First floor apartment, 5 minute drive to Niagara Falls, NY & 5 minute drive to Rainbow Bridge Canada. Enjoy Maid of the Mist, adrenaline rush, water drenched Cave of the Winds, and The Outlets of Niagara Falls, all 2 miles from our home and we are in the heart of Little Italy! Free parking. Walk, bike or trolley to many restaurants! The Como Restaurant is steps away as well as several casual diners, fast food restaurants and one of the best pizza parlors in NY, LaHacienda!! We have everything you'll need within 2 miles of our home. Minutes to ALL Niagara Falls! We are not a glamorous city, in fact many homes are in need of repair, but we are home to one of the Seven Wonders of the World and we are excited to welcome you here! Welcome traveling medical personnel! Very close to Niagara Falls Memorial Hospital (3 minutes) and Mount St. Mary's Hospital (11 minutes). Known for our beautiful hiking parks, museums for adults and children, beach, fishing, Aquarium, Old Fort Niagara, Buffalo Zoo, wineries, breweries, foodies, festivals, Herschel Carousel, chocolate factory, kayaking, jet boats, Maid of the Mist, Cave of the Winds, Lockport Locks, and ziplining there is something for everyone. The neighborhood is a typical tourist city and Niagara Falls as a whole, is a very poor city. Neighbors respect one another. Downtown area of Niagara Falls has its issues, but our area is quiet and everyone respects each other's privacy. We have owned our home for 40 years and have made many wonderful memories as has our guests. If you are looking for a glamorous place, our home is not for you. We have purposely decorated using midcentury modern furniture because we like it and because we wanted to match the era of our home. Our home is clean, quiet, and comfortably sleeps up to 5 (maximim) registered guests. We have new stainless steel appliances, mattresses, carpet, and use high end linens. We want you to feel comfortable in our home and make wonderful memories. Please be our guest!

Our family booked on VRBO in February with a different host. Less than 48 hours before we were scheduled to leave the orginal host canceled our reservation. It isn't easy finding another location so last minute for a family of our size but then there was Lori. She was more than willing to work with me and went out of her way to make the needed accommodations. The house was clean and absolutely adorable. The kiddos appreciated the basket of welcoming snacks. The location was close to the falls. The neighborhood is in need of TLC but you tend to forget that once inside the home. Our family is grateful for the host for making our vacation to the falls possible.

This house is small but amazing, the location was fantastic. We had so much fun, sight seeing, dining in amazing places, house was great, had everything and more in the house to make it seem like home. neighbors were wonderful and very helpful with the area. The sightseeing was gorgeous, loved being near the water falls.

Great location if you want want living space. Older house with original hard wood floors and ceramic tile. Owner kinda uptight about wearing shoes inside when flooring is hard and carpet is tattered and is in need of replacement in bedrooms. No blinds in front bedroom so I had to hang a blanket over curtain rods to keep light out. Pillows hard. No bedside table lamp. Overall we made it work. Used washer and dryer and had to negotiate with owner for use of that.

We enjoyed our stay at the property. The owner, Lori, was prompt with our questions.
We love the Falls on the US side more than the Canada side. We gave a 4 stars for the location because of the location itself 😃
The town was poor of activities. Many small shops and restaurants were out of business 🙁 We felt a bit unsafe to walk around the town. But with the car, it was ok, took us about 5-10 minutes to the rainbow bridge which connects US with Canada. On the other side of the bridge is totally a different world with fancy restaurants and multiple shops including the Duty free one.

The neighborhood was older but it was quiet and easy to get to. We Ubered everywhere we needed to go and filled our three days with several attractions, Seneca Casino and a couple of restaurants. It was nice to come back to a clean home to rest for the next day. Lori was an excellent host and responded to us immediately when we had questions.

We walked in and the place smelled like an.old attic. Buttons were hanging off the couch by a string. The living room carpet was dingy grey. There was some sort of grease running down over the stove. Not to mention the neighborhood was rather sketchy also. I don't see how this got such a high rating on VRBO. Needless to say we relocked the doors notified the owner and left. We went to a hotel to stay. We had to eat the cost of the rental as we were not aware of the condition of the house until we arrived which was too late for a refund. Would not recommend this property to anyone. I have rented many VRBO properties and never disappointed until this one.

Property smelled like an attic that hadn’t been opened in a while. Could not wear shoes in house, even though edge of living room white rug was gray because of the dirt. Arm of chair in living room was broken. Neighborhood was sketchy-people walking by made it a point to look into our parked car. When we told property manager we decided to not stay there, she told me my perceptions were totally wrong. Would not recommend that property to anyone.

The Vrbo was cute and clean! Communicating with the Host was great! She responded quickly and sent many suggestions for things to do. She prepared us for the area ahead of time! The Vrbo was not too far from any where we wanted to go.

This is a perfect two bedroom home within 10 minutes of Niagara Falls. It was very spacious and well-maintained. Like most of the town, it is on the older side but that just added to the charm. You could tell it has been well-maintained. If you are in the area and need two bedrooms this place will do perfectly!

We had a wonderful time in Niagara. The property was immaculate and very comfortable. Lori checked in on us to see if we needed anything, which we didn't. The house had everything we needed. Had we needed something, I'm sure Lori would have taken care of it immediately. She was very quick to respond before and during our stay. She also provided recommendations of several activities to do so we didn't have to research so much. We stayed so busy the whole time we were there. In all, great property, great vacation!

Couldn't ask for a Better Location
The host really made it a point to make sure our stay was comfortable and welcoming. Along with a long list of things to do they also provided everything we needed for our stay. Loved the mid century modern décor. Very fitting. Communication was also fantastic. Never had to wait to long for answers. The location was close anything you would want. Minutes from the falls, great little restaurants, and shopping. Some areas of the neighborhood were a little run down, but never once did I feel unsafe or discouraged from walking. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to other families looking to spread out a little on their trip to Niagara.

We visited for a weekend stay at Niagara. The location is wonderful! So close to the Falls and close to Buffalo with lots to do! The house is very clean and well stocked and the owner communicated with us extremely well. She gave us multiple recommendations for things to do around the area as well as checked in with us daily to ensure we had everything we needed. My family will definitely be back!
