Experience the best of Twin Cities with Luxury & Comfort. This stunning home is completely and newly renovated with a luxury modern design. Family friendly home with Open Concept floor plan is perfect for last minute travel, business or corporate travelers, families and tourists or relocations. Kitchen features Quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances (oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, sink) and a large eat-in Island. 2 Coffee Makers in Kitchen For Guest use (Mr Coffee & Keurig Machine). Also, kitchen is stocked with cooking pots, pans, utensils, dinnerware and glasses for adults. Kids utensils, plates, bowls also stocked.

Also, Main level has 1 room set up as office with desk and 1 daybed. Half bathroom, family room with Gas Fireplace on Main level. Basement has a Huge family room that with a pull out sofa that can convert to a bed. The 3 Bedrooms on 2nd Level all have luggage racks, closets with hangers. We will do our best to make you feel right at home.

This home can accommodate many types of travelers. We do have 3 Smart TV's with Roku TV. There is no cable. 1 TV is located in the Owner's suite Bedroom. Wireless internet/WiFi.

This was an amazing place to stay! Very clean, excellent communication with the owners. The home was so warm and welcoming. There was a ton of space between the main floor, 2nd floor, & the basement. The home is updated and very comfortable. I would highly recommend staying here. The location of the house is very convenient to the interstate, and some amazing local shops & resturants.

The home is very nice and cozy with its farmhouse decor. It’s in a really nice neighborhood and the neighbors were very friendly. We did notice the upstairs bedroom tub has a slow drain but it was not enough to make our stay uncomfortable. Definitely a thumbs up home and home owners. Thank you for making our stay a pleasant one.

My daughters, granddaughter, and I visited my Aunt in an assisted living home and my cousins, for a long weekend and the home we stayed in was perfect for our needs. It was updated, nicely appointed, and clean and the residential location couldn’t have been any better, only minutes from family members. We will definitely stay here again for our next visit.

Located in a quiet neighborhood - Great coffee, breakfast, pastries close by. Easy access to downtown, 7-8 mins to the Xcel energy center. Did not like that owner didn't provide check-in information until only one hour before check-in time. A bit nerve racking when your traveling, or other people in the group coming in at different times

Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The property is spacious and as described. BUT, there are too many rules, which made us feel on edge and, frankly, mistrusted. We were in town for a relative's 90th birthday party. The next day, we planned to have a brunch with some extended family. Based on the stated rules at booking, I pre-cleared this with the owners. They asked who would be visiting and I replied that all were adult relatives, except for a toddler and an infant. They gave me the OK. The night before we were leaving, I realized I did not have info on how to get into the home. I reached out to the owners using the VRBO messaging platform. It was late, and I didn't hear back until I was at the airport. They said they would not provide the access code until I confirmed how many people and NAMES staying at the property and the NAMES of the people visiting. Felt like an invasion of privacy, but I felt I had no choice. Once I did this, a multi-page PDF showed up in my email - this was the extended dissertation of the rules. If I didn't sign, no access code, nowhere to stay. Kind of not cool to pull this at the last minute. Then the confirmation email said the access code would be sent right away. It didn't come, so I reached back out. Nothing until 25 minutes before check in time. Once we were in, during our stay, they did reach out a number of times to make sure things were OK - we did appreciate that. Advice - develop some level of trust and reduce the number of rules.

This is a great house in a quiet and convenient neighborhood. It offered lots of room for our family, has a well stocked kitchen and comfortable beds. The bathrooms are amazing. We had a little problem checking in and getting hold of the owners but after this was solved our stay was wonderful. We will definitely stay here again.

I was surprised by all the questions regarding who is staying and the house and the visitors. The owner wanteted the name and relationship of the people staying at the house andd visiting. Never had to answer those types of questions before and I only usee VRBO to travel. It would have also been great to have a bettert stocked kitchen. The largest pan in the kitchen was 8 inches. For a house that can hold many quests that is a small pan to cook in. Also the linens and blankets were sparse. We couldn't find any blanket for the pull out beds.

We were in St. Paul to visit friends who live in the area. The house had plenty of space and the location was centrally located to all the twin cities have to offer. The owners were very easy to work with and the home felt very hospitable and welcoming when we arrived. We would definitely stay here again!

Our family celebrated our son's wedding in Minneapolis. Loved this St Paul home with their comfortable beds and relaxing common area. The home was so nice to visit on cold winter days/evenings with our family. This home is better than the photos !! Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us.

We stayed while visiting our son at the University of St. Thomas. Great location. The house is beautiful inside and just like photos. Plenty of room for everyone and but also felt very cozy for our temporary home away from home. We’ll definitely book again for our next visit.

We had a nice stay. Convenient location. The carpet isn’t in great shape and the freezer was not clean. The bathrooms and kitchen were spacious. The master bathroom door needs repairing. The property manager was welcoming and kind. The cameras on property was very closely monitored, our guests were tracked going in and out and we had an additional fee charged. Worth noting, as that has never happened to me before after staying at dozens of rentals over the years.

We enjoyed our stay in this very spacious, comfortable house located on a quiet block in a nice Macalester-Groveland neighborhood in St. Paul, centrally convenient to wherever you need to go in the Twin Cities. Everything was clean, the updated kitchen was well stocked with all the basics, and both of the updated upstairs bathrooms (1 primary ensuite + 1 hall bath) were really nice and spacious for sharing among the three bedrooms (1 king primary + 2 queens), plus there is a half-bath on the main floor too. Lots of windows for plenty of natural light. Easy on-street parking. Would book again!

My family of six, along with my sister and husband (eight total, mostly adults), stayed here for four nights. It is a great space for a larger group, and the location is great. Street parking was always available. Grocery and coffee are nearby. The property was clean and well-supplied. We would definitely stay here again.

Everything was very clean and updated. Beds were comfortable and the space was great for our family stay of 8 people. The listing did state there was a futon which now has been removed, so someone had to use the air mattress, but this was a recent change and the owner is going to update the listing, removing the futon from the description. The price was great, the space was wonderful.
