This is a charming newly renovated waterfront second floor condo that's walking distance to the shops and restaurants located in Dock Square, Kennebunkport. It is one mile from the Kennebunk beaches. Offering a cheery, bright open floor plan with lots of windows including living room, dining area with river view, and beautiful kitchen with new granite counter tops. The owners spared no expense renovating the whole place along with purchasing new living room furniture which adds to the comfort of this condo. The Condo sleeps 4. The spacious master suite with King bed and complete newly renovated master bathroom with full size walk in glass shower. There is a second bedroom with twin beds which can be converted to King Bed on request with an adjacent updated full bath and laundry area. The private deck overlooks the Kennebunk River as well as the English gardens where you can relax and have morning coffee or afternoon cocktails. Use our private dock for your kayak, paddle board or enjoy fishing. An outside table and chairs near the dock with use of a Gas Grill. This Condo is a great place to spend a week in the summer or year round a minimum of three nights.

We’ve been to Kennebunkport many times, and this is the best VRBO option ever! Everything was just perfect. We loved the outside area, and sat out there every evening! The home is meticulously designed and maintained, and Sheila was very helpful and responsive.

We had an amazing stay! The condo itself is beautiful and has everything that you need. We enjoyed its amenities like the private outdoor deck and grill for the complex. You can't beat the location as it is an easy walk to all of the local shops and restaurants. We felt like we were in the center of the excitement while still having a calm space to relax in. As hosts, Sheila and Tom went above and beyond to make sure we had an enjoyable stay. Even little touches like providing information on favorites in the area went a long way. We couldn't have asked for a better place with better hosts and would recommend it to all. We definitely hope to be back in the future!

This creekside home is perfectly located, walking distance to all Kennebunkport offers! The balcony is the highlight. The super comfortable chairs overlook the creek. We did have some checkin challenges that the owner quickly responded to. There was also a rodent problem, which I’m sure the owner will take care of immediately! Yet it did make our stay less ideal.

The condo was clean, quiet and conveniently located walking distance from the village. The kitchen well stocked with dishes and utensils. We enjoyed watching the movement of the tide from the cozy deck. The beds were comfortable. We appreciated having a beach parking pass available.

Sheila and Tom are wonderful hosts and their condo is perfect for our family of 3! Condo offerd Bedroom / 3 Bathroom [1 w/shower, the other with shower and tub!), spacious kitchen, dining area for 8-10, and living room (with office style desk for wfh needs), and a large outdoor deck.

We so enjoyed our week in Kennebunkport at the condo. Everything was exactly as described. It was a beautiful accommodation overlooking the river, and perfectly appointed. The location was so convenient to everything! It was the perfect size for 3-4 people. The hosts couldn’t have been more helpful or accommodating. A little piece of heaven!

Beautiful property, and truly responsive hosts! Quiet and lovely views, easy walk to downtown and all the local activities. Enjoyed grilling out and reading a book on the deck. Plan to book again soon.

We had a lovely stay at this river front condo. The condo was clean, comfortables and well equipped with anything you needed. The view from the deck was excellent; birdsong, lush greenery and flowers, changing tides. Our host, Sheila, made our stay very welcoming and enjoyable. The walk to town was easy and offered many lovely gift shops and restaurants. Who could ask for more. We will definitely be back! Thanks Sheila and Tom!

We really enjoyed staying here. The condo was just as the pictures showed. Very clean and comfortable furnishings. The location was great walking distance to restaurants and shops. While being very close to everything the condo was very quiet and peaceful.When at the condo most our time was spent on the deck.

This is our second stay and it is absolutely great! Sheila has been fantastic to deal with and the condo is extremely well appointed and very clean. The porch is our favorite spot. It is so well located. We love that we can walk to town and go to a variety of restaurants, bars and shops without moving our car. Strongly recommend this rental.

This location, the condo itself, and the owner - they were all perfection. The 2 bedroom condo is exactly as listed - maybe even nicer. So well appointed - you couldn’t have asked for any more to be provided. Kitchen utensils? Check. Cutting boards for your bagels? Yep. Coffee maker, toaster….you get the picture. Check, check, check. Beds were comfortable with plenty of bedding. Bathrooms were clean, well appointed, lush towels. The deck would have been perfect, if it didn’t snow (ha!) but ya can’t account for weather. The electric fireplace was so cozy, too! Sheila is a dream - period, end of story. Could NOT have been more accommodating, seriously. We are SO grateful!! Location? Well, if you want to stay a short walk to downtown, but still want a little quiet? Yeah, this is the PLACE - SO perfect!! I WILL be back!! Thank you Sheila!

This property was so perfect for a quick getaway with my husband. Walking distance to all of the happenings and also quick drive into Ogunquit and Portland for day trips. The owners were so easy to deal with and very responsive.

We stayed for 5 nights at this fabulous condo. We are delighted with all that this getaway has to offer. Ideal setting with a spectacular view. Comfortable, quiet and relaxing. Beautifully decorated and immaculately clean. Only a short walk to the quaint town of Kennebunkport filled with shops and restaurants. This condo is amazing. It comes fully equipped with everything needed for an unforgettable vacation. Incredible attention to detail with hosts who are welcoming and hospitable. We highly recommend this vacation getaway.

Beautiful view, great location, comfy furnishings, warm and welcoming spot for a great fall long weekend! My friends and I have stayed all over Dock Square over the last 20 years, this was a new location for us and it was perfect! Bright, roomy, updated kitchen, clean bathrooms, comfortable beds. We loved the nice cut through right to a favorite breakfast location on our way to shopping and it’s so close we dropped off bags back at the condo before more shopping! We liked the easy keyless entry, fast warm heat and great living area for hanging out and catching up. Highly recommended and we can’t wait to come back to this wonderful condo.

The condo was very nicely furnished with everything you need in the kitchen. We loved having coffee and drinks overlooking the river. Short walk and you are in Kennebunkport! We traveled easily from here for day trips to Portland, Ogunquit and Portsmouth. We highly recommend staying here!

Despite the threat of Hurricane Lee, we had an outstanding time. The condo was beautiful, perfectly appointed and maintained. It allowed us to prepare our own meals, due to my daughter's special diet. Did all the recommended walks and shopped till we dropped.

Sheila and Tom have such a beautiful home. I am so happy we were able to stay there! The condo is clean and comfortable and they have thought of everything that you would need. It is such a close walk to town and less than a 5 minute drive to the beach. We loved this condo, it was the perfect location a stones throw from all stores, favorites spots & restaurants in the Port. Condo is very well appointed. Exactly as pictured. Worked well for 2 adults and 2 teens with two bedrooms & 2 bathrooms. Lovely terrace for cocktails. Shelia was a pleasure to deal with and always prompt responses. No issues at all. Delightful stay and we hope to return in the future.
