Location is great.

Terrible drop-off accommodations. It is unusual that Hilton would build a hotel in Florida which lacks a covered check-in location. The day we checked in it was raining and the day we left was raining which made for wet clothes and bags.

Clean and comfortable hotel close to the Florida keys.

Very clean room. Close to the outlet and also to key largo (about 1 hour drive). The rooms are very new and comfortable and very clean. Good breakfast.

Modern minimalist rooms in a very convenient location.

N/A I did not try the breakfast.

I prepaid for my stay through Booking.com. When I checked in I was told that the room was not paid for, only reserved and I had to pay a higher amount. In the end I received a refund for the amount charged at check-in. I would much rather not go through the hassle!

Schönes Hotel mit Potenzial nach oben wenn Personal mal etwas geschult wird

Gute Lage, sehr neu, genug Parkplätze

Die Dame am Empfang sagt beim Check-in nicht Hallo oder sonst was sondern schaut nur langsam und fragt nach dem Ausweis, woraufhin ich sie angesprochen habe dass man grüßt oder woher ich wissen soll dass sie mich wahrnimmt.. Hat nichts genutzt das Mädel ist Dienstleistungstechnisch eher unteres Ende gewesen.. Check-in hat dann auch relativ lange gedauert, dafür dass bereits vorab alles über Booking gebucht, bezahlt und weitergegeben worden ist. Man könnte meinen sie wird nach Zeit bezahlt.. Das Zimmer hat extrem penetrant nach dem Reinigungsmittel gerochen, so ein richtig ekliger chemischer Geruch.. Haben die Klima durchgehend auf höchster Stufe laufen lassen in der Hoffnung der Geruch verzieht sich - hat leider nicht geklappt.. Naja nach 5 Min. hat man den Geruch nicht mehr wahrgenommen (nur jedesmal beim erneuten reingehen).. Beim Frühstück ist der Feueralarm losgegangen weil der Toaster wohl etwas geraucht hat - daraufhin gingen die Aufzüge nicht mehr und wir mussten (zum Glück nur) in den 3 Stock laufen und unsere Koffer von oben wieder übers Treppenhaus runterschleppen - ätzend... Problem mit den Aufzügen konnte über 1 Std lang nicht behoben werden weswegen wir dann eben gelaufen sind

It was disappointing.

Breakfast was sufficient. Nothing impressive.

Fire Alarm went off at 7 AM. My Wife and I’s first night without kids in a year, and all we talked about was sleeping in. On top of that, Elevators broke and we were on the 6th floor. Having my pregnant Wife walk up and down the stairs was not the best time.

This is the first and last time I'm going to use booking.com!

I didn't like anything, my reservation was canceled before I checked in I was told it was because we didn't pay for the room before 3 pm but my PayPal account showed that you charged my account at 2:38 pm! I'm waiting for someone to tell me when I'm going to get my money back!

The only thing liked was the shower pressure in the bathroom

The rooms were too small, kept bumping the side of my knees into the corner of the bed frame. No microwave, No coffee maker. The floors looked liked they weren't swept. The room was not worth the money we paid for.

A nice place to stay.

The breakfast was excellent. A nice variety of foods that were tasty. Even the eggs. The location was concerning at first, but we did arrive a little late so we’re unable to see the whole area. But found out later it was all good.

I know it’s a new hotel and trying new things. So it’s just a matter of us travelers to get used to it. I’ll try your hotel again. Maybe start a rewards program like choice hotel. We’ll sign up. Brochures of local attractions and restaurants would also be helpful.
