Great base camp. Back patio cement base needs some work and was hard on the feet. Other wise nice place.
4.6
We stayed at the cabin over the busy 4th if July week in Estes Park. It was quick and easy to get downtown or to RMNP and a great quiet respite from all the action in those places.
The hot tub was a hit every evening as we wound down our day.
4.6
This was a really nice, quiet property that is convenient for accessing Rocky Mountain National Park. Also, really close to grocery, restaurants, and shopping!
4.6
This property was perfect for my wife and I for a two night weekend getaway. Walking distance to Stanley hotel and downtown shops. The adjustable heat in each room kept us nice and warm. Wood burning fireplace added to the ambiance. We enjoyed the hot tub with the snow flakes falling on our head. One amenity you don't find in a lot of vacation rentals is the Rhainnie hot water heater providing an endless supply of hot water. The four deer laying in the yard to welcome us home after spending a day in Rocky Mountain National Park was a nice touch.
4.6
The hot tub was not in working order. Maintenance fixed for 2nd night. Door latch was broken and door swung open by itself if not dead bolted. Cute place wish we weren't freaked out by open door
4.6
The location of the cabin was great with a beautiful view of the mountains. Just wish the heaters worked a little better as it stayed chilly in the cabin.
4.6
Overall a good place to stay if you want to visit the park and the town. The activity shed was good me and my kids we went sledding using the provided sleds. The hot tub was on but weather did not permit the use of it. The only downfall I would say was the driveway because of its steepness and the weather which can't be controlled but good to be mindful of. Even in my F-350 we had to use our wheel lockers to get up into the parking spot.
4.6
We did battle with the heat and keeping the cabin warm, but once it did get warm it was comfortable. A pack n’ play can’t fit in either room, but we made do! This is just a note for anyone traveling with a baby/toddler. Overall, great place to stay for a few nights, very close to the mountains!
4.6
Great stay in the cabin at Estes Park. We loved the deer visiting in the morning and soaking in the hot tub after a day on the trails.
4.6
Comfortable little place.
4.6
This cabin was the coziest weekend stay for my birthday with friends! Incredible views, and a hot tub to boot! Would absolutely recommend

Got there to no heat was, it was 20 degrees outside. He came fixed it. But the space heaters couldn’t get it warm enough. Went to go to bed, there was clothing in bedding and pillows were very old and unclean with no protective cover and it wasn’t at all what we expected with the reviews. She did give money back for second night, we stayed one night.
4.6
Well appointed and clean.
4.6
My family absolutely loved the cabin. The hot tub was so nice to relax and look at the view. I would recommend and will book again in the future.
4.6
Very nice cabin for the price. So close to downtown and the grocery store. And 2 minutes from amazing views and hikes.
4.6
We enjoyed our stay. Hot tub was a bonus. Loved our location. Had a parade of elk walk right past us while sitting on the front porch. Amenities were abundant. Only reason we gave a 4 on cleanliness was because carpets and furniture are quite worn and could use some updating. overall, we enjoyed our stay.
4.6
Older cabin but clean and great location
4.6
Cozy cabin worked great as base camp for our family of 4! It’s dated, but we thought it was a great value for the location. There is ample outdoor seating and the hot tub is a great way to end the day. Enjoy the views, we saw elk and mule deer nearby every night!
4.6
Close to downtown and RMNP. We have younger kids so the bed arrangement worked out just fine. Hot tub was great after a day of hiking. This is a small, old house with very few updates. Our kids loved it though! We had Elk walk right through the yard one evening and they were maybe 10 ft away. Would definitely go back.
4.6
Perfect location and home for a small family to visit RMNP. Very well stocked and appointed. Safe neighborhood.
Only negative is how old the property is but still giving it 5 stars due to all the positives.
Great communication from Karine about local to do’s and eating spots.
4.6
Did not let me down wildlife in the yard every single morning
4.6
Everything was wonderful! Owner had great communication!
4.6
Clean and comfortable spot. Easy to communicate with management. Would stay again!
4.6
Views and location are unmatched. Short walk to the downtown area. Short jaunt to the RMNP. Loved this place.
4.6
We loved staying at this cabin. It was stocked well and had plenty of room for all of us. The hot tub was our favorite part and we enjoyed it twice a day. All of the wildlife we saw walking around was so amazing! Elk and mule deer everyday. It's close to downtown and to RMNP. We would love to stay here again someday.
