Morgenmaden var overdådig og betjeningen førsteklasses

Det virker forkert at modtagelsen til morgenmaden foregår på engelsk, når man overnatter på et dansk hotel. Modtagelsen var venlig nok, men værelsesnummeret skulle oplyses på engelsk.

Odada kapaklı kapalı bir dolap yoktu. Askı konmuştu. Bebeğimiz olduğu için çöplerimizin alınmasına ihtiyacımız vardı. Karekod ile temizlik talep etmeniz gerek dediler talep ettik o gün temizlenmedi sonrasındada ertesi gün temizlenir dediler. Şu durumda odaya giriş yaptığınız gün temizlik talep etmenizi bekliyorlar. Uygulama az temizlik yapmak üzerine kurulmuş gibi geldi bize. Sorunumuz var diyince de çok şaşırdılar odada çöp poşeti yok terlik yok çok memnun kalmadık bir daha tercih etmem

Tolles Hotel in nahezu perfekter Lage

Sehr gutes Hotel der gehobenen Mittelklasse. Besonders schöne und großzügige Lobby mit angrenzendem Lounge- und Barbereich. Da das Hotel erst 2019 eröffnet wurde, ist die Architektur entsprechend modern und fügt sich perfekt in das neue Hafenviertel der Stadt ein. Dank der nur 200 Meter vom Hotel entfernten Metrostation eine nahezu perfekte Anbindung an die City von Kopenhagen. In nur ca. 10 Minuten erreicht man diese problemlos. Extrem dichte Taktung von nur 3 Minuten machen die Transfermöglichkeit, auch zum Airport, perfekt. Auch der direkt neben der Metrostation liegende Hafenanleger des „ Wassertaxis“ ist außergewöhnlich gut konzipiert. Man kommt hier für schmales Geld zu einer ausgedehnten Sightseeing Tour auf dem Wasser. Alles in Allem ein top Aufenthalt in einem sehr schönen Hotel mit perfekter Anbindung an die Hotspots der Stadt. Hier passt Preis-/Leistung sehr gut, obwohl die Preise für die Drinks am Abend schon sehr happig sind. Dieses betrifft jedoch nicht nur das Hotel sondern grundsätzlich alle Lokalitäten. Aber Urlaub ist Urlaub…..

Tolle Unterkunft in Kopenhagen

Rundum zufrieden. Würde ich jederzeit wieder buchen. Gutes Frühstück. Ab dem vierten Tag fehlte die Abwechslung.

Leider kein Kühlschrank. Ablagefläche im Badezimmer etwas knapp.

The hotel is really nice.

The area is really nice and safe and the metro station is 1 minute away (a short 5-10 minutes ride to get in the city centre). The room had a reasonable size (standard double room) and the bed and pillows were really comfortable. Stayed on the 5th floor (the last one) and heard no noise coming from other neighboring rooms. Flat iron, ironing board, safe and kettle are available in the room. The breakfast is really good.

The bathroom sliding door does not provide privacy soundwise, because there is a 1-2 cm gap between the wall and the door - this could be an issue for guests not travelling alone.

Bon séjour, hôtel agréable et bon petit déjeuner, mais peut-être plus pour une clientèle d'affaires

Hôtel moderne, belle décoration. Lits confortables. Petit-déjeuner varié et copieux. Belle ambiance au bar le soir.

l'hôtel est très excentré, mais par contre le métro pour aller en centre ville est rapide et facile d'accès. Aucun service de nettoyage en chambre sans le demander, quand on l'a demandé il fallait le faire avec 24h d'avance! Ecolo mais pas très pratique. Photocopies facturées à 1€ quand on paye 200€ par nuit ce n'est pas très commercial! peut-être l'hôtel vise une clientèle d'affaires où chaque petit service est facturé.

Tolles Hotel in super Lage (keine drei Minuten zur Metro rund um mit Wasser, ruhig), sehr angenehme Atmosphäre, super Restaurant und Frühstück.

Viaggio di coppia

La struttura è moderna, accogliente e pulitissima. I servizi sono eccellenti, il bar/ristorante funziona fino a tarda sera e gli ospiti possono intrattenersi nella hall anche con giochi di società (in inglese). Il personale è stato perfetto in tutto dall'accoglienza al check in, al check out. È la prima volta che mi capita di fare quattro chiacchiere con i ragazzi, tutti giovanissimi, alla reception come se fossero vecchi amici. All'arrivo abbiamo avuto un problema con il voucher che avevamo, che prontamente è stato risolto. Disponibilità assoluta. L'albergo si trova in una posizione incredibile, a neanche 50m dalla metro e in 10 minuti si sta in centro. Struttura circondata dal mare e al mattino il sorgere del sole sull'acqua è un plus invidiabile. Zona estremamente tranquilla. Struttura top.

La colazione in albergo forse aveva un prezzo al giorno per persona leggermente overpriced. Per la differenza che si paga in giro per la città, forse non compensa prenderla in albergo. Noi, abbiamo optato, infatti, per la soluzione senza colazione e solo pernottamento. Ma è l'unico vero appunto che si può fare. Ah forse i letti e cuscini un pochino molli, però lì si tratta di "gusti" personali, non so se sia un vero difetto.

Super hotel. Polecam!

