My husband and I were staying with my elderly parents.
The rental was dirty. Some specifics: leftover crumbs on a couch, unwashed baseboards with months of dust/dirt on them, piece of toilet paper on one of the walls of the bathrooms, debris on the stairs, dirt under kitchen mat. The more you looked the more you saw. We took pictures. Never stayed in anything so unclean.
We contacted the host and asked if they could please have cleaners come in while we were out to clean the place and the host declined.

Quiet neighborhood. Nice to relax in the hot tub after a busy day

A/c not working- bbq full of rust and we had a grease fire- mold in the fridge and sulphur/sewer gas smell coming from shower drain in main bathroom upstairs - thank you to VRBO for rescuing my son and I. This property should be delisted from VRBO!!

We enjoyed our stay. The house had a number of extras, that we thoroughly enjoyed. The hot tub, pool table and sauna. The location was very good, close to the wineries and stores.

DIRTY TOWELS IN BATHROOMS, BEFROOM ON BEDS AND STILL IN LAUNDRY.
LOOKS BEAUTIFUL BUT ACTUALLY LOTS OF BUGS. CALLED OWNER, KEN SAID HE VOULD BRING CLEAN TOWELS NEXT DAY BUT SAUNA HAD BEEN LEFT ON, DID NOT FEEL SAFE AT ALL WITH WET DIRTY TOWEL HANGING IN BATHROOM AND DIRTY TOWELS ON BEDS. OWNER TOLD US "Facts, are facys, you will get full refund." Did not refund us. Left after trying to worl with him and find mew place approximately hours after arrived.

The home is absolutely beautiful and well laid out. It is a short distance from Niagara Falls but be prepared to pay for Uber/Lyft prices. Rent a car!! The sauna and hot tub were great bonuses and we had fun using the game area. The only thing that was a drawback was the blinds were broken so it felt like it didn’t belong in such a high class environment. Overall, our stay was lovely. We saved money by using the kitchen extensively. The grocery store is within walking distance- bring reusable bags though. Liquor stores are hard to find. Pack some or when you do buy some, buy what you’ll need for your stay.

Overall a good place to base out of with a small group when visiting Niagara Falls or the nearby vineyards. Within driving distance from all of the attractions. Quiet neighborhood with nearby stores if you prefer to cook. Kitchen was decently stocked overall. House was overall tidy but not clean, hot tub needed to be cleaned as well.

We had a great time. Communication was great. We loved the hot tub!!
Kitchen was not really set up for cooking. No steak knives, no salt and pepper, no foil or storage containers or plastic wrap.
Light over the counter was really dirty. No extra blankets for snuggling up and watching movies.
We would definitely stay again. We would just be better prepared.
We really did have a wonderful time.

The house was perfect for our needs!! It was close to down town, wine country, and Niagara Falls. It was located in a kinda shady area of town and the only downside was that the wood floor wasn’t level.

The WinesTastic house was perfect for our trip. We used the hot tub and the pool table every evening. The backyard needs some upkeep, as the yard had not been mowed and the back patio furniture we could not even sit on as the cushions were not usable. The beds are very comfortable and everything was easily accessible. Definitely would recommend this house.

Solid location, about 15 min from the falls. Ken was a great host, he responded quickly to any questions I may have had. House had a very modern design, the showers were top notch with lots of features. One of the 2 issues were the upstairs bathroom door needs to be fixed,it wouldn’t lock, And the basement can be tough height wise if your 5’10 or taller, low ceilings. Besides that it was a great stay.

The initial impression of the property upon arrival was very disappointing. It is located right across from commercial property and right next to a utilty station. This station makes a pounding noise starting a 7am into the afternoon, Monday through Friday. It was nicely renovated on the inside however the photos are deceiving and the rooms are extremely small. Every room had broken blinds. The kitchen could be better equipped if you are cooking full meals. We only cooked breakfast and had to make do with what was available; no mixing bowls, no whisk, no baking sheets, no containers for leftovers. Ice maker did not work.
The two bathrooms were nicely done. Actually downstairs with the amenities was more comfortable than upstairs. We did not use the hot tub or sauna but it was a nice option. We could not get the fireplaces to work. The owner response was timely when contacted. We had a great time in the area with lots to do and good restaurants too. The price was moderate compared to other VRBO rentals in the area.

Beautifully decorated home with top-notch amenities! We had everything we needed for our family weekend. The house is perfectly located for trips to the Falls, Niagara-on-the-Lake and the many wineries in the area.
Communication with the host was incredible, and our questions were answered immediately.
I would highly recommend this rental!

If you are looking for a place within driving distance to Niagara and with lots to do you will not be disappointed. We were able to easily get to all our outing activities and when we stayed at the spot, there were lots of things available to do there as well! Very relaxing location!

The original property was very nice but at the last minute the owner switched to an unsafe area
The owner double booked and put us in another location which was unsafe there was an abandoned house across the street.

Winter Vacation Getaway
Neat and tidy but needs some minor updates such as new blinds to block out the neighbour's spot light for a better nights sleep. Overall we enjoyed our stay utilizing the hot tub and sauna as well as the pool table.

