Beautiful ocean views from the Master bedroom, living room, and deck! 3 bedrooms plus a bonus room and a laundry room! Garage and carport for parking! Great location in Del Mar! Walk to shops, restaurants, the park & playground! Newly painted kitchen, hardwood floors, high ceilings and 2 patios with ocean views! Stylish, 3 story end townhome not only offers beautiful ocean breezes but you will love the outdoor patio area! Furniture is brand new! Just arrived June 2020! Feel like you are staying in the Presidential Suite! Del Mar is a hidden gem - family friendly with beautiful beaches, and awesome lifeguards!

Added bonus: When do you ever get a laundry room with a vacation rental! But we hope you won't be doing laundry! Go to the beach!

Lovely home with good set up. Great communication with property management. Very responsive. Areas of improvement: Initial housekeeping. Minimal linens & kitchenware for longer stays. Would rent again.

Our stay was perfect, the location and view are unbeatable. The house was the perfect layout for us to work from home and Del Mar is absolutely charming. So happy we stayed here. Nina was an amazing host and made sure everything was perfect for our stay. If you are considering booking, don’t hesitate, do it! Can’t wait to come back again.
