This lovely detached barn conversion is ideal as a touring base or for a relaxing break in the Lincolnshire countryside for couples and small families alike. Sympathetically renovated in 2019 this property enjoys a south-facing, rear garden with a lovely outlook across fields to a lake, and see the wildlife and swans.
With the National Trust deer park, Belton House, Grimsthorpe Castle and Rutland Water all within a 30-minute drive, you are sure of never a dull moment with plenty to see and do. The nearby town of Grantham has a great selection of amenities, or travel slightly further on to Stamford, home of the famous Burghley Horse Trials.
The barn itself has two bedrooms on the first floor, with the double bedroom also benefitting from a small en-suite. Downstairs you can sit and enjoy your morning coffee at the breakfast bar and enjoy the view from the French doors that lead to the rear garden and patio. After a day exploring sit back in front of cosy wood burner and just relax in the peace and quiet found in this lovely countryside village. Shop ½ mile, pub and restaurant ¾ mile.
