Come enjoy our perfectly charming, large and lovely comfortable home just 5 blocks to the sand and city center with a HOT TUB, huge kitchen, large & cozy great room and 8' dining room table. You’ll be overlooking a beautiful city park and field with mountain views. Huge firepit outside and big stone fireplace inside mean chilly nights after a day in the sun are more than toasty.
With 3+ bedrooms, everyone in the house has a super comfortable place to sleep. Remodeled bathrooms and kitchen provide the nicest touch of luxury. The 6-minute walk to the 7-mile white, sandy beach and downtown means the joys of beach life with the chance to retreat from the crowds to a spacious yard and home.
The great room features a large stone gas fireplace, huge couch and 65" Smart TV. The big front yard includes Adirondack-like chairs around the large firepit and a picnic table while the back yard is fully enclosed with a bubling hot tub. Fencing and gates ensure safety for pets. Gas BBQ included.
The wide galley kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to whip up a feast for your family. You’ll love the mix and match beachy dishware and serving pieces. Better yet, get takeout from either the Old Oregon Smokehouse or Upper Crust Pizza and eat by a raging fire in the sunken firepit of the front yard.
This one-story ranch house measures 1700 square feet and has only one step inside. It is ideal for families young and old or groups of up to 6 adults and 2 kids. We are dog friendly. With 2 parking spots.

Just 20 minutes further north and you will land at the world-famous Cannon Beach. If the Tillamook Cheese Factory is on your list, it is an easy 20-minute drive south on the 101 from the house. From there, another 20 minutes you’ll hit Netarts and past that, Pacific City.

Nancy’s home is just a few blocks from the beach. It was a quick 5 min walk. Easy to come back to the house for meals and return to the beach or stores. Very quaint and quiet neighborhood. Several parks within walking distance. Small town, big, spacious beach. The house was comfortable for the six of us plus our dog. Loved the beach decor and the window seat! Dragon kite provided flew like magic! We had everything we needed. Thanks for providing a beautiful place for us to call home during our family beach vacation.

Lovely few days “away from it all” with our daughter just home from university. Clean, comfy with all you need to feel right at home. Wonderful kitchen and grill for cooking at “home” and walkable to the sand, shops and eateries. Our senior dog enjoyed the park next door & fenced back yard. Close drive to nearby scenic hikes and bonus to soak in the hot tub in the evenings after hiking. Owner is communicative and friendly. Our second time staying @ Nancy’s place and it won’t be our last!

Our stay was great. The house was better than we thought and thought it would be great. The house was very comfortable. Beds were comfortable and came completely made. Kitchen came fully stocked with dishes and had many extra Utensils. We would definitely stay again, only longer, and highly recommend.

We stayed at this property with our 3 young children and it was such a cozy house for us! There are 2 bedrooms and a bath on each side of the house which was super helpful for sleeping arrangements! The hot tub was a big hit and there were even a few toys for the kids. It was within walking distance for coffee or something else but we mostly drove to the beach and parked because we had so much stuff. The house is obviously dog friendly which is great but since we don't have a dog, we couldn't help but notice dog hair and such on floors and furniture. But, that didn't bother us we loved staying here it was cozy and spacious at the same time and a great location!

We had not been to the coast in 12 years and when we found this place to be so close to the beach & town, we were excited. The house had plenty of space for our family. It was comfortable and had a very homey feel to it. We brought laundry soap and were able to pack lightly due to having a washer and dryer, that was AMAZING! The outside seating areas were very nice to relax and have your morning coffee. Nancy was very responsive to any questions we had. Thank you for allowing our family to create memories in your space.

First, Rockaway Beach is a great, relaxing place to visit. My family (husband, 9 yo daughter, dog) and I met there with my in-laws for a beach getaway. The house was perfect for us, with two bedrooms set apart from the other two. The living space is large and comfy with great windows. The kitchen was large enough for multiple people to prepare food.
It’s just a short walk to shops and beach access.
We hope to be back next year.

Our stay was fabulous! Communication with Nancy was great- she responded quickly and was very nice. The house was really clean, well-stocked, and beds were comfy. The kitchen was roomy and had LOTS of counter space! We spent a lot of time in the hot tub and on the back deck. The walk to the beach and local stores is very short, but we felt like we were off the beaten path. We look forward to coming back!

If you are looking for a quiet house close to the beach and very accessible, this is it! There are 4 bedrooms with ample space and all the amenities you need. The hot tub was excellent after hiking the trails and the campfire was amazing. Nancy was so easy to work with. We will be back!

This was one of the most relaxing vacations we have taken in years. Nancy was awesome and replied to all messages and questions quickly. The house was perfect for the fours of us and a little dog. The house is perfectly located and only a short walk to the beach and town. This is the cleanest house we have stayed in. The hot tub was great as well as the nice patio area. plenty of room to spread out. Everything was suppled and we found we were not wanting for anything. If you're looking for a great place to relax and enjoy your time then this house is a must. We will be going back.

We loved our stay, the home was clean and convenient location. The hot tub was so nice to relax in! Rockaway was not our favorite coastal town though, it was very difficult to find places open to eat. We ended up having to go to Garibaldi or Tillamook for meals as places in Rockaway were closed or at a capacity any time we went. Next time we would 100% cook all our own meals in the homes beautiful kitchen!!!

We've stayed in Rockaway Beach before, but this was our first time staying at this property. Everything you read in both the description and the reviews is true. Location is within walking distance of the beach and the center of town. The house itself is very spacious, well appointed, and stocked with everything you need. Kitchen is great, living space is spacious enough to chill and hang out. We used both the hot tub and fire pit, which were nice additions to our stay that we haven't had in other rentals and both were very well maintained.
One detail that is in no way a complaint but a logistic to consider is that both the bathrooms are connected directly to rooms so there is no bathroom that opens to a common area, and one of the bedrooms does not have direct access to either of those bathrooms. It is a minor inconvenience, but the result is that bathroom access is through someone's bedroom.
Beyond the home itself perhaps the greatest feature of this rental is the communication. Nancy clearly communicated all of the necessary details as well as many helpful suggestions. She was quick to respond when I had questions during our stay and was very professional.

Wonderful simple comfortable home in a great town. Very easy access to beach walks and some of the best sights on the North Coast. Great stay in Rockaway Beach
What a lovely house! My family and I stayed at this property in Rockaway Beach this last weekend and it was just perfect: easy walking distance to the beach, huge playfield next door, hot tub, GIGANTIC (and well stocked) kitchen, lots of outdoor spaces (with seating) to hang out, an unexpected extra (4th) bedroom, this place has it all. While it might seem a little quirky at first, the layout worked really well for getting the little kids down for a nap in the back of the house while leaving the front open for louder conversation. The property owner was super-easy to get ahold of and made the check-in/check-out process a breeze. If you have a decent sized group and are looking for a great touchdown space in Rockaway, you should consider this place. We will definitely be looking to stay here the next time we're in town!
