Lack of cleaning in the hotel

The furniture were super old and used up very mildewy dusty smell when going in the room and stabbed in markings on the bed frames

Drivers...START YOUR ENGINES!!!!

Great staff. Clean surroundings. Clean room. Very quiet room by the Front Desk during the NASCAR Race weekend from Oct 19 to 22, 2023. Hopefully Belmont Inn & Suites keep their room rates reasonable every year during NASCAR weekends? Not like ALL the other crooks (property managers) that hike up their room rates within the greater Homestead/Florida City, FL area during the NASCAR weekend! Close to Starbucks, Homestead-Miami Speedway, Luvs Car Wash and many restaurants! Less than a 2 hour incredible scenic drive to beautiful Key West...a must for ALL to experience!!! Cheers from CANADA 'EH'! 🤣👍🏁🇨🇦

Everything was taken care of by management upon request! Much appreciated! Thank you!

We stopped here on our way to the Keys and it was a great place to stay for the night. Clean rooms and the property is well decorated. This will be our preferred over night stop on future trips! Thank you!

The property, room, and lobby were well-maintained and very clean. The beds were very comfortable, and the breakfast was great. For the price, this was an excellent value. We were passing through on our way down to the Keys and would definitely stay here again.

Disappointing

Close by everglades and supermarket

Room was dirty, there was a red pill on the floor? I guess an ibuprofen. Fan in bathroom was very loud. We forgot our slippers in the room, contacted the front office through email & booking.com chat but never got an answer.

Very disappointed

The breakfast was nasty the eggs where soar.

The beds where stained the place was nasty dirty the floor looked like they have not been mopped in months in the bathrooms. Was very disappointing. Dry wall mud was noticed on the walls.

room was dirty , air filter was disgusting and the room smells like cigarettes bath tub was leaking walls dirty ! we couldn’t stay not even 10 minutes

The staff was excellent, the room was clean and comfortable, the Continental breakfast was exceptional and the breakfast room was top shelf clean and organized, the pool and leisure area was well kept and clean and the adults could swim at their leisure which is a big plus

Decent value for the price of only 1 night

Decent price, good location near Everglades National Park entrance, restaurant options nearby.

Pillows were very flat, not comfortable. We had 1 large bath towel, 2 small towels, a hand towel and a floor towel. My husband used the large and it took both small, thin towels for me to dry off after my shower. Breakfast was very minimal, waffle, hard boiled eggs, small muffins, toast, cereal and juice. Coffee machine was our of order. I did see coffee in the lobby upon leaving, had I realized I'd gotten some with breakfast.

Home away from home

Managers and Staff was very caring, intelligent and ready to work on various requests of need. Everyone working there was talented and had excellent classy manners. I felt I was home and wished for a longer stay. Clean and quiet environment. Lexi and front desk/ breakfast managers are excellent. Bible in drawer next to bed was very nice.

I would place a little light next to bed (on side table).