4.6
My family of 5 enjoyed our stay. We were visited by groups of mule deer and wild turkey. Made great use of the hottub and activity shed. It's located in a small neighborhood convenient to town with nice views of the mountains and quiet in the wintertime. The owner was responsive when a need arose.
The cabin would benefit from a bit of updating as it is an older place. The 1 queen mattress was terrific; the others not as great. Living room furniture was also fairly sunken in.
Overall though, a nice place to stay while enjoying EP and RMNP. The local memorabilia that adorned the cabin walls was great as well!
4.6
We had both been busy with work for a while and really needed a weekend getaway. This cabin met and exceeded our expectations! It was close enough to town that it was very easy to go explore or find coffee/food, but far enough away that it was very quiet and relaxing at night. The hot tub was phenomenal and so relaxing. The host was very easy to communicate with and addressed all my concerns in a timely manner before we got to the cabin. I’d highly recommend this cabin to anyone looking for a good getaway spot in Estes.
4.6
This place feels larger than it is. We are a family of four that felt cozy and at home in this cabin. It was great. We were visited by turkeys and elk on a regular basis from the view of the hot tub.
4.6
Really wonderful place
4.6
Kerine was great, helped us with our needs. Great place for a holiday getaway.
4.6
Super cute and clean! Old house with lots of history. The hot tub was excellent and the wood burning fireplace was awesome! The couches could use a little upgrade but other than that, very cute place!
4.6
Location of cabin ideal to visit RMNP,few minute drive.
The cabin had very rustic feel.
Very clean. we enjoyed hot tub on daily basis after hiking all day and looking up at the amazing view of stars.
Our one son enjoyed morning soaks as well.
Well stocked with kitchen necessities.
Overall great stay would stay again.
4.6
We enjoyed our stay and had several deer and birds visit us. Easy to find location and close to town.

Checking in was a breeze. The cabin/house was quaint and cozy. We really enjoyed the hot tub. It was so nice that it was on the side of the house. Perfect for hot tub sprints back inside. The stars were beautiful and it was crisp weather.
The first morning we had coffee on the covered front porch. We saw a herd of elk walk right past the front of the cabin. It seemed like hundreds of them. It took 11 minutes for all of them to pass. It was unbelievable!!
Downtown Estes Park was a nice little walking distance, maybe 7-10 minutes. There are stairs to take you down toward the stream and nice walking paths to get to the beginning of the shopping strip.
We ate several meals down in the shopping area and would walk back to the cabin and relax. It was very convenient to be able to walk around.
We loved the area. Very quiet. Not many people in the colder months makes a nice time to walk leisurely through each store without feeling overwhelmed.
4.6
Very relaxing, and close to town
4.6
The host was excellent- great communication! We loved that the place was close to town, and that we had our own personal patio and hot tub. The propane fire pit was also a plus!
The place was well stocked (kitchen had pots, pans, cooking spray, detergents, etc.). There was also a dishwasher and a both a keurig and a coffee pot. The washer and dryer were also in the kitchen. Washing a load of laundry was very loud (I thought it was someone banging in the door one evening). So, We just did laundry during the day, easy fix for us.
The place is smaller, I’d say it would be ideal for a couple and young kids. As the 2nd bedroom is a tight squeeze for adults; but it worked- we didn’t use the top bunk, but I imagine only a kid could get up there.
The living room and bedrooms all had Roku TV, which was nice. There was a DVD player (and lots of DVDs) but unfortunately it didn’t work. But, there were tons of board games, so we definitely were entertained!
We were pleased overall with our experience and would recommend for a family. Thank you!!
4.6
Property was clean, but a bit outdated. Living room furniture is pretty worn, was nice to have a grill, but didn’t work the greatest. Location, however was fantastic. Easy to walk into town or if preferred, there was a trolley stop about a block away. National park was a very easy and short drive away. Elk were in the yard or less than 20 yards away three mornings in a row. We would stay at this location again.
4.6
Would differently stay there again ! Manager was very helpful with any questions about the house and Estes Park
4.6
Great locations, close to everything. Property is old but very clean and comfortable. If you like privacy this is a great choice.
4.6
This was a wonderful home base for our stay in Estes Park. Walking distance from the downtown area and just a few minutes drive to Rocky Mountain National Park. We loved the outdoor spaces, views, and hot tub!
