About this house rental

Let the sea set you free in this beautiful beach cottage steps away from the most pristine shores of Rhode Island. Feel the salt air and let the sound of the emerald waves take you away. Amazing panoramic southerly views of Block Island Sound. Witness both the very best sunrises over the ocean and sunsets over the salt pond. Steps from Green Hill Beach, this home is nestled on a park like lot with an outdoor shower and expansive ground level deck. Two first floor bedrooms, renovated kitchen, laundry and den. Second floor master bedroom, full bath and vast open living room to make the most spectacular ocean views.

Please note: This beach cottage features new renovations and is located in a quaint section of the Rhode Island shoreline. The cottage is not located on Block Island. Block Island can be seen in the ocean’s horizon from the windows of the cottage. The Point Judith ferry to the island is about a 20 min drive from the cottage. Misquamicut beaches in Westerly are also about a 20 min drive.

Please note the rooftop deck is under construction and not currently accessible to guests due to safety precautions.

Access to the gorgeous beach from this cottage is around the block (.2 mi or 5 min walk). Beach chairs and accessories are provided.

Renter acknowledges that a security camera is used at the front yard of our cottage to ensure the security of the premises from theft, unauthorized access, or damage to the property. We had the most amazing stay at this gorgeous beach house. It was so clean and the layout was great for our family. The beach is so close and a great beach as well. We are 1000 percent coming back to this house! Can’t say enough great things!

We loved our stay! Cottage was really comfortable and in a great location right by the beach. Did some nice hikes, went paddle boarding and enjoyed the beach. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful time in this lovely home. Short walk to the beach. Gorgeous views from upstairs great room. Beautiful kitchen and first floor bathroom. Great communication with homeowner. Lots to do in the area.

We loved our stay at this lovely beach home. It was clean and spacious. The kitchen had everything we needed for my executive chef son to make delicious meals. Plan on making this a family tradition.

This our second year at this property and it was as terrific as the first year. Location is excellent, as it is located 1 row back from the ocean. Very clean, nice back deck. New kitchen and baths. 👍👍👍👍👍

We can’t say enough good things about this stay ! Super clean , giant brand new kitchen , upstairs living space has an incredible view , and the host was super easy to contact ! Close to great restaurants ! Would definitely re book here !

Ideal beach location, in peaceful community. Beautiful modern kitchen had everything we needed to cook/grill. Spa-like bathrooms, and comfortable bedrooms and living space. Enjoyed taking our morning coffee strolling on the beach and returning to the beach for sunsets. Lots of nice details and amenities, and fantastic communication from our host. Would definitely recommend, and hope to return for a future stay!

We had a very relaxing time in GHB. The house renovations are great! Both bathrooms and the kitchen were nicely refinished. There is AC (although we did not need it too much) and all new windows and siding. It was really nice to open the windows are enjoy the beautiful breeze off the Ocean. The neighborhood beach is quick walk around the block. We are a family of 5 and it was perfect for us. It would sleep 8 comfortably. There is an outside shower too which is great while vacationing at the beach.

This is a wonderful summer rental home just steps away from the beach. It has everything you need to spend time away. The kitchen and bathroom renovations are great and make living in the home seamless. Communication prior to our stay helped us get ready and none were needed during our stay because we had everything we needed. We would love to make more summer memories here in years to come!

Very clean property w great view of Block Island and ocean/Block Island Sound from main living area. Public Green Hill beaches we looked at can be crowded, so we spent beach time on Quonnie beaches w family there. Nice getaway.

We had a great stay in Green Hill. The house was very comfortable for our family of 5, and the recent remodels of the bathrooms and kitchen are terrific. We enjoyed walking to the beach and the quietness of the neighborhood. Having grown up vacationing in the area I love that the owners have kept some of the original vintage beach house trim, it brings back so many fond memories!

Girls weekend at the beach. The house is perfectly located for a .3 minute walk to the beach. The property has been updated and was fully equipped for cooking and outdoor dining. I highly recommend this property

Green Hill was amazing. The home was very clean, the beds were comfortable, the location was fantastic. The owners were responsive and accommodating. We would come again. We had a great girls' weekend at this house! The house is every bit as wonderful as described here and then some! It is not directly on the beach, but that was clear in the description. It is a short walk to the beach with beautiful beach views (especially from the second floor). It also has a back deck with nice afternoon sun. The neighborhood is great for walking. The house was so clean and bright. We would definitely stay here again!

Great stay! The location is fantastic, and the house was exactly as it should be. Fabulous views. Although we didn't meet the owners they were very friendly and quick to respond to questions. We slept like babies and woke up to amazing sunrises. And then went back to sleep :-)

We vacationed for one week in August 2021 and couldn't have been happier. We enjoyed this home so much. We had plenty of space to enjoy one another's company. The home was recently updated with a fully equipped and spacious kitchen and a large bathroom. We had a week of amazing weather and the location was just perfect. You won't be disappointed staying here.

The host made a variety of beach items available. Best of all linens for everyone were clean and tidy. Making this rental availability during renovations had to was a mammoth accomplishment. The block & one half trek to the beach is ideal as there is a wheelie to get everything in one single move. Easy in and easy out. Thanks for a the best 2 weeks of this summer!

We absolutely loved this house. Not only is it just a short walk to the beach, the remodeled kitchen is very attractive and easy to prepare means in, the view from the upstairs main room is incredible, and the outdoor space is great. We enjoyed the week immensely. **Just as important: Iolanda was highly responsive and accommodating.
