Clean room. Great sheets.
Mold in the bathroom. Dirty grout in the tile work. Holes in the tile and wall paper that had patching putty in them. Hallways and elevator were not air conditioned. Check in staff did not speak English enough to understand me asking what the wifi password was.

check in was easy. there were no hidden fees. the room was clean when we checked in and was continually cleaned, bed made and fresh towels every day. the shower was large, had plenty of hot water and water pressure. there was clean dishes and silverware, a coffeepot, glasses. the wifi was good. the tv was new and we could use our firestick on it or get many channels. the bed and pillows were very comfortable. and it was pretty quiet. the pool was nice. breakfast was incredible: omeletes, egg sandwiches, oatmeal, waffles, cold cereal, juice, coffee. and coffee all day long was available.
we loved our stay.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The kitchenette was a big plus. The continental breakfast was the best yet in the last three years!
No complaints, it was a great trip

The place was in very good location near to shopping and restaurants
The floor of the room was very sticky and the breakfast was too limited in options

The hotel and staff were very good, however Booking.com staff were totally unhelpful after I accidentally booked a room with a non cancellation policy. Despite multiple calls and emails a received no service or solution from booking.com and will never use your website again. I didn’t need to change my reservation in the end so it didn’t matter that was booking wasn’t flexible, but you need to have a simple method for customers to correct booking errors, such as a 24 hour cooling off period

I accidently left my 500$ couch watch in the drew where the hair dryer was located in the bathroom. And at check out time being in such a rush .i forgot it wen I came back to retrieve it the lady at the front desk was so unprofessional. And sent the housekeep in to retrieve my belongings instead of walking me back to the room I was present in. After about 5 mins house keeping said there was no watch asked to speak to management and was refused. I was so upset I didnt know what to do .they're thieves

I was hanging out in my hotel room bc I was beyond exhausted and the remote wasn’t working. So I went downstairs and had the front desk woman change the batteries. She was the same person who checked me in yesterday afternoon.
I want back up to my room and was watching TV.
About 20-30 minutes later she used a master key card and unlocked my hotel door. The only reason it didn’t open was bc I always use the lock latch. That’s the only thing that stopped them from opening my door. She didn’t knock first. I had no idea they where at my door. I went to the door and relocked the bolt and asked ‘Who’s there? What do you want?’ They never said their names. She responded ‘Oh the owner wanted us to go into this room. We didn’t know anyone was in the room.’ There was at least one man with her and he said ‘We didn’t know anyone was in the room.’ I couldn’t see him but I heard his voice, so there could have been more than one man or person with them. They left. I called Home2 Hilton and demanded to cancel my reservation and a refund. They are filing a claim and there’ll be an investigation. I went to the front desk and had to check out, turn in my key card and get a receipt for last night’s stay. I was upset, shaking, and I demanded to know why she unlocked my door and tried to come in without permission. She said ‘Don’t lie in front of these guest.’ I told her ‘I’m not feeling lies. Why don’t you call the police?!?’
There was a couple checking in and when the man walked passed me he said ‘I’d call the police.’ I ran into them again taking my luggage out to my car and the guy said that ‘This area is sketchy and I’d been a lot louder than you were!’ They were so nice to me and of course I broke down.
So I called the police and filed a police report. I don’t want to say too much on social media for now bc I want to make sure I don’t get charged for tonight and tomorrow.
I made a new reservation at Hampton Inn, checked in and broke down to Alivia at the front desk.
