The Heritage Haus was recently remodeled inside and out. This quaint, charming cottage is located just a few blocks from Main Street making it the perfect place for your next Fredericksburg getaway. The open living/dining/kitchen space is ideal for visiting with friends or family. The second living area, located off the Owner's suite, can be closed off for those that want a quieter retreat.

With three bedrooms and two bathrooms, the house can comfortably sleep 6. The second living area has a sleeper sofa that could accommodate additional guests or children. The newly remodeled Owner's bathroom has a soaker tub/shower combo. The kitchen is fully stocked with new pots/pans should you decide to cook. Relaxing deck and back-yard with fire pit and new gas grill (Sept 2020). Quality linens in bedrooms and bathrooms.

This was a wonderful house for our Mother’s Day friends getaway. The property was lovely! We appreciated the coffee and tea options and enjoyed sitting on the back porch under the tree with our coffee. The bedrooms were so comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!

What a super place! Nicely decorated and renovated. House is very spacious with 3 large bedrooms that are spaced nicely apart. The master bedroom is set back off the kitchen on opposite side of the house from the other 2 bedrooms. The kitchen and family room area is all one big space-love that we could all hang out together! Bath towels were very plush and bed linens great quality. Kitchen had limited pots/pans but enough for our needs. Plenty of plates, glasses and silverware. The yard was gigantic! Very nice outdoor space with a deck and table/chairs, fire pit and open grass area. House sits on a corner lot. Street was super quiet and little traffic. Driveway is large and wide. It is over a mile walk to the heart of downtown but certainly doable. There are no sidewalks but every street in Fredericksburg is extremely crazily wide. We enjoyed our long weekend and this house was perfect for us. I'd stay here again without hesitation.

This corner-lot home in a beautiful residential neighborhood was perfect for our stay. It's two blocks off Main and a walkable distance to the shops/restaurants. The neighborhood itself is very walkable with many interesting homes. No traffic. The home itself has been completely remodeled. Very tasteful and functional. The owners were very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend.

Heritage Haus is a wonderful place to stay if you are visiting Fredericksburg. It’s in a nice neighborhood and the home is so pretty. We were very comfortable there. Very clean and had everything we needed. The beds and linens are really comfortable. We will definitely stay again when in the area.

Your home was perfect for our wedding weekend. Close friends daughter got married in Stonewall. The location of the home was perfect. We were very close to Main Street. The beds and bedding were super comfortable. Kitchen was completely stocked. We had plenty of towels. It was as comfortable and homey as being in my own home! Highly recommend this VRBO listing!!

The layout of this house was a good fit for two almost teenagers. The back bedroom and sunroom gave them special privacy. They loved it. Took advantage of the games provided. My daughter and I enjoyed the deck. Thank you for making our time together very special.

This charming house was the ideal place for our family vacation with 5 adults. It was the perfect size for us (two couples and one single - who love our space!), but would've been big enough for at least 2-3 more people. We were able to spend time together in the common areas and still have plenty of space in each of our rooms. You could tell careful consideration was put into the decor and furniture and the owners have pride in the property. The beds were comfortable, closets large and bathrooms clean. We didn't spend much time enjoying the backyard because of the heat, but there is a perfect set up for more moderate weather with furniture, a fire pit and space for games. Although we didn't cook or make coffee :-( the kitchen had great appliances, pots, pans, dinnerware and utensils and a supply of coffee and cream! We hope to come back in the fall and look forward to rebooking at the Heritage Haus! Thank you for a wonderful stay!
