to have the option of fresh towels. Also, the pillows were a little too firm and could have been a little softer but I appreciate this is a personal preference.

Good location, close to the promenade and there’s many restaurants around. Easy self check-in, very clean, comfortable bed, great coffee 👍🏼

perfect for what we wanted. nice and quiet, in the perfect location

it was close to everything you could need. there was plenty information to read to have a plan once you first arrive.

I didn’t have any real complaints. If I had to say something it would be to offer a choice of instant coffees and milord milk sachets
