Front Desk Service was amazing as well as the Prime Steakhouse service. They are going through some renovations now, but should be amazing when finished.

The heat was not working properly so the room was cold. Water for shower took a long time to get warm, never hot. When shower was in use the smoke detector went off. Bed was comfortable and balcony nice

I do not ever write reviews. Sadly, this hotel was so disappointing. We had no heat in the room. We tried bumping it up to 80, but it didn't matter. The front desk said sorry and that they were renovating.

I often stay in this hotel. Rooms are big and clean. Beds are comfy and swimming pool is always open.

We were there for our 40th wedding anniversary. The hotel was older and the front entrance very hard to find. The lobby was pure class, reminiscent of a era gone by. We had to take two different elevators to our room. Our room was located in an older part of the building. The glass on the hall windows was wavy. The mark of old glass, which was kind of cool. Our room was tastefully decorated with a very comfortable bed. However, my husband laid down on the bed while I was unpacking a few things, when he rose he cut his leg on a bar that was sticking out from the box springs. Of course he bled all over and we didn't have any band aids. I went down to the lobby to get first aid. They did send housekeeping up to clean the blood off the carpet, but did not fix the bar on the bed. The sink was not attached to the pedestal and leaked in the back on the floor. The toilet was NOT attached to the floor in any manner and was a bit unnerving when you sat down as it shifted. That was just strange. There was the previous person's coffee left in the coffee maker. The view from the room of the falls was STUNNING and everything the website showed, which was why I booked the room in the first place.
For the cut on my husband's leg, the front desk knocked $8 off our bill-the parking. I wasn't too impressed.

Theze 2 rooms was the dirtiest, smelliest room ever, which overlooks the car park and the pool, tge carpets was dirty
3.4
Great location by the falls. Very clean and staff friendly

Everyone at the hotel was exceptional!!! Hotel is a bit dated, but our balconey room was worth it. The hotel parking garage was mixed in with the casino Niagra, and the indoor water park.
3.4
I reserved junior suite Niagara fall view. But I could not see any fall from my room. Room was smelly. Sofabed kept creaking so I could not sleep well. I will not reserve Crown Plaza any more.

View of the hotel is multi level parking lot!
No fridge in the room
No slippers
No tooth pasre
Shower is very very small , you can barely move!
Meeting room washroom doors mostly broken!

Only good things i can say was the view of the falls and water pressure. Ac in building didn't work. Elevators not adequate for the amount of people there. Bathroom not handicap friendly. They said they are remodeling so hope it is a lot better after. As is wouldn't recommend especially for the price
3.4
Over priced for a one night stay. For that money there was no breakfast. Also $40 dollars parking for one night. Will never stay there again.
3.4
Breakfast was good but not worth $25 per person. Rooms were subpar. No airconditioning. When asked they added a fan. View was only if we were up against the window. Paid for a falls view room

Upon arrival after a long flight and drive to Niagara, we got checked in and went to our room when we realized it wasn’t the room we had paid for. We booked a King size Falls View & ended up in a box of a room facing 2 brick walls. When we called the front desk they told us that we were “upgraded” to the room we were in. If we weren’t there for only one night this wouldn’t have been as big of a deal, although we spent good money on the room. We spoke to the manager in the morning and he initially offered us free breakfast to compensate which was a slap in the face, he then moved up to a $25 discount … again a slap in the face. The gentleman beside us was complaining about bed bugs and had videos of them all throughout his room. The rooms were dirty, couches were stiff, there was mold and dirty in the corners in the bathroom. This hotel is just a NO GO ! Do not stay here.
3.4
Tiny rooms. Bed was not to comfortable. No refrigerators or microwave in room.
3.4
No room service. Many rooms have no view to the outside at all and overlook the interior pool which is gloomy. Pool looks like it's in an industrial setting.
3.4
The King bed was broken down like a saddle, and noisy each time someone moved.
3.4
The property is located across the street from the Niagara Falls, walkable to different attractions such as SkyWheel and has direct connections to the casino.
Slow staff services and incomplete in-room amenities like ref and microwave oven.
3.4
We got the premium, the room was smaller than expected. While booking it said top floor, it was not. There was a second elevator to go to the last two floors. Biggest problem, there was a door between our room and the room which was a suite and noise could easily go across. Overall it is also not very clean and up to date. Perhaps the same for the region as Niagara is an extremely busy area.

