Unforgettable memories

I had a fantastic stay at an apartment that exceeded all my expectations. The space was not only clean and well-maintained, but it also had a cozy atmosphere that made it feel like home. The amenities provided were top-notch, including a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable bedding, and a lovely view from the balcony.

Великолепное путешествие в Лимассол на 1 день

Добрый хозяин, все расскажет, покажет, со всем поможет. Меня встретил с автобусной остановки и довез до отеля. Идеальное расположение, в сердце Лимассола, рядом со старым городом, набережной, пляжами, кафе и магазинами. В номере 2 раскладных дивана и 1 двуспальная кровать. К нашему приходу еще оставили 2 бутылки воды и сок в холодильнике. И конечно невероятный вид из окна на море.

A great base from which to visit Lemesos town and the buzzing area around the Old Port. Happy to recommend!

Fantastic location near Lemesos seafront, plenty of bars, restaurants close by. Great sea views and views over the city and great to sit on the balcony in the evening. Host responded quickly to messages and calls and extremely helpful.

The view is stunning! Very comfortable apartment, near the beach, cafés and shops. It has everything you need during your stay.

Nice Interior but Very Loud at Night

Obviously the view is nice, as well as the location. The TV was also very modern.

Every night until around 1am people would gather in the parking lot across the street blasting music, revving engines, drag racing, etc and it is VERY LOUD. One night (a Wednesday) it occured even at 3:30am. Unfortunately the windows provide poor insulation. The shower pressure was the worst I've ever experienced traveling around the world for 3 months, and one day when it was not sunny, it was not even warm. I felt I paid way too much for this place at around 100/night in the low season. I was counting down the days until I left from day 2. The building entry door does not lock and one day we had a random man break into the building and try to set fire to the in the stairway screaming "Allahu Akbar!" and I was informed there are no smoke detectors so after this I felt quite unsafe in the apartment and nearly left to find another place. Limassol seems to be a very overrated/overpriced city in general as it was not beautiful.

Best stay in Limassol so far.

The location is very convenient and the sea view is magnificent. I'm very happy with the hosts' friendliness, they made sure everything was perfect and paid attention to details such as water and juices in the fridge, orthopedic pillows and mattress, even food in the cupboard if anyone was hungry after their trip! It was clean and comfortable. Cafés and restaurants are just downstairs, supermarkets and pharmacy very close, within walking distance. It's a very convenient, central area. I would say it's the best apartment I've stayed so far. Would love to come back again.

Andreas was an excellent host. He welcomed us with a smile and was very easy to contact. The apartment is exactly as pictured in the photos and well equiped. Everything was clean and organised. The view from the balcony is amazing! The surrounding area is also nice with lots of choices for dining and going out.

Absolutelly perfect apartment with all you need, great view from balcony, everything you need is around (shops, caffes, restaurants, sea). Highly recommended to everyone who comes to Cyprus. One of the best place we ever visited. Thanx for great holidays!

Exceptional

Stayed at the apartment for a week. The flat was clean, with good design. There were all essential: dishes, bedclothes, towels, good internet connection. But the main advantage of the apartment is the view from the window, it seems like living in a penthouse. Hosts Andreas and his wife were nice and help us with all our requests quickly. Strong recommendation to stay here and enjoy the best sea views in the Limassol.

Had the best time

Very good location in the city center. Just 2 steps away from the sea, many restaurants and cafeterias. The apartment has the most amazing view. Balcony was relaxing and clean. Room was very clean, big and hot water was running. Was a wonderful homestay with all the facilities what you get in your house. The owner Mr.Andreas is very kind, caring and does his utmost to make you feel comfortable and offer you advices for your staying. Really heartwarming host. Would recommend it 100%!
