Przyzwoite warunki i czystość w stosunku do ceny. Bezkontaktowy check in.

Brak miejsc do parkowania, po długich poszukiwaniach udało się coś znaleźć ale jakieś 500 metrów od lokalu.

Ніч на дворі, цілий день за кермом, хотілось швидше за все лягти та заснути. Довго шукав та не розумів як потрапити, плюс в тому що був YouTube, де чудово все описано

Коли сусіди зачиняють двері Дуже гучно, відсутність Мікрохвильовки та чашок для чаю, сантехніка хитається,, вода з душу попадає не тільки на трап, але і на підлогу, доводиться протирати Пол після себе кожного разу. Ремонт зроблений добре, але в кімнатах можно перефарбувати стіни.

Genial

Las camas son cómodas, todo esta muy limpio, los baños amplios y cuenta con los utensilios necesarios. La ubicación está bien muy cerca del centro en bus.

Cuando llegamos el apartamento olía a huevo, creemos que es con el trapero con el que limpiaron el piso y algunas ollas olían a cebolla, estaría genial que hicieran caso a estos comentarios para mejorar esta parte. La nevera estaba un poco sucia.

No parking

The rooms were freshly renovated & it was quite clean.

We chose this apartment because the description claimed it has free parking. When we received a message from the property a few days before the stay, they still told us there is free parking, just a few minutes away. I thought it is a bit odd, but whatever. I asked if it is in fact free and whether we could park there early. I received a message back that it's all good and we can park there. When we arrived, we found out that the indicated parking is closed. The staff told us that it closed 'a few days ago', but it looked like it was closed for months. We were told to park at a supermarket 15 minutes away, which we were worried about as we had foreign number plate and didn't want to get the car broken into over night. All the streets around had no parking or parking with permit signs. So we ended up paying for a private parking, which was a fair bit of walk away anyway. I feel like this property should not advertise free parking if they don't have it.

it’s a dorm, not an apart hotel

As a seasoned traveler who has stayed in similar hotels that were converted from apartments, I must say that this one was particularly disappointing. While I expected some noise due to the nature of the building, the acoustics in this apartment were by far the worst I've experienced. I could hear every little sound from the neighboring rooms and the hallway, from people showering and talking to the clicking of doors and footsteps. It was like the walls were made of paper! Even in other similar hotels, the soundproofing was much better, but this one fell short in that regard. I was really hoping for a decent night's sleep, but the excessive noise levels made that impossible. While the location was decent and some amenities were available, the excessive noise levels really ruined my experience. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a decent night's sleep.

Such a lovely room. I could stay there forever...

They are really paying attention to our reviews here. I was complaining about the lack of cooking pots a year ago. But this time everything was in an order. Even the cleaning lady was so nice.

Cheap but dirty

It was cheap, the location was ok, different restaurants nearby, easy access to the public transportation.

It wasn't clean :( at all, nor the room, nor the rest of the apartment. There was still dust on the floor (we moped it ourselves to feel comfortable), hairs on the bed, dirty bathroom, no detergent in the kitchen (how should we do the dishes?). Loosey doors in the shower, broken taps, dirty toilet... I didn't expect luxury since the place was cheap... but cleanliness is essential! The apartment needs better mainteinance.

Bad

Good modern residential complex.

We arrived at Apartment number 100 at 21:05, following the instructions we got into the building. But the combination lock on the front door to the apartment did'nt work. We contacted the host and described the situation to him, he said try ringing the doorbell and asked if we had a screwdriver (ha-ha we appreciated your joke guy, standing tired, hungry near the closed door after a hard day). We rang the doorbell, but nobody answered. As it turned out later, the doorbell did'nt work also. The host wrote that he called the doorman and he will arrive in 30 minutes. After standing for 40 minutes near the closed door, we tried to ring the doorbell and knock the door. 45 minutes later, a sleepy guest in shorts opened the door and let us in. Then after 10 minutes the doorman came and fixed the lock. The situation is not pleasant, because we just wanted to have rest in our room and not stand near a closed door with a bunch of things. Also the sheets were not the first freshness.

It was worth the value of money I paid for.

I like the location, it is in an apartment compound with security at the entrance. The hostel itself is nice, clean and worth the money. I only stayed there for a night, I took a taxi all the way to the city center.

Lack of toilet papers. Not sure if I am comfortable with the linens. The room was clean and they opened the window to air out but might forgot to wipe the tables.

I won’t book this room one more and I don’t recommend you book it too.

The beds were cozy.

There was no internet in our apartments, but in description in booking owners told that there is a internet. We were there with work trip and we needed have an internet. Also our neighbors was smoking near our room and there was terrible smells, we were mad about this. One shower was broken. Some of bedding was dirty.
