Interesting hotel with an individual style. Very comfortable beds and helpful staff. Second time I've stayed here whilst working in Belfast. Perfect location for my purposes and good value for money.

The breakfast, like the rest of the stay, was exemplary.
I wish I could have stayed another night.

Breakfast was absolutely delicious. There were several different options, all better than expected, plentiful refills of everything and really good coffee - the best start to any day.
4.5
Quite unique, very tastefully decorated
with 'period" style furniture and fittings.
Staff were exceptionally polite and helpful.
For such a high quality and relatively inexpensive Hotel, there wasn't much to dislike.

The place looked great.
The price without breakfast was bad value and my bedroom was the size of my walk in wardrobe.
The girl upon checkout while I was in the cafe having a drink asked me 3 times did i want a taxi in the space of 30 mins.Being a southerner i wasnt sure if I was most welcome

Unique and not a chain - owner greeted me which was nice and explained about the building - she was very proud of it and rightly so which was nice to see!

Nothing I noticed

Its a very unusual place ; Decor is old world and lovely - think of the exact opposite to a modern soulless hotel - this place was very cool. Room was really fantastic - big and so old world luxurious !
Only small gripe - and not the fault of hotel - road outside front is very busy for taxis to stop

Location
Everything.
Staff were not that polite. They did thing when asked other than that. Not friendly.
Bed was cheap and uncomfortable
Floorboard were squeaky
No tea or coffee. I was later informed that teh staff bring tea to the room when asked. I was not informed at check in!!! Massive inconvience not havomf tea or coffew in the room already.
The management accused me of over doing my budget! When i complained. Which I responed I am not complaining about the price. I am complaining what you get for it.
Much better hotels out there.
Also it mentioned that it is a historic building other than that. It has nothing to it.
I would not bring kids to this establishment. The art is quite unique. My instant thought was this is a love hotel.

Location perfect for the Lyceum Theatre and an easy walk (25 mins) from the Europa central bus stop, via Queen's university. I booked a small double and stayed in the Seamus Heaney room. Comfortable and homely, with a big window and views to the hills beyond, a desk and books. It was just right.

The whole place is stunning - very stylish decor, eclectic and eccentric artwork, lavish colours.

This hotel is really outstanding, a rare, quirky find in Belfast. The staff made us feel so welcome, everyone was so friendly, sharing lots of local information, helped us get a taxi. We loved the style of decor, so much attention to detail, references to authors in each of the rooms, a nod to the history of the building. Breakfast was lovely, lots of options on offer. Couldn't rate this hotel high enough!

great setting for all Belfast has to offer.
Fantastic service from the staff and the room was excellent

I spent very little time in the room as I was using it as a base to visit a friend in hospital. I was pleased that the bed was comfortable. The tea and coffee facilities were generous. The water in the shower was warm immediately.
The radiator did not seem to be in order. I turned it to the left as advised but nothing happened. This was not a great inconvenience as I was in the room for so little time when not in bed.

It is THEE most authentic beautiful residency I have ever visited in the north of Ireland.

The talented proprietor has created a lovely, unique, and very cleverly put-together small hotel. The welcome is genuine and friendly. The accommodation feels glamorous but relaxed. The bar is so charming too!
My room was quite peaceful as it was on the top floor, and excellent value. I had a fantastic cheese and charcuterie board with a glass of wine. It was so good.
Parking is easy and the wifi was very useful.
My accommodation was immaculately clean and the toiletries were generous and lovely quality
My room felt chilly at times. There wasn't much storage space in my bathroom, but I did have one of their smaller rooms. There weren't drink-making facilities, unless I didn't look properly!

Lovely owner and so helpful about the area. Small bar area was great to have a glass of wine /cocktail etc whilst planing what to do.
Room was super clean, comfortable and very quirky.
Bathroom was lovely and great shower
Breakfast was delish with a choice of granlolas/fruits/ breads and pastries
Nothing.. apart from trying to find the parking but that was my fault