Great Girls Weekend
Ken and Brittany are easy to get a hold of and communicate with. Property is as shown and we enjoyed ourselves. . The only issue we had was there was a lock box at the back that was wide open with the keys to the property in it. It was a very eery feeling knowing 6 women in an unknown home, not the best neighborhood had false security locking the doors knowing that those keys were there. Luckily we noticed them before the first nights stay. Brittany said they were for the locked storage rooms in basement for cleaning staff and that the cleaning staff forgot to close the lock box. But the first key I tried on the back door, opened it so I was lied to.

Beautiful hidden gem
The home was absolutely beautiful. It had everything we needed, and it was close to everything in case we needed anything. The stay was amazing. Definitely will do again!

Looks good
In general, it was a pleasant experience. Certain details were lacking. I would suggest fixing the door of the bathroom, getting regular hand soap dispensers, getting regular salt shakers, making sure the coffee machine is working properly and leaving more detailed instructions for how to work the jacuzzi tub. The beddings need to be changed, they are old and stained, although clean. We all still had a wonderful time and took full advantage of the sauna, spa and pool table.

Great house with numerous amenities. We really enjoyed the hot tub and pool table. Hosts were great to work with. Location was further than we thought from NOTL but it worked!

Lovely bachelorette weekend
We had a lovely stay at winetastic this weekend for a bachelorette. Getting to the house and into the unit was very easy. The home was decorated nicely, the beds were comfortable, and the towels were soft. It was also well stocked with soaps and cleaning supplies, which we appreciated.
Couple of things we noted that could have been a bit better, but were generally of mild inconvenience for us:
- we had 7 adults in the house, and there were two queen beds, two twin-size day beds, and one couch in the basement. We assumed the couch in the basement was the sleeping surface, but it would have been nice to have sheets available for this sleeping surface. Luckily one of our party brought extra sheets and blankets.
-The towel bar in the upstairs bathroom is not secured to the wall safely and is a bit of a hazard.
-one of the chair backs in the dining room does not stay on safely.
-the toilet seat downstairs shifts a lot and doesn’t really quite fit the toilet??
We also wish there were some supplies provided such as Saran Wrap and aluminum foil, but the grocery store is also very close by (walking distance), which is handy.
Overall, we did really enjoy our stay and felt the home had great amenities.

Great, but could be better
We enjoyed our stay. The location is great, close to amenities, and the visuals of the home are great. We had an issue with the hot tub on day 1, but communication with the owner was quick and they resolved it next morning.
The kitchen was fantastic, top notch! Great entertainment in the home, multiple smart tvs, good amount of seating.
Dining table was really short compared to chairs, which caused it to be uncomfortable to play games at.
The couches on main floor aren't very comfortable. Beds were ok, but not great. Bedding, however, was exceptionally soft! Loved it. If renting, bring your own pillows, as the ones there are very soft.
One outlet in second bedroom doesn't work.
Toilet on main floor does not flush properly at all.
Towel bar on main floor kept falling out of wall.
Thermostat was also falling out of the wall.
One of the railings on front porch is at risk of breaking off if weight is put on it. Downstairs coffee table is barely together. Stairs to basement are really steep. Kitchen missing key components like mixing bowl, whisk, etc. There are no condiments or anything in the fridge.
If you are looking for a good location and want a good kitchen, this is your place. If you're relying on the complete picture, just be aware of the above. :)
Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Nice place!
Was perfect for our girls weekend away :) We said there were 6/7 of us and only two blankets were there. I wish we had more blankets left for us, otherwise the house was perfect, everything worked and was very clean!

A small beauty
My friends and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It was as advertised and very clean. It was a very modern stay with plenty of things to do in house. The basement was short and not great for tall people. Close to everything we needed.

Great house, good amenities, a little rough around the edges
We had a lovely time staying in the city. It was the perfect distance to some lovely wineries, Niagara falls, and many other beautiful sights to see. However, the house had a few quirks. The toilet seat wouldn't remain secure, the floorboards creaked, and the state of cleanliness was barely passable.
That said, having a barbecue, a hot tub, and all the tech equipment you need helped balance things out. Overall good visit.

Pool table was fun
It wasn’t in the neighbourhood that we were expecting but having a pool table in the basement was a great bonus since we stayed during a heat wave and needed more indoor time than planned.

Home with everything you need
The place was great, loved the set up and the amenities, especially the hot tub. Nice back yard and though it's located across from a plaza and near a main roadway, it was surprisingly quiet. So much to do at the house we barely left (which was why we booked this location).
Really enjoyed the stay, would recommend to friends and family.

It was a great place for a getaway. We felt right at home!

Pretty nice
Clean, tidy, lots of amenities. Walking distance to food and convenience stores. The interior is much nicer then the exterior suggests. Hot tub was nice and hot although a bit cloudy. The sauna was nice but didn't have enough of a seal and let some heat out. Showers were great! Watch your heads downstairs if you are taller then 5'10.

Beautiful place, few let downs
Looks just like the pictures, very clean, easy check in. Has just about everything you'll need on the trip. Unfortunately the hot tub was never over 90°F, appeared it could use a good cleaning and the sauna only had half the heating panels functioning which left that under the expected temperature as well.

Amazing Stay
We had the best time. Everything was super clean and organized and there was lots to do!
