What a gem of a place. All the necessities of home was included. Just did a light food shop for breakfast and snack items.
The treehouse was super clean and had easy use.

2 friends, 3 cars. It was a bit tricky as the driveway is steep, but it really was a minor issue. Quiet, clean and relaxing. I would imagine it was what glamping would feel like, only better! Thank you Shana for your thoroughness!

This is a lovely place hidden within a residential neighborhood. The cabin was clean and more than spacious enough for just 2 of us. Owner was available throughout for anything we needed, and the checkout list was very easy.

This is a delightful place to stay in Bristol TN! Just minutes away from downtown yet secluded in a wooded neighborhood. Very clean with full kitchen, two bedrooms, two baths. Even has a gas grill outside! Like home away from home!

We had a wonderful girls’ trip! The accommodations were perfect for our needs. We had everything we needed to make breakfast and dinner on-site (ate out for lunches). The house is convenient to so many restaurants, shopping and attractions but is tucked away in the trees. It’s peaceful and quiet at night and seems to be a nice neighborhood with mostly well-tended homes. The home itself is cozy and suited our needs. Plenty of space for the two of us.

The house is beautiful and was perfect for our family of three. The view from the master bedroom was amazing. We saw deer every day!
Well kept and clean home. Great communication from the host as well. We will be staying there again in the future.

Cute treehouse. Quiet and centrally located. There were ants but we kept things off counters and floor. We would stay again.

Excellent house and perfect location for our Bristol NASCAR event. Shana was an excellent host. Nice everything—bedrooms, decks, grill, living room. Nice touch with the snacks and beverages provided! Would DEFINITELY stay there again and recommend it to ANYONE!!

I cannot say enough good about this property. It is straight out of a fairytale book. It is tucked away and feels like you're a million miles away from everything and then just a mile or so down the road is all the fun of downtown. My favorite thing was watching the deer. They hung around the yard for some time, completely comfortable. One of the young ones even frolicked in a large puddle - So fun to watch. If you are in Bristol, TN, do not miss the opportunity to stay here. I've been traveling for 2 years now and this is definitely on my top 5 list. And Shana was an absolutely wonderful host. If I could give this property more than 5 stars, I would.

Absolutely perfect for 2 couples. There was a good bit of snow so thankfully we both had 4 wheel drive and had no problems. We also liked that it is in a neighborhood. It was so peaceful.

My husband and myself stayed for 2 nights, but wish it was more nights. First of all the main bedroom bed was so comfortable.
I am a fan of jetted tubs or hot tubs. It had the cutest one person jetted tub shower combination.
The decor was really nice and clean. We stayed close to Christmas time, we really enjoyed the holiday lights at the Bristol Speedway. It was super enchanting.
This little treehouse cottage is close to many restaurants and things to do. We would love to stay the weekend NASCAR is in town. But , it’s booked already. Maybe next year. 🙏
Thank you for a nice comfortable stay.

This is a great property that is a great location close to good local restaurants, being close to the hwy but tucked into a neighborhood feeling like you're in the mountains. The house had everything you need. Also very cozy to just stay in and relax. Definitely plan to go back!

One wouldn't think that a home quietly tucked away in a hillside, where deer cruise through every day, would be so close to a four lane highway, and the center of Bristol, but there it is! House was clean and nicely appointed, everything worked, including all the blinds!

The host, Shana Wilcox, is great. She communicated the entry process in a timely manner. Her courtesy and consideration is admirable. The house is located on a very private lot without being isolated. It is very comfortable and well-equipped. I highly recommend this property.

We enjoyed our stay at the treehouse. The house was very clean, even all of the glass windows. The location was close to town but it felt secluded since the house is surrounded by trees. The nature watching was my toddler’s favorite part, her only complaint would be there weren’t enough deer - although we did see them on 3 separate occasions in our 3 night stay. The kitchen was big enough, the showers worked well and we’re clean. The tub was perfect for a toddler’s bath. It was a little funny that there wasn’t a door for the downstairs bedroom but with the noise machine we brought, we didn’t wake the toddler up when we stayed up and talked upstairs past her bedtime as she slept in the lower level bedroom. All around it was a very relaxing and peaceful place to stay while visiting family who live in town and we will see if it’s available for our next visit. Thanks for having us!

The treehouse had great views. A herd of deer walked the back yard and we sat to watch them for about an hour. We enjoyed our stay and hope to book this place again!

We planned this trip because our daughter's name is Bristol and her teacher told her about the city in TN that is Bristol. We had such a great time. She loved that this was called the Bristol treehouse and that it was a treehouse made it even more exciting for our two kids. The house was in the perfect location for all the things we wanted to do. It is minutes from downtown and only 15 minutes from Bristol Motor Speedway. We went to the Speedway in Lights which was so great. If you are coming at Christmas this is a great thing for the kids. We also went through Johnson City on the way up and saw the Candyland Christmas. We all loved seeing all the decorated trees. This was a great family getaway.

We enjoyed our stay very much! A very cool shaped house that was clean, thoughtful, comfortable and beautifully decorated. The woods surrounding the property did feel lovely and remote but it's close to the city and in a safe neighborhood. We have already recommended staying here to our friends.

The host, Shana, is amazing! Easiest check-in ever! We couldn't have asked for anything better! The "treehouse" is close and convenient to everything that Bristol has to offer! We recommend this rental for anyone just wanting to unplug and get away!

The Treehouse is the cutest rental! Very clean and welcoming. It’s located very close to town but feels like your further out. You feel like your in the trees instead of a neighborhood. I appreciated the personal touches the owner left like maps and food recommendations. We also got to see a bunch of deer! Highly recommend!

Well needed safe close to the casino and let my hair down get away.

The property itself is gorgeous. It's nestled into beautiful trees and makes you feel worlds away. But it's also very close to a busy historic downtown Bristol. Also, the food recommendations the host provided were spot on! The couch is super dangerous cause your eyes close on their own and you end up taking a nap cause it's so comfy, haha. The view from the bedroom is inspirational to wake up to in the morning.
Shana, the host, was super friendly and made sure I had all the check in information when my phone was acting up.
Honestly, I plan to come back and spend a whole week here, it wouldn't go to waste!

We booked last minute and were happy we did. Convenient location to see the area.

We really enjoyed the treehouse. We rode the VA creeper trail, visited caverns, kayaked in a nearby state park, hiked, played disc golf and explored state street. All within east drive. We saw deer most every day and enjoyed walks to a nearby playground. If you’re going to Bristol area we highly recommend the Treehouse!
