Very good

Location is perfect, only couple minutes walk to the historical city centre. There are restaurants and grocery shops nearby. Free parking was very useful Main bed is really huge and comfortable (180-200cm wide). There is an elevator in the building, but it's worth noting that it's incredibly small, a child in a stroller wouldn't fit. Our flat was on top floor. Nice view from the balcony, you can see the sea. Internet was fast and stable.

Noise - you can hear everything from the staircase. We were woken up at night by people coming to different flats and slamming doors. Ants - they were in the bathroom and near kitchen.

Great location, very suitable accomodation for visits of the old town.

Great location. Great view. Guaranteed parking space. Acceptable equipment, even with a washing machine. Big room. Great location, great location :-) The old town is reached in 5 minutes on foot. We actually have booked this accomodation again.

The doors are not porperly insulated: whenever the hall light in on, light shines all around. Moreover, in one night there were people having a party in another apartment - we could hear every word. But: Christos reacted and at our next stay the "welcoming message" included a section regarding parties. Internet access is rather slow and disconnects from time to time (wifi signal is good, but the connection to the Internet is bad). Most of the equipment is rather old and beyond its best times. There is nobody at the place itself, but Christos always reacted very fast (and helpful) to our messages.

Spacious and clean apartment only a few mins away from city centre. It has a terrace with table, chairs and drying rack. There's a small oven in the kitchen. Also WiFi good enough to watch Netflix.

Sometimes noisy. You can hear doors open/close and people talk in the hallway. The kitchen only has 1 pan for cooking, no cooking oil or spatulas Showerhead can't be attached to the wall

Christos is an excellent host and we were very happy staying at his place. He even allowed us to leave the car parked in front of the apartment for a couple of hours after we checked out. The location is perfect as it's not located in the city center with plenty of tourists, but it takes only about 5 minutes of walking to reach the center. The bed in the apartment was perfect - large (!!) and comfortable. Highly recommend this place :)

Superb

It was a really good choice for us! Very close to the old town. There is a terrace with an absolutely beautiful view to the town! You could enjoy the sunset with a glass of wine! 👌🏻 The room as well was very spacious.

The bathroom could have an improvements. But there wasn’t anything in particular to bother us.

The most important thing for me - comfortable bed and pillow. Very nice view from the balcony, the balcony. Clean. Really nice location - close to everything, quiet at night, a nice park nearby, several nice coffee places. The rack for the clothes to dry and the washing machine. The A/C - as it was really hot. The host was extremely helpful and welcoming; I had a million questions and he was always available to respond. Even though there were some drawbacks, but for its price, this room was definitely value for money.

Problems with hot water - every other morning/evening there was no hot water The bathtub was clogged the first time we used the shower, the bathtub got filled with water and it drained long after the shower. The doorknobs of the kitchen cabinets were sticky

Pros: - We likes he location, away from all major touristy crowds yet close enough to make he old town - Great and easy communication with the host - Super lovely balcony to great and the sun every evening - Brand new washer machine Cons: - The apartment feels like was redone or patched up in a hurry. Like the kitchen countertop has poor made sharp metal cover where I scratched my leg while passing by. - The washer machine will absolutely will be hitting the toilet when in the spinning mode

Strongly recommended for a great-value stay in Retimno

The kind host waited for us at the room at the agreed time. The room is spacious, modern and clean with a nice balcony. It is on the third floor (good views) of the building with a lift. The location is very convenient, just a few minutes walk to the old town. My children wanted to stay longer which is the best recommendation :)

I tried to call the host before the arrival to ask for adress details and directions, but he was unavailable (fortunately I reached the place with no probems). The check-out time is 11 am, but the cleaning service came already at 10 am and did their job while we where still there, which was a bit strange - nevertheless the cleaning ladies were very nice.