Attention to detail and a nice room plus grrat location. Thanks

Stayed for 2 nights. The checkin was quick because of the friendly and efficient staff. The hotel is centrally located where most of the activities are. It is within walking distance to the falls, Clifton Hill, restsurants and amusement. Once you park in the hotel, you really don't need to take out unless you are going for a long drive. The room was clean but the carpets were old and had a damp smell. The bed was really hard to sleep on. We booked a King bed but what we got were 2 single beds put together and we kept rolling into the middle.
I also feel the parking charge of $40 per night was an overkill. There are many parking spaces around that only charged $5 to $20 per day. Its a trap to let you park in the hotel.
3.4
The room small, hall dusty, but friendly helpful staff got parking included which helped and more affordable than other options. Excellent dining options. Great spot near the hotel to watch fireworks and easy access in and out of town.
3.4
We paid ALOT for this room ($530) a night plus fees and plus parking. Our room was sooooo dated, the ceiling in the shower was peeling off, the shower head pressure was broken and the AC couldn’t be adjusted and we froze at night.
The elevators make a terrifying noise and are so slow .
The rates need to reflect the property as it is , not as an upper tier hotel updated etc.
3.4
Fantastic night! We got our room upgraded with the falls views. We watched the fireworks from our room. It's just 5 minutes walks to the falls. Good locations. So many restaurants, stores nearby. Our dinner with the falls views at Prime Steakhouse located at 10th falls of hotel were fabulous! ( Pretty pricey) We sure had a fantastic night there. ❤️

My girlfriend and I stayed for a couple nights at this hotel
It’s was beautiful , close to all attractions and we had a great view if the Falks from our room
We will stay again

Staff was so very nice. The hotel was very hot. Especially with it being so hot out side. Could not get the our room cold at all. In common areas and restaurant were very hot. The room was very small Bed were so close to desk and dresser. Very little room to move around. The price was expensive for just a small view of falls.
3.4
Very Nice and Professional staff, unfortunately this hotel needs an Overhaul. Very Dingy hallways, very Dark, poor lighting, Elevators were Slow almost 10 minute waits ,Elevators broke . Rooms Tiny . No Microwave or refrigerator in rooms . Bathroom could Barely fit 1 person , Old Fixtures , Room and Hallways did not smell good , Old room Doors with lack of security features as well. the view from our room was nice. for the Price for 2 nights just not worth the money. Will not stay there again.
3.4
Very small rooms, parking was a joke and the view of the falls from our room which we paid for was only if you were leaning almost out the window. Will not recommend this hotel
3.4
Great place and area to stay if you want to be on the strip of everything. Awesome!
3.4
I was a little hesitant booking this hotel after reading some of the posted reviews, indicating the place was in need of a total re-do.
Our room was quiet, clean, comfortable. We were there for sightsee, not sit in the room.
Breakfast was a little pricy, but everything in this tourist area was expensive.
only hiccup - finding the parking lot
3.4
Room is small for 4 adults, bed are small, bathroom is small and no place to put your staff in the bathroom. Aircon not function well. We need to ask for a fan to make our room cold a little bit. But the place of the hotel is perfect for all the activities you want to do in Niagara falls.
3.4
The staff was nice and.
3.4
A/C is awful they brought me 2 desk fans to the room Slow check in
3.4
the price of the room is not worth it
3.4
Parking is 40 CAD extra,
Should be mentioned during booking.
Steakhouse at 10 th floor is great,
overlooking the falls coloured at night.
Breakfast is good there enjoying the view as well.
3.4
Too expensif for what we got . A room the size of a big closet .
3.4
Loved the food at the Hotel, didn't like the directions where to park especially driving an oversized truck.
3.4
The location is good.
3.4
Everything was in walking distance and staff was super friendly. The hotel was a little outdated. Wish it had a safe and a fan in the bathroom.
3.4
I have never written a review of any sort before...
Paid extra for the fallsview room which as expected was just a tiny window in a very small room. The room was damp and everything felt wet inside. A/C was poor and there were bugs flying around the room. Not flies or mosquitos but they looked like fruit flies on steroids. I wouldnt recommend anyone to stay here if they asked me. If you do, bring a can of raid and expect to sleep in a wet bed.