Bardzo miła obsługa. W hotelu jest wszystko czego potrzeba na krótki pobyt w Kopenhadze. Hotel nieco na uboczu ale pięknie położony a obok znajduje się stacja metra. Do centrum pieszo idzie się około 40 minut i można po drodze zobaczyć słynną "Małą Syrenkę" W pobliżu duży sklep spożywczy. W hotelu rewelacyjne śniadania.

Muito bom!!!

Adoramos nossa estadia! Os funcionários foram muito simpáticos e prestativos. O edifício é novo, bonito e moderno. Com estacionamento no subsolo, o que facilita muito para quem vai de carro. Voltaríamos com certeza! :)

Não é no centro (já sabíamos), mas o transporte público funciona muito bem. Ou seja, gostamos de tudo! :)

La posizione eccezionale Pulizia ottima in tutti gli ambienti Staff gentile e disponibile

Avevo chiesto una vista sull'acqua. In effetti dalla stanza 5130 l'acqua si vedeva, un po, lontanamente, sardbbe sndato bene!.ma soprattutto si vedeva un terribile campo pieno di niente...molto brutto La ventola del bagno non si ferma mai, quindi produce un rumore costante che nel silenzio generale si sente parecchio. Il tempo durante il mio soggiorno non è stato un granché...Ma in un hotel così grande c'è una piccola palestra, bene, ma ci sarebbe tutto lo spazio per una Spa, una sauna un bagno turco...sarebbe stato bellissimo. Invece niente. Come mai? La colazione poco varia per quel che riguarda il salato la frutta e la verdura. Tutto quello che è disponibile è di ottima qualità

Schöner aber im Nachhinein zu teurer Aufenthalt

Das Hotel ist schön gelegen und sehr komfortabel, es gibt eine großzügige Hotelhalle mit vielen Sitzgelegenheiten. Die Zimmer sind zweckmäßig eingerichtet, das Bad ist TOP.

Der Service beim Einchecken, da wir eine Person weniger waren hat man uns angeboten alle auf ein Zimmer zu buchen ,was sich aber als falsch rausstellte,lediglich zwei teurere Zimmer waren es dann zum Schluß, das hätte besser laufen können, auch auf unsere Beschwerde deswegen wurde nicht gut reagiert.

Geweldig nieuw comfortabel hotel en behulpzaam personeel.

Het personeel was heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Heel ruime; comfortabele kamer. Zalige bedden. Heerlijk bad/douche. Ontbijt heel lekker, gezond en gevarieerd. Fijn om thee en koffie faciliteiten en waterkoker op de kamer te hebben.

Enig minpuntje. Men is bezig met werken buiten, dat geeft wat geluidsoverlast maar je kan een kamer vragen grenzend aan de binnentuin. Daar is het heel rustig.

Dejlig service af personalet.

Super imødekommende personale ved indtjekning, ved afrejse og morgenmad. Fint ordinært værelse som er fint til prisen, som var rent og pænt.

Mangler måske lidt udvalg af produkter til bad. Når man har fire stjerner er kun en håndsæbe og en body/hair shampoo lidt skrabet.

Heerlijk hotel voor een bezoek aan Kopenhagen

Nette, schone kamer met een fijne douche. De bedden lagen heerlijk en de locatie is fijn: op loopafstand vind je een metrostation (tijdelijk een vervangende buslijn, zoals ik het begreep). Verder is het ontbijt prima, veel keus (ook bij allergie) en zijn er verschillende faciliteiten. Hoewel het niet direct een familiehotel is, voelde we ons absoluut welkom.

De kamer was wat aan de warme kant; ik kreeg de verwarming niet omlaag.

Superb!

Rooms were clean, bathroom & shower was massive!! Beds were incredibly comfortable and soft, amazing! Smelt nice, and breakfast was very good!

Nothing to not like, but the safe in the room said "low battery" so was anxious to leave my passport etc in there in case it run out! However this is an easy fix, and probably only a very very minor issue in a 1 room of a massive hotel!

Angenehmer, ruhiger Aufenthalt in einem modernen Neubau mit Top-Verkehrsanbindung

Die Lobby war sehr modern und einladend eingerichtet und das Personal super zuvorkommend. Das Hotel war mit der Metro sehr einfach zu erreichen, das auch bis spät in die Nacht. Da das Stadtviertel rundum den Orientkaj gerade final erschlossen wird (Feb. 2024) gab es zwar noch kleinere Baustellen in der Nähe, allerdings war durch die Schallisolierung kaum Lärm zu hören. Unser Zimmer war modern eingerichtet und vor allem das Bett war sehr gemütlich. Das Hotel liegt direkt am Wasser, in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend - perfekt für ein entspanntes Frühstück in einem der umliegenden Cafés.

Die Badezimmertür war - wie es mittlerweile in vielen Hotels der Fall ist - keine Tür mit Schloss, sondern eine Schiebetür, die sich nicht abschließen ließ und auch nicht schalldicht war. Das war auf den Fotos vorab nicht gut zu erkennen, allerdings für uns kein großes Problem.

Good location but I would recommend other properties near city centre than this with the kind of service they are giving

The location is good. Next to metro station and water taxi

The rooms are not clean. Staff is not at all helpful and is not concerned about it. When I pointed it out twice they were least bothered. The house keeping staff is just changing the towels and not making or cleaning the room. When I told the staff we are here to celebrate our special day they were least interested.
