Hotel rooms needs updating.

The staff was extremely nice. We thought we were getting a view but instead our view was of thw equipment on the roof. The parking garage was very old and creepy. Felt very unsafe in it. Lifted the sheets to review the bed and the mattress pad was covered in hair and just looked nasty. Very run down area. However very close to the park and only a second walk. So very accessible.
2.5
Quick check in. The hotel is close to everything we need to do with walking distance.
1.5
Staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel and town need some TLC. But it’s clean and the view of the fireworks was a big plus.

Pills go flat to fast. Bring your own if you have neck issues. Fire alarm went off twice during our stay.

Staff Angelo is so nice. He help me solve the problem. All staffs in the hotels are really nice. Facilities are ok but good enough. Awesome location makes this hotel a wonderful place to stay when visiting Niagara fall.

Staff was excellent, adhered to our needs immediately.

Overall the conditions are good. Clean and newly remodeled. The bathroom sink was clocked. Water flow was small. Blanket is too think.

Walkable distance to fall. I think this one is the closest to the fall state park.

I’ve forgotten the front desk persons name, but they were very kind and welcoming

The hotel itself was very nice. That being said the parking is horrible and very unsafe. You have to park in the city parking garage. It’s not monitored. The stairs are crumbling and my granddaughter and I both almost fell because of them. The walkway within the ramp is dirty and unsafe. Many car break in occur in this ramp.

The property is located fantastically well and feels modern and has good rooms. Easy and comfortable choice

Didn’t like the floors, stained, dirty carpet

Wonderful staff, good buffet breakfast, and coffee/tea available for free throughout day/night! The room was good and clean. The best thing about this hotel is its prime location- so close to the Niagara Falls State Park. Plus, fireworks over the Niagara Falls can be witnessed everyday from hotel’s sixth floor patio itself.
The only negative I would say is that they don’t have an extensive menu for food items if you want dinner. It’s got bar menu and items but if you want food items, that’s hardly there.

Parking wasn't included and it was across the street. The parking garage and it's elevator was old and need updates.

Great location, one block from Niagara Falls park entrance. Beautiful view from rooftop, good view from 5th floor room (at night, once Planet Hollywood roof was dark).
We visited after Labor Day, so end of season, the whole town needs a good steam clean. Only song on establishment is parking garage- hasn’t been cleaned since 1970’s.

Hyatt Niagara Falls deserved a five-star. Unfortunately, ROB (breakfast waiter/bar attendant/ tv control remote sheriff) ruined it for them to get a five star.
To start, this hotel is centralized near all famous attractions. 15-minute walk to Rainbrow bridge /usa Canada border, 7 minute walk to Niagara Fall Park, 2 minute walk to the nearest food fair.
Hotel offers breakfast, with limited options, but still enough to fill you up in the morning. Hotel also offers complimentary 24/7 coffee, tea, and hot water. For those dog mommies and daddies, you'll be happy to know this hotel is pet friendly.
Rooms have a mini fridge, helpful for those who need to keep insulin cool, food drinks, etc. The room I was in was 518. It doesn't have a view, but the beds are big and comfortable. My only advice would be to deep clean the carpet and bathtub. I usually don't like bathtubs. I prefer showers. But we made do.
Hotel also offers a breathtaking rooftop view of waterfall firework shows and canada skylight.
Ladies at the front desk are SUPER helpful and informative. Restaurant and bar staff are nothing but pure dolls.
Sad to say, you may encounter a sheriff dress as a bartender, rude enough to change the tv channel right in front of your face, without saying good morning, excuse me or nothing. Just rude for no reason. Lucky him, i have over 1.2 millions views, speak several languages and cant stand bullies. He needs a reality check.

Hotel is excellent, staff were exceptional!
Room 522- the worst shower ever! If you have hair, don’t try to wash it! Bedroom door doesn’t open all way unless you lift it, which was an inconvenience considering we had a wheelchair.
Location is great, breakfast was ok, kids enjoyed the swimming pool, room was big enough for 5 people, check in and out was easy and they held our luggage after we checked out.

It was an awesome experience and very beautiful the staff was awesome all from the breakfast and the checking in . Read till the end.
- if you are booking for 2 adults its ok.
- Staff, including barment are great
- Room is a bit old and outdated.
THE MOST IMPORTANT. The vent was on all night even if I turned it off. Drafts is blowing right into your head when you are sleeping. Adressed to staff, there is no fix. I used towel and pretty much tucked it into holes to stop drafts. Damage was done I'm sick. The pool is very cold even though the room is very inviting. The only people who get 5 stars are Patience(cleaning lady), Barmen Lady, Cook Lady and front desk. If you are Hotel manager you can contact me for more details

I was disappointed in this stay, especially for the cost. The suite was clean but had an odor. The location was convenient to Niagara Falls but the area was highly commercialized, noisy and littered. And parking was not convenient at all.

I really recommend it is so nice place everything is good clean and comfortable close to the park excellent customer service

Low end hotel. We booked a king suite and got a room so small it was difficult to move around. Our view was run down parking garage. The only upside was the staff, especially at the bar. Stay away from the powered eggs at the breakfast buffet.

The rooms are outdated, carpeting is stained, grout on tub were moldy. Owners need to invest in remodeling this place. Qe did enjoy the breakfast, its excellent. Also, the staff were kind and attentive. Location is superb.

Poor view, ac didn't work properly, poor bedding, overall we were not impressed considering the price. We actually stayed in a MUCH better room at Comfort Inn a couple of weeks ago ( in a different location) at half the price AND they had free breakfast! I would not stay here again if we return.

The view of the high floor to Niagara Falls’ night view is so epic. It’s worth for every dollar you spend on the hotel room
